If you are looking to spend overnight in the center of Madrid at a good price, this hostel is very good. The rooms are small but the bed is quite comfortable. They may lack fixing any doors or giving a handy paint, but otherwise it's very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us.

If you are looking for something economical to just stay overnight, the Marlasca is ideal. Clean rooms although it lacks a hand of paint as they are a bit dirty, the shower had a bit of mold on the floor. Otherwise everything is well, it has an elevator, air conditioning, locker service in case you arrive early or if your flight leaves later to be able to take advantage of the time and not have to carry your luggage. Although there is plenty that you are charged 2 euros for it and every time you open to catch something, 2o more.
Very central location, surrounded by charming taverns with good food also very economical. Close to the main historical centers. I recommend it but without having great expectations, it is cheap and you can not ask for more, but that is, hygiene is improveable.

It is good for its low cost. My experience there was good (not overly fantastic), but some members in my group had more issues with noise, etc.

I stayed one night and the place seemed economical and beautiful, the only bad thing is that the day the air did not work and towards heat, I had to open the windows that were facing the other rooms, ie all your room neighbors can see to your room. Otherwise, the guy at the front desk quite nice, I arrived in the late evening and it was somewhat tricky for me to open, I have no idea why, but we managed to get in at the end.

Great location, a bit noisy.

It's gross the showers are gross we found hair in it as well as it was broken. The walls had questioning marks on them. The pillows were full of disgusting stains. The standards of the sub hotel is poor I'm sorry it's bad.

Difficult to fault at the price, clean, comfortable, quiet (for the centre of Madrid! ). 2-3 minutes walk from Sol, fantastic location for exploring Madrid. Helpful staff, useful locker room for luggage to pack a bit more in before your flight.

The service. Few elements of Toilltte. No breakfast. Very good location.

Very good location, (in our fall room 108) seadisey beautiful 4-room with beautiful view from the balcony to the street. The only lack. Because we went as a group they did not suspect which do not set up new towels or bath towels. You may do it to others.
By and large, great place to enjoy the city. If you want to rest, there is something out of place.

This in the center of Madrid is a hostel, clean comfortable but not me pleased I found common areas that are pleasurable in the hostale.

It looks more like a hotel than a hostel. Room and bathroom more than correct, reformed and clean, very good location, and little noisy to be where it is. As the only downside, the elevator was ruined and we had to walk up to a fourth floor. If I go back to Madrid, I can repeat here without any problem.

Nice quality / price ratio in the heart of Madrid. Clean and silent at night.

Strategic Drop Point After a few hours of town trip to the top! Value for money extra also (70 for three, and without having booked! )

The rooms are very nice, clean, cozy and very quiet, the reception and the rest of the hostel has a design and an old atmosphere, which perhaps not very much in view, the hostel has waiting rooms and lockers for personal items among other Things.

Good place very well located near the metro station Sol. Very comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. Absolutely recommended.

Good location The rooms and the place are quite old. It's economic anyway. And being in the center, good choice for young people.

Small hostel 1 bit dated but for sleeping it's fine, also it's right in the center near Plaza del Sol, locals & restaurants already as you walk out the door.

Clean, well located and the bed very comfortable. When the deal was very good but on the way out the guy who had it should improve. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

No problems, has air con, clean room, centrally located.

You cannot get more central than this. But it also means it can get very noisy as sound proofing is not that great. Rooms are extremely basic.

We were a little disappointed with the hotel. The rooms are very small but clean and well maintained. The hotel is well located in the old section of the city within walking distance of a lot areas of interest. You have to leave your key at reception when you leave. We once had to wait for 7 minutes to retrieve our key to get back to our room. If there are people checking in, you have to wait your turn. The check in procedure is long snd tedious.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing that bothered me, was that you wouldn't get your money back when you use the safe in the room as you opened it once. Doesn't seem like a big thing but sometimes you might want to open it more than once a day.

My experience in this hostal was especial. Rooms are confortable and the service magnifique. I Would like to repite other year.

In a great position in "Downtown" Madrid and very comfortable. The workers were great.

Central, clean, friendly. Very cool situation I. The heart of Madrid close to trains and tapas bars.

The best thing is that it stays in Plaza del Sol the most central thing in Madrid, it was nice to be there.

Really nice area, super central you can walk everywhere from shopping to nice bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and nice.
The bed was soft and we had a balcony.
If you want to live budget I can really recommend this hostel.

The location and the price
The rest leaves to be desired but that you care… enjoy the city not the hotel.

… location is a winner, short stroll to Sol metro. Lots of dining choices, noisy neighbourhood, rooms reasonably clean, comfortable bed, pillow and sheets. Toilet looks clean but a little more cleaning to remove stale urine smell. Will I go back? a big yes! it's definitely living with the locals and I love it. Perhaps free use of safe and storage lockers would make it 5 big stars!

Right in the city centre, but very noisy neighbours and neighbourhood. Perfect for going out for party. Clean and small rooms.

Perfect location and attain the center of Madrid at hand!
Recommended for group of friends who want to have fun at night. For families or couples a little more demanding, it's better to look for other things (the State of the rooms might not be to your taste) without straying too far from this area.

It is in a good area of Madrid, near the puerta del Sol, but has poor accessibility. Building does not belong to the hostel, so the reception is located on the second floor of the same, which is uncomfortable. The habiyaciones facilities.

Muy limpio, bien situado y buen precio!

It was the first time I went abroad and I went with my school. I was in the first floor up from reception so the second floor and stayed in room number 231. The shower was great and we had an amazing view of the street below from our balcany. The room was spacious and we had fun talking to some people on the street from the balcany doors. The beds were comfortable but the cleaners left out door unlocked one day and took our electricity card once too. The man in reception was really nice and put up with most of us ordering domino's pizza using the reception phone on our last night. Loved it and miss it and would definitely go back.

Very good place to stay in Madrid at good price and most central impossible.

Picturesque place, with antiques, very nice, renovated rooms. They give very good service. I have already repeated. For those who have light sleep, eye with the rooms facing the street on the weekend, you hear everything.

No frills but clean and functional hotel for the price. Great location and around cheap restaurants with great food. Stayed on fourth floor, inner court yard, no noise during night. Friendly staff. Would come back.

Good location, but you pay with the noise. Extremely loud not just because of Madrid's famous nightlife, you expect that. The reason for the discomfort was 1) the shutters did not close properly to block noise and 2) the room was located right next to the lobby with an INCREDIBLY noisy telephone that went all hours of the night so the receptionist could buzz people in, and very loud conversations as guests arrived at all hours.

It cheats much on the outside, it looks set to be the typical hostel old and dirty, but nothing is further from reality, renovated, modern rooms and a cleaning that could already learn many hotels.

The hotel where I usually stay in Madrid. Well located, clean and cheap. You can not ask more.
