Really nice and clean place for a w end in madrid.

Clean and nice rooms. Very good lication, close the the trendy Malasaña neighbourhood. I left my room, came back 20 min after because I forgot my phone charger. The cleaners saud they didn't take it… but Iampretty sure it was there.

Great for a cheap night in the city! Very clean and cozy. They went out of their way to have a small bottle of wine chilling for us when I told them it was our anniversary! I was impressed.

Everything was excellent! The pictures online did not do these rooms justice. There were two big bay windows and I was able to look out and see the action, even when I didn't want to be in it. These rooms were quite awesome. The rooms were nice and clean, to be honest, I am still in awe, and I kind of have no words. I did get a little lost finding the place, The Hostal is on the 5th floor. Each floor was a different Hostal, the best way to remember is, it is right next to McDonalds LOL. The bed was soft, I couldn't figure out how to use the heater, but when I did all was great. I am a little gadget challenged, so this is not a negative, this was all me issues :). I stayed in Room 2; I suggest this room to catch all the beautiful views! Thank you for a great experience, I plan to come back to Madrid and I plan to stay at this Hostal! Worth the money!

Welcoming: very easy check in, a wonderful greetings and welcome drink unlike any other, Staff: the receptionist, I believe her name was Nichol (pardon the spelling), was very helpful and friendly. She did not only explain to us must-visit tourism spots, she was also kind enough to ask whether we need to use the restroom when we came back to take our luggage from the storage room. Room: clean, sleek, not too colourful, everything is where and how it should be. Bathroom: clean and very appropriate for the cost Facilities: air conditioner and sink was performing well Entrance: it was a bit tricky to find the entry door, though in literal world, it only took us a minute or two to locate it. Location: the best! Close enough to any central location.

The room was big, the bed was very confortable and the location is in the Gran Vía, with the Callao subway station in front of it. A very good price and service too. I will come back.

It is a central hotel very, very small but that is well located. We were only one night and served us. The rooms are small (good price/quality ratio), very clean throughout, and well-used spaces.

Came here for 4 nights away. We had booked a romantic room but the room was very small with a view onto a brick wall and block of flats. The rest of the hotel was lovely and the absolute highlight had to be the rooftop pool — it was a godsend after a sweaty day of sightseeing! Didn't get breakfast as it was €20 each per day — excessive!

Being the first stop on our Spanish trip, I felt right at home. The room was small, but clean with airconditioning and our own private bathroom. Got some peaceful sleep with no loud noises or disturbances and its in the heart and buzz of Madrid.

Congratulations to the staff, we checked in around midnight with no problems, really great location walking distance to everything, metro, shops, old town, clean towels every morning, friendly, quiet at night, if I were to go again in madrid we may stay here again!

The month of October stayed here for three nights. We three adults each with a room. The rooms are spacious, the hotel was very large, Breakfast was also good, the roof is very beautiful. The hotel is located in the city centre-walking distance to all places. Not a private property, but it is the decoration a bit of a Spanish style-worth the money.

In addition, I think it is the beginning know the city very well. Only downside is at night when streets are a bit noisy, but it is an inevitable result, because the hotel is located in Madrid's most prosperous Grand Avenue, the city of Madrid is a 24-hour nonstop …

New Year time to live, a great choice. Room clean, air, nice, clean, the location was also good. Next to Callao Metro Station. From the Aeropuerto Train Station. Walk within and a lot of other attractions. The front Desk was very considerate, polite, English a-level stick. In live, when there's red wine. Breakfast is only three minutes away, Spain. Anyway, this place is full of Spanish wind.

This hostel is in a great location in the heart of Madrid. Our room was small, immaculate and beautiful and provided all that we needed. They provide excellent service and they pay attention to all the little details. It was the perfect place to stay in Madrid for us. Thank you! Traveled as a couple. Definitely recommended and we hope to come back soon.

We were there five days in June 2014 and I must say in all honesty that photos of the guesthouse are faithful reflection of what we find. In addition to the central location, clean, nice and with good taste, the fulfillment of Navy and Daniela was the best, treated us like Kings, always anxious to help us and advise us. Thanks girls.
I will certainly recommend it to all those who ask us and if I return to Madrid will repeat.

A pleasant experience at this guesthouse, primarily located in the Centre of Madrid, room modern and cool décor, with air conditioning, heating, a comfortable TV and extra-comfortable bed. Above, the spectacular deal, they gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates, I have clear that this hostel is better than many four star that I've not only been again but that I advise it for those who want something quiet and beautiful at the same time. Excellent.
