Zero professionalism. Help or facilities on the part of the owners, zero. A disappointment. Be careful when you go to make a reservation. They take your money, and wash their hands with the rest. Not recommended at all. A scam.

Quiet place to sleep and something else, close to everything possible for a traveler or someone to go for a few days, without luxuries just what it takes.

Very well located. The room is rather small but very clean and food. The bathroom also is small but offers of dryer and dispenser of SOAP and is very clean.
Very good service, us liked the suitcase since arrived until us gave it room and have could leave the suitcase there since have greeting of the room until us have gone of Madrid to last hour of the afternoon.

Simple hostel with good location, is you need to spend a couple of nights. Good beds, own bathroom (that Yes, small) and good cleaning. The staff is friendly. You have the option of parking for the car.

Loud, from 8 in the morning does not sleep, you hear the shower as if it were your room, single room, I call get it me with 2 beds, interior, offer dryer there, little recommended anyway,. Not again.

Once again I have to highlight this hostel, undoubtedly one of the best given its location, price/quality and friendliness of all the staff. Simply excellent and highly recommended. A warm and cosy place and afforded total independence to the traveller, that during your stay enjoy have an "own" apartment in Madrid.
Simply excellent. It is located on a superb site. The cleaning wonder. Human quality and treatment provided by the staff are exquisite. An unbeatable price. Now I don't think staying on another site that this is not in my next trips to Madrid. Certainly, quality/price of the entire Madrid hotel offer the best relationship. Congratulations! This very well the site although should improve much but is this very well good price quality comfort first of all and to the rededor have restaurants bars etc bone that not you can bore since accounts with TV digital plus rooms heated bone a good site for disconnect and is I forgot the shower with whirlpool it best.

Excellent in all definitely. This maniana reach Madrid from Miami and I found with my father in the coffee and tea bar, just at the exit of the station Manuel Becerra of the METRO exit. Us Monica served in the bar and when I asked that I suggested to spend a couple of nights, I recommended Hostal Nava (to both our parents of distance. Haha). Excellent for 35 Euros. Attention since registering at the reception, very friendly and then cleaning and the new banios. Recommendation 5 star in the center of Madrid. The recommend.

Clean, small, affordable rooms in a safe neighborhood near the metro in Nov 2010. Our room faced the interior courtyard so there was some residential noise but nothing like what there would be facing the street. Small TV and phone in the room, free Wi-Fi, lift and stairs, staff not hostile but not friendly — impersonal. Unlike all our other check ins, this one told us we were free to leave our luggage and freshen up in their restroom but sent us away until 2 pm — perhaps they were full and a room wasn't ready or perhaps that's just their policy.
