The staff is as helpful as they can be. The property is not conducive to sleeping — — nor are about half of the guests. It's literally impossible to prevent door slamming on this property, as doors are spring-loaded and forced to latch. The walls are thin, so you can hear music and voices in the hallway, and of course, every door that slams. On the plus side, each bed has its own power outlet and night light, so you can quietly stay up at night without being disruptive. It's better to stay on a weeknight than on a weekend. On a weekend during busy season, you can expect to sleep from about 03 — 06. On a weeknight, a couple hours longer.
I was visiting Madrid for the Champions League semi final (Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich) and wanted a cheap hotel/hostel around Santiago Bernabéu. Far home Bernabéu fit that bill perfectly as I got a very good deal from Hostel world but nothing about the place felt cheap. Comfortable beds, clean linen, warm hospitality and I think it's been remodeled because it looks very modern and upscale. It's just 10 minutes walking from the stadium and 2 mins walk from the underground subway so it's well connected as well. :)

If it wasn't called Hostel I would say it's hotel, and at least 4 star! Great rooms, beds, decorated shiny showers! High quality and recommended!
