The food is of a good standard & the hotel is well decorated & looked after. All staff are welcoming whether they were fluent in English or not. This hotel puts on a regular bus service to & from the airport & shopping centre, which made it easy for us to plan our journeys to other places via metro (unless you want to uber everywhere). The rooms are spacious & clean. Overall a nice hotel that also offers PCR testing when booked via reception.

Although a long way from downtown Madrid, it was a very good venue hotel for a large (500+ person) multi-way meeting. The hotel is very user friendly and the staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice sized, not large, but not small either. There is one very good restaurant outside the back of the hotel, otherwise you will need to taxi to town where there are many great restaurants.

Wonderful hotel, big rooms with nice shower, comfortable bed. B-fast is one of the best I ever had. You have to buy the b-fast, totally worth it.

Super helpful concierge… didn’t get his name, but he gave us such valuable information for our trip. The hotel is really nice, beds are comfortable, and very close to the airport.

They have a free airport transfer and free bus to a local shopping area. Buses to the city are frequent just outside the hotel too. Staff are friendly and polite, with many speaking excellent English.

I had a great time, though it's far from the city yet it's close to the airport, you just have to choose which is important to you. The hotel is beautiful, clean and classy, I stayed two nights. The food was the best, I ordered a beef rib for dinner and it was mouth-watering. The staff was gracious and we loved our stay.

It's a good place for conferences. Big halls. Comfortable. There were two of us here. They fed well.

Great option as a stopover hotel for Madrid airport. Standard rooms are quite small but very fit for purpose. The exec lounge is great, excellent service and good choice of food/drink in the evening.

Rooms good and clean with ac in mine. Buffet was great and didn't disappoint even after 12 visits (4 days breakfast, lunch and dinner). I didn't pay for anything as it was a company trip. The centre of Madrid was reachable by taxi and cost about 20 euro for 4 persons. There's also a shuttlebus from the hotel to the centre but I didn't take it and I don't know if it's always available.

Nice hotel, but far enough to the city. Not a very comfortable layout of the complex itself. A very nice bonus in the form of an open pool.

We had an amazing stay here this month, very clean, the breakfast buffet was really organized and delicious with a big selection, very kind staff and excellent room service, they even provide you with a phone you can use during your stay with internet and GPS services, helps you get around the country easily, totally recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Madrid!

This is definitely one of the best hotels in the region. It's a huge hotel with many restaurants and great bar. Staff are very friendly and great amenities are provided too. Quite large, gets hectic if there are conferences, room numbers are not the most intuitive but it's not a big deal. Nice breakfast buffet, very cozy lobby cafe, bar is also very decent with a lovely terrace outside. Room size is more then anyone can need, with all the amenities in it. We enjoyed it.

Great Marriott, the room was free to take a local cell phone with prepaid connection and internet — very convenient for a short trip. The hotel has a good restaurant. The location is at the airport, there are shuttles, taxi drivers are constantly on duty.

Enormous convention center and hotel. Rooms are quite comfortable but anytime this many people are at one location there are going to be sub optimal experiences. Great for conventions but not sure I would otherwise book here. The Executive lounge is quite nice, less hectic, and staffed with very accommodating personnel.

Good access to the airport. Very reasonable room rates. Excellent rooms — clean, fresh, new. I was very happy with my choice. I am going back as part of my return journey in Europe and I have made a good decision to do so.

Great location, good breakfast.

Nice and comfortable hotel with a often confusing layout that had me lost a couple times. The heated pool, sauna, and fitness room were a nice addition here. Plenty of towels, and the facilities are kept very clean. The showers also come stocked with soap, shampoo, lotion so you don't have to worry about returning back to your room. The buildings are connected cubes, that make it a little difficult to get to another location quickly with all the turns you have to make. The lobby is very nice and often busy. It appears that many large airlines with huge flight crews utilize this hotel so there might be a wait for front desk service. There is a airport shuttle that is convenient for those travelling. However, there is not much around the hotel and you will have a short journey into the center. There is a bus route that stops in front of the hotel which is nice. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The room comes equipped with their branded smartphone that you can take out when you visit the city to keep you connected and from getting lost. The bed was very comfortable as well as the shower. My only complaint about the room was the location of power outlets. There was not one near the table in the room, so I found it difficult to plug in and work on my laptop at the same time. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Loved that they provide all guests with complimentary smart phone w/unlimited data and international calling during stay. That by itself deserves 5 stars. Not to mention, the room is spacious and the bed in the room is crazily comfy as well. As a female and lover of make up, the face level mirror with extended arm and lighting in the bathroom was a nice touch too! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a pass! Huge and perfect for big events. I give 4 stars because the rooms, because they are so big, they catch far from the area of events and in heels, you will be able to suffer a little… They also lack a terrace, but super nice, clean, large rooms and good shower. Very good breakfast too. Perfect for corporate Events!

Very large hotel full of amenities. Be prepared that you may have to go on a small trek to find your room but they are nice. The shuttle to the airport and mall is very convenient. If you want to be on town near all the sight seeing though this hotel is not a good location for that.

Good facilities. Very large and comfortable auditorium. Good sound and lighting. Clean bathrooms. Vending machines with overpriced products. Better go if hungry.

It's huge. In its halls are held Congresses, Gala awards, exams. Inside is completely refurbished. You can go by bus from Av. América and from there crossing the footbridge you can take the buses that go to Madrid.

I don’t have a charger for my phone they make sure they provide it (thanks to Pablo one of the staff). The buffet es en primer nivel top top top! Thank you for the excellent service. ;)

Great hotel with a nice swimming pool usable almost all year round. Two restaurants and a good bar. During the summer there is always a trolley with cold water bottles available for free. Large and bright rooms. Negative point (but in almost all hotels in Spain) The pillows, thin and incostintent. I asked for three and it wasn't enough. Silence and cleanliness. Not everyone in the reception is up to par. At some times of the year there are very cheap offers.

It is an excellent hotel for what was thought of. Conventions, fairs or loose nights between travel connections or delayed flights. Don't expect comfort for sightseeing. The communications with the city centre are as depressing as the hotel situation. Yes, the hotel is a modern mastodon of 800 rooms with all the luxury of details and quality of service next to the airport.

It's the second time I've been to Mary kay days and I've loved it's spectacular this place.

Large, well-equipped conference hotel near the airport for conferences with many participants.

Outstanding hotel. Lovely rooms. Separate large shower. Wood floors in the room. Superb service. The hotel has an airport shuttle that runs every half hour until 130am. They also offer a free shuttle to IFEMA and a large mall. The hotel is enormous but quite nice to be in. This is my second stay at this property.

The location is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is really good. What I didn't like is the fact they close all the exists except the main one, from 8-9PM until the next day around 9-10AM, so if you are in block 4 and you need to go outside, you need to go around a lot. And considering that Marriott is a 5 stars hotel you would expect to receive a bathrobe and slippers in the room, in reality you don't, you need to have executive room or to go to reception to ask for it.

At the airport stop. But rooms are nice and comfortable. In the city centre you need a taxi 20 min.

Pretty nice and above all functional : the + the deco, always a positive surprise and the top this year, I discovered the veggie burger at retau Champions, not expensive, not greasy and very well cooked!

On the occasion of my attendance at a professional event I was able to enjoy this magnificent hotel. Very close to Barajas airport, with very good facilities, spacious and modern rooms, great restaurants, with lots of variety and good quality of meals, and above all, with a very friendly and professional staff. If the distance to the city center is not very important, this hotel is highly recommended.

Beautiful entrance. Customer service is ok. Had to complain about noise and was told there was nothing that could be done until 130am because of a party. I requested a room change the next day and they accommodated. Thin walls, everything else is great. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Very large Hotel. So even though it's luxurious as it's like it's a five star it's just as cozy as an airport. In fact many times it reminds of that. Otherwise as far as the rooms impeccable that yes.

Stayed here for a sales conference. The hotel is clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Conference rooms were good as well as the quality of catering. The location is close to the airport and far from the city center, so wouldn’t recommend for tourists visiting Madrid city. For the city visit, you can take a bus 224, 223 with the bus stop right in front of the hotel and then a subway. Taxi to the city costs approx. 25 Eur.

A Hotel Lujazo. We were cancelled a flight and stayed here. A lovely hotel with absolutely all the amenities. He's got everything, he's not missing anything. Highly recommended. And very well located near the airport.

Away from the center. They closed the bathrooms close to our room at the request of another customer. I don't think it's right. Bathrooms are a service for all guests. I do not conceive having to travel 100 meters more to use the following when there are a few next. I feel angry and discriminated against.

A very good place to held a conference. The hotel is located close to the airport. Excellent food was served for lunch. I now nothing about rooms because we have chosen another hotel due to our budget.

This hotel is one of the best I know of, it has just been newly decorated. Very welcoming with closed or open pool according to the time, cafeteria and restaurants, drugstore, several conference rooms, bars near the rest rooms etc. Their price is very decent. Really very recommendable to all the clientele.

Such a sales meeting with a bunch of people is always also tiring and for a hotel a test of hardness. I have seen many hotels fail to do so — this is not! To provide around 600 people with rooms, meeting rooms, drinks, meals and technology is difficult — and this hotel has mastered! Respect for that! Also impressive is the logistics and technology, also the auditorium size! Nice hotel!

We ALWAYS stay here at the Auditorium because it’s top quality. Close to the airport with a free shuttle, it’s the smart choice. The staff is friendly and make sure all is well. We’ve been staying here on our summer travels for over 10 years and always keep coming back because it feels like home!

Magnificent hotel with the largest auditorium in Madrid. Very good location for its proximity to the airport. It has many rooms. In the cafeteria. You can enjoy live music. It has a huge parking lot. It stands out for the breadth of corridors and facilities.

An impressive hotel at the entrance to Madrid, you are amazed with all the receptionist they have, each one specializing in a language. It's great, surprising that a hotel might be like this but being so close to the airport is great. Recommended.

It is a good hotel and place for celebrations, meetings and events of various kinds. It has a nice bar where you can have a few drinks with friends and companions. The hall is spacious and bright. The auditorium is very large with capacity for many people and is expandable and reducible. The acoustics and the video equipment is good. It has a hemicycle and very good visibility. I have not stayed in the hotel rooms but they promise to be cozy and comfortable. It is on the way to the airport which makes it interesting for some people who have to travel frequently. The only bad thing is how to get to the hotel if you don't have a car or you don't go by taxi.

I got sick 2 of the staff martina and carlos took me to hospital stayed with me 3 hrs. Back at the hotel staff mourad sent me an amazing meal as I didnot eat the whole day. In short; I cannot really thank any of them enough even if I tried. They are the most amazing staff for a hotel that deserves 7 stars. U can guarantee one thing at this place that u r with human beings who got the kidnest of hearts. Thoughtful and truely genuine. They do it out of humanitarian view not coz of a job. I am a cabin crew been flying for 5 years but by far this is the most amazing hospitality I ve ever received from a hotel worldwide. I thought this must be shared. They deserve it and more.

Moderno y cómodo, con personal muy profesional. Pero no está preparado para eventos demasiado grandes. La luz se fue varias veces y nos tuvieron esperando demasiado tiempo para entrar al restaurante.

Los único malo es la ubicación. Aunque no está demasiado lejos, si lo suficiente como para que no llegue ni el metro ni la EMT, así que si no tienes coche o alguien que te lleve, sólo podrás ir en taxi o autobús interurbano (los verdes). Eso sí, las instalaciones del hotel son impresionantes. El personal muy amable y atento. Todo estaba muy limpio y la comida muy buena. Estaré contento si tengo que acudir a este hotel auditorio en otra ocasión.

Well organised venue with comfy rooms, good bar and nice food. It's well located for the airport, though quite a trek into Madrid if you want to get away from the venue itself. As a conference venue it has a good mix of rooms along with plenty of space for informal meetings.

Great service as always by Marriott. Our early morning flight got canceled from MAD back to the States, and they let us check in at 0900, then enjoyed the day getting some much needed rest and relaxing at the pool.

Facilities were clean, up to date and well staffed. Service is lime 5 star especially at the restaurant. One of the best services that I have ever received. And the food was great too… rare find for such a bargain base price. Everything was immaculate. I was SURPRISED to say the least. I only initially chose that hotel because of convenience to airport, but, I would gladly come back.

Hotel is very spacious with helpful and kind staff, clean and the breakfast is simply amazing. It's close to the airport with shuttle provided, to reach the city center is bit further. The only thing I didn't like it's the location next to the high Road without any possibility to walk around or sit outside.

It's OK this place, a bit far from downtown, though there plenty of buses that you can take to get there. Rooms are spacious, but, not fully carpeted, unlike other hotels. They don't provide bath robes or slippers or even toothbrush… Instead of providing basic stuff, they stocked it with ironing equipment and went overkill with those bins, you'll find 5… Oh well, 180€ down the drain…

Beautiful, imposing, elegant Hotel, within walking distance from Madrid airport. Rooms are well-cared for, finished and equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast with every well of God possible and conceivable. Sore note the cost of the double room for one night only: 300 euros!

I've been there once with my family, the location in relation to the airport is pretty good, but compared to the center of the city not so much, is quite retired. Facilities are of very good quality, clean and organized, the relation price quality is quite acceptable, the breakfast was good and I loved the pool.

When you enter the hotel you impress, the interior architecture of the lobby is incredible, with very high ceilings, often use large companies to conventions or meetings because it has multiple rooms for events and conferences. Rooms have nothing otherworldly, but are fine for a few days.

Hotels and impeccable service. The style is a bit retro but being guests of a structure so imposing yet so well working was a unique experience. Certainly not convenient to downtown but perfect for events and business meetings.

Great place for events and seminars. It has a considerable amount of rooms, some of them of great size, making room to conferences of up to 1.000 spectators. Facilities in very good condition. Very good release is with the airport. That alone, you have that close, but in this case I understand that it is the objective.
