The hotel itself was well located and overall very nice. The sleeping rooms could use a bit of refresh as noted in the other reviews, however if you’re there just to sleep honestly nothing to complain about unless you have loud neighbors (which can happen anywhere)! Living in Europe, the size is larger than Paris by a good amount. I enjoyed the breakfast which was convenient. The staff was super helpful and so I would definitely go back.

I stayed Friday 12th, through Monday 15th. On Sunday, while we were out, someone accessed our room with a key and stole a credit card (which they tried to use less than a mile from the hotel).
When I informed the staff, all I was told was, wait for the manager in the morning. When I went to find the manager next morning he was not there but left a message to report to the police. No other help offered.
This theft was clearly managed by someone accessing the room with a key, not a break in. The managers response of 'report it to the police' (and no other advice or assistance) was terrible customer service.
We were robbed on their premises and no one cared or helped at all. I wonder if this is how they would like to be treat if this happened to them when staying in a hotel in a foreign country.
Shocking — do not stay at this hotel.

1) The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms (calls, discussions, toilet sounds, etc, all very loud and clear)
2) There was strong sewage smell throughout the day, coming from the toilet. Terrible and unhygienic to inhale.
3) There was no natural light whatsoever because the window faces 3 walls that form a claustrophobic box around it. No sense if it's day or night.
4) The room is small and the hotel is generally very old.
5) The only friendly/nice staff are the cleaning ladies. The receptionists behave as if they are doing you a favour. The younger, blond guy at the reception was dismissive and rude, nodding and barely even speaking to communicate with me.
6) The 4 stars are a joke. This is a 2-star hotel at best and a terrible stay.
