The area first of all although there is the Metro close by. Basic room, little care of the guests, small breakfast room. I would not go back.

Good place to be passing in Madrid. The value for money is the best thing about this place where the rest and tranquility first of all. Good service from the staff where they cater to any need. You can also eat a piece of fruit or a pizza at any time or have tea at your disposal.

The room very basic, we expected this when we booked but it was comfortable and close to the office I was working at. Plus there was a metro stop right outside meaning easy access to the town.

Hotel simple but modern and clean with everything you would need to spend the night. The Price is excellent for the area and the type of accommodation. (Just over €40 for 2 people). Metro Stop Carmen Qur'aan takes you directly to Gran Via a few meters from the hotel.

You get what you pay for. This is a bugdet option for your bank account and you also get a budget opion of room and space. Only breakfast is "too budget" in my opinion. All other options like Wi-Fi, location, staff are absolutely fine.

Good low budget hotel in Madrid. Just next to the El Carmen metro station. The room was very small but OK and very clean. The bed wasn't comfortable. There is no sink in the toilet and the bathroom is small and tight. There is a free Wi-Fi and the connection was excellent. The stuff speaks English, they are nice, friendly and very helpful.

Hotel correcto para el precio que tiene. Una buena opción para dormir una noche de paso. Habitaciones pequeñas pero correctas: tienen lo justo para pasar una noche sin grandes lujos. La insonorización es mejorable y la zona de baño tiene poca intimidad. En nuestro caso fuimos una noche por trabajo.

Budget is really the best definition. Simple, small rooms but satisfyingly efficient and clean. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay but for a couple nights you won't find better value for this price.

Clean, cheap and well organized. Very close to the Metro El Carmen. There is no bidet, shower in the toilet room isolated but always in the room.

We've been very well. The room is clean. I'm sure we'll be back. One negative thing is that there is no closet. But for a couple of days we didn't need it.

Overall the hotel was good! The room is simple but that was already expected. Great location — 2 min walk from a metro station which takes approx. 10 min to the center of Madrid.

Its only good for couples and not two friends who needed more room space. I do not like to share a bed and because I'm smaller in size therefore I had to sleep on the bunk bed above the queen-size bed. Room very cramped! My friend knocked her head on bunk bed when she gets up. The hotel is about 8 stops away from the city centre. Inconvenient, area quite dead. Only small shops and hardly any restaurants so dine in the city centre before coming back to the hotel.

Typical ibis budget, very well located near the metro the sales side, pricey parking and entrance hall small. But in general good.

I have only been a few days, but I really liked the room; it was tiny but it looked very clean and nice, with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location of the hotel also good, very close to a metro stop and in a neighborhood with a lot of things. The service friendly and sympathetic.

It is very nice to stay, the locations is not very good but metro is very close (2 min or less) I recommend it a lot because it is very accessible and comfortable.

As a wheelchair user, I am traveling alone as usual and this hotel to me is a great surprise as to precioa, fit and comfort. The bathroom is very good, the toilet has a rise of 15cms (you placed them if you ask), has its support rods, spacious room and bed great. Very, very grateful. Ah, the price of the best of Madrid, with a difference. I will return without a doubt.

It's well located (near the bull ring in Las Ventas). The rooms are a little bit small, but very clean and modern. Good deal for the price.

We have been 9-4-2016 and have been very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the rest. The attention of the staff and the closeness of what we wanted. And the breakfast was also good.

Things to improve before getting to the hotel: — it Is necessary that the website clearly indicates that the car park is not included and the price has since this varies from ibis budget to another Things improve when you get the first day: — The access to the car park it is necessary to be well indicated because it seems a private car park and you have to go to reception to confirm where they have it -The elevator of the car park to reception has to operate without a key because the client that has just reached the hotel does not have the same. But at least indicate that you can only go up to reception by stairs (with luggage) Things to improve during the stay: — Put soap in the shower -Improve internet connection because the Wifi is slow and with continuous cuts -In my room the Tv is turned off suddenly Good things: — Treatment at reception -Location central hotel.

I was in the hotel for business in Madrid, every year again, because to be located to the side of the subway stop is ideal for commuting. The quality of the hotel, the service and the rooms are correct and the price good.
