For the theme Coronavirus we can not go, the answer has been that we lose our money and the reservation. We understand that the situation is difficult for everyone and we only asked for a date change for when we can enjoy our vacation. The answer has been negative with zero empathy with such a sensitive subject. Veto it if you can for its little humanity.

Great hostel and great price! It looks new and it is well equipped. Bed was comfortable and there was a luggage box. Even upper beds had reachable plug in and lamp. Reception 24 hrs, I checked in almost at midnight. Breakfast included and if you leave before breakfast time they serve you breakfast as well. Kind staff and cozy rooms. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. We opted for private room with en suite bathroom. Excellent location, 5minutes from Puerto del Sol, and 2 minutes from the Metro stations Gran Via and Callao. Very kind reception/services with great extras included. Highly recommended & value for money. We would definitely stay here in our next visit to Madrid!

Perfect location Two minutes from the Metro stop Callao. Most rooms share bathroom but I was in one with a private and very new one. Despite being an old building this very refurbished and the cleanliness and comfort are amazing… They also include breakfast! On the other hand the treatment of the staff is very close, they make you feel at home at all times. I was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. The room is very small but it is good for a few days, it has a single shelf for clothes, or everything from the suitcase. I'd probably come back.

Breakfast! Pure, quiet, very centered. Toilets are common, you need to leave the room.

No noise, all very clean, very comfortable bed and very nice toilet. There is also a fridge with water if you want to take to go to Madrid without worrying about the thirst.

Amazing hostel right in the center of Madrid. We walked everywhere and it wasnt hard to find the way back to it. They offer water and breakfast for free. Friendly staff. All in all, it was a really nice stay!

Although the outside is well insulated, inside you hear everything (everything is all). In most of the rooms there is shower and sink (negligible), with the toilet outside the room, also small and uncomfortable.

Humble hostel with a very good value for money. Its location is unbeatable, making it a good choice to visit Madrid. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended to spend some night for a tight price. Yes, there are rooms with bathroom, others only with shower and others without bath or shower, so you have to know the type of room you take according to your needs and expectations. In any case, if you know what you're going, it's a good place.

Room with broken curtains. A lot of street noise. I was walking through the door to the light of the hallway. Mattress and pillow not comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. It is a hostel of €50 no more charging €80. The location is ideal.

The hostel is very well located. Next to Callao, in the heart of Madrid. The biggest problem we find the hostel is that the bathroom (the WC, and specific, because it needs to be specified) was shared. The room we booked put in the description with shower. We took for granted that I had bathroom, so eye on the time of booking if you don't want to take a disappointment as we happened to us. I think the web, when making the reservation should specify it more clearly. The bed was very good, but you hear everything that happens in the hallway… highlights the cleanliness of the hostel, although it needs some improvements, such as the floor of the hallway that is totally raised, but why it was necessary to pass to access the shared bathroom.

I tried some other hostel in madrid, but in this price woohoo is the best. Very clean, there is no breakfast in menu but they will get you normal breakfast. The stuff are nice and responsible.

It is a hostel that does not seem a hostel, because everything is freshly made. Ikea type, simple but very "nursery". Loved us stay there.
The communal area is perfect to be there with your computer or mobile and you can carry and have food in the refrigerator. The area is unbeatable (Gran Vía, Callao) and above all want to thank John, Arthur and company received as friendly, youthful, nearby and helpful treatment.
Not an only "no", a "now you see", or something similar. Lovely with us always. 10 to be a hostel. Oh and free breakfast until 12:00 for the most revellers! :-).

It is new and very clean. They just released him. Prices as the rest of the area but the quality of the site, the location and ell treatment and excellent service. The Community area, or Living Room is an excellent choice. Much I liked the good atmosphere and also the type of travelers and people going.
