Comfortable bed, very clean and the view through the window is fantastic. The view is like at the hotel of 5 stars. Good price. Attentive personnel, I had a problem with a shower and they immediately fixed it. Good breakfast which they bring to the room. I dream to come back… Excellent place for the price.
My experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it at all. Initially, I had booked a double room with a double bed. However, a few hours before my booking and arrival at the hotel, I received an email informing me that the room I had reserved and paid for was not available. I was only made aware of this upon reaching the hotel and checking into my room, where I was informed that only a single room was available. I was told that if I was not satisfied, I could cancel without incurring any fees. This was particularly upsetting as I had made my booking a month in advance, especially during Fashion Week when options were limited for same-day bookings.
Furthermore, the room was not clean, had a bad smell, and the bed was not properly made. When I expressed my disappointment to the customer service, the agent only offered to cancel without providing a real solution or showing any empathy.
Ultimately, we agreed on a discounted price since the room I had originally booked was more expensive than the one provided. However, there was no gesture made in response to my situation, and efforts to rectify the situation were lacking. Even with regards to reimbursement, I have yet to receive the full amount. This experience was truly disappointing. Madrid offers many wonderful places to stay, and Numa Script is definitely not one of them.

The location is unrivaled but I’m comparing to Numa in Barcelona where I stayed. The rooms all open on to the kitchen which means that it does not feel as private and quiet as the Barcelona Numa. I suppose it’s good if you’re traveling as a couple or group. Otherwise en-suite and clean.
