Amazing hi tech rain shower and great room with lots of space.

They're fine. Clean. Newly refurbished. Central location.

This weekend we have been to these apartments and the truth that are recommended, the situation is very good, very close to foot from the Plaza de la barley (la Latina) and near the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, although they have to improve certain things, cleanliness would be the main facet, both in the furniture, hallway of the portal and elevator. Replace what may be missing, as a dustpan when removing the garbage that was not there and that if it was in the inventory. The TV of the room did not work the sound, all this we did know to the exit to Carlos (receptionist) and although they are of very little opening time, close to two years, the painting was somewhat deteriorated by the misuse of the clients. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were very clean and the breakfast was very good. In a bar arranged very close, highlight the friendliness of Daniel at the time to make the reservation and his advice just like Carlos To receive us, we hope to return soon and once I have corrected my appreciation.

Well located and careful the only downside is Q has no luggage storage.

Central cheap very new hydro-massage shower equipped kitchen to improve: soundproofing, especially the hallway, you hear everything, people, stairs…

Situated in a perfect location, very comfortable and very well arranged. The only but is for those in charge, which failed to provide a solution to a small problem.

It is a historic building that have been refurbished and transformed into apartments. The staff is attentive. All the furniture is brand new practically. The price is fairly reasonable€120/night for an apartment for 4/6 people. It is well situated 200 metres from 2 metro stations different.

Nice modern apartments and well located but hygiene was very poor with hair in our bedsheets, awful sewage smell from the bathroom after each toilet flush and very very loud guests from other apartments that couldn't be sorted by reception staff or management as no one was on duty overnight nor replied to our emails from the first complaint so it happened again the night after. Never again!

Great location! Carrefour express, small groceries which are open past midnight, Cafes & pharmacies in the neighbourhood. Short walk to Puerto Sol & other attractions.

It is great, as we saw in the photos, but it surpasses our expectations pleasantly, we will return!

The apartments are clean and the service is very good. The people who work the format desk are willing to help you find your way around the city and to provide recomendations.
