We had a lovely stay for 4 days. The room was a small studio and was very comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the location is good for the Prado and the Thyssen galleries. The decor throughout is great. The highlight for us was sitting on the roof terrace having a drink after dinner. We also had a stunning dinner at the CEBO restaurant which is within the hotel. The only minus is that the breakfast is too expensive and they don't serve coffee takeaway in the hotel in the morning (but all rooms have a Nespresso so you can drink coffee in the room). We went to plaza mayor for good coffee though so no big deal.

This site is a real luxury! Whenever I go for business, I stay there! It is taken care of every detail! It also has a gym to clear you of so much work and obviously spectacular cocktails!

Very helpfully and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was included, great quality. I reported a Wi-Fi issue, few mins issue was fixed great location Highly recommended.

Hotel Lujazo. I love the design they've given.
The terrace is great to have a cocktail on the summer days of Madrid. Although the views are not the best, is very pleasant because you find room to accommodate in reserved spaces to go in group or couple, do not bother or bother.

Best Lebanese restaraunt in town. The prices are reasonable.

Great location and wonderful attentive staff. Hotel has a nice hip design. Rooms are small but comfortable. Could use more closet space. Will stay there again on future visit to Madrid.

It is a hotel with an unbeatable location in Madrid and has a customer care service that you like to imagine. They are kind, attentive, effective, and nearby. The rooms are spectacular and the beds are dreamy. The bathrooms make you want to not go back home, and always have small details that you glare. The terrace is ideal for drinks at the end of the day and disconnect from the world. Their restaurant is also the flag, to visit even if not staying.

Luxury, class and a fantastic welcome. An oyster bar and a quiet… What more could you ask for?

I had a lovely quiet coffee here. The coffee comes with sweet little chocolates. The coffee here is very rich. It's a very quiet place.

If it was a 4 star I'd give it a 5. To be a 5 star great luxury is far from being one that deserves a high rating. Noise of cafeteria that arrives to the first floor, where it also arrives the smell of Fritanga that reminds to canteen of university; Cigarette butt in terrace table, bathrobes rather rasposos, and room waitress that surprises us opening the door in full nap. The attention is friendly, and the breakfast is not bad, but that does not justify the GL. I don't recommend it if you're looking for a special occasion.

I don't know the hotel itself. We were there for the Glass restaurant of Ángel León. Essential to visit it. Aponiente in Madrid in mini size. Inexcusable not to visit him.

Sensational hotel I attended still event of a supplier and manufacturer with the work usually and in its favor is to highlight the excellent location, rooms perfectly equipped, with the detail of having a wardrobe (something that is not very common) the offer of Sensational, modern and exquisite restoration. Good place for holding working sessions.

Very nice. We couldn't taste the delicious tapas because until 13:30 they didn't open the kitchen.

The amenities and service are top notch. The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms have everything you need. There is a reason this is a five star hotel and after a stay here, I know it well.

Rooftop is amazing! Great view, very friendly staff, Carlos and Froilan looked after us with recommendations, great conversation and really good service overall, good place to go for relax and good drinks!

You can access free of charge to the terrace but there are definitely places with better panoramic views where to have a drink.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms slightly odd in that none of them face outward or have Windows except to the stunning center courtyard. Lovely front desk service. Anemic gym (two bikes, an elliptical, and weights up to 12kg). Took an hour to get our food on the terrace, though, and that was pan con tomate con jamón, a salad, a burger, and a club sandwich. Breakfast service is excellent.

I've been upgraded to humongous rooms twice now, and they're lovely. Paid €180 and had a two level suite with an amazing view. Staff is friendly, very well located, 3 minutes from the Westin and MUCH better value. My default choice for staying in central Madrid.

It is a good location, almost in front of the Congress of Deputies. With an exceptional azotea-bar with magnificent views of the Centre of Madrid.

Super awesome hotel. Great location, great rooms, great staff. There was a party for the grand opening of a magazine in their bar while I was staying there and so instead of giving me earplugs or something like that, they upgraded me to a 5th floor suite (my room was on the 2nd floor)

Rooms modern, fully furnished, comfortable and quiet. Here is the style and the size of the room boutique hotel, has a lively bar area. Services are very good from start to finish, including daily turndown service. We are really very happy here, recommend for everyone here.

Dinner at the Deco Europe of Urban Hotel has been a great experience. The truth is that the atmosphere is cozy, with a nice design, thanks to the loving care in every detail: visual connection with a glass-roofed courtyard inhabited by various sculptures; balance between it classic and it modern, with some walls of stone and others of tile gold, that achieve a pleasant contrast…
The deal with the diner is perfect, everything in perspective: vigilantes or not distracted. Like the Charter, where the contemporary kitchen is not synonymous of tiny dishes, but generous helpings treated delicately. My partner and I are committed to the "foie shavings with Pedro Ximénez reduction" as a starter, leading and the "Timbale of oxtail wine in Madrid" and the "breast of duck lacquered Caneton black garlic". The dessert, exquisite: "rice with milk texturing", that us was very fresh and light. Before start, US offered small caps for open the appetite, as well as to close the dinner, with a delicatessen of chocolate. Without a doubt, all a success. Was an experience very good.

You have, in addition to excellent views of Madrid, a super range of cocktails and tapas of luxury (such as oysters, caviar, croquettes…).

The service of 10, the local super smart and the food spectacular. Tuna toro was exquisite and the chocolate coulant is the best I have ever tasted in my life!

Excellent luxury hotel in the heart of Madrid. It is opposite the Cortes (the Spanish parliament), 50 m from Piazza del Sol at 100 m from the museums and Paseo del Prado. Design Hotel glass, concrete and steel. Room (We had a suite) beautiful. Parquet floor, sofas and armchair in leather, double LCD, collection of porcelain Buddha of the sixteenth century in the shelves of a wall, shower, whirlpool. A bottle of mineral as a gift per day. Welcome with strawberries and Champagne. It has two exclusive bars, an excellent restaurant, a swimming pool and a solarium. What more could you want? A venial flaw: breakfast, despite the excellent quality of the products, does not offer a great choice. Intendiamici don't die of starvation, anything! But given the high quality of the hotel. You could have expected more. The second and last: the Sinks. Of design, beautiful but equally uncomfortable.
