Very good location. Nice staff. Can be a little bit noisy but the windows are pretty sound Prof in a way.

Excellent in every way, I really liked the treatment by all the staff: reception, maintenance, cleaning and etc.
It is very well located and in very good condition everything. I recommend it 100%.

This is quaint hotel nestled in the central district and is a close walk to many of the more interesting places in the district. Prices are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. O would stay here again.

The hotel located in a perfect Location! Great hotel — totally worth it! The staff was very courteous and services, including a bag of croissants and drinks on the door every morning. We stayed 6 night and it was just perfect!

If you are looking for a hotel just for bed this hotel is perfect for you. The location is perfect just in the middle of Fuencarral where all the shops are located. Clean rooms. Also the terrace is good. Since the Hotel has no roomservice or restaurant they made a free use are at the roof floor. You can have coffee and tea for free. Do not forget to taste the cookies.

Of the best hotels in the area, it is not economical for a 3 star but everything that it offers from nothing more… Room, services, personal… 10 fully recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Comfortable rooms, very clean, where you don't hear a sound. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A great detail the bag they leave in the mornings at the door of the room with water, fruit and a sweet.

Great location and very friendly staff who are happy to assist you. No breakfast as in UK style but they have a basic café type room which has a microwave, fridge, coffee etc but has no plates so unable to eat warmed up foods. Room was basic but always cleaned (every day). Air con was very useful as it was average 30c during our stay. Will post a fuller review in the next few days at rainbowworld4all. Co. Uk/explore.

Location: north of gran via. Not too far from the subway. A little uphill. In the middle of the shopping street. Relatively close to all the tourist spots. Close to many good restaurants. Rooms: a bit small but clean. Free coffee and juice and snacks of the 5th floor with a nice patio balcony. Service. Great, kind and even provides a bag of free drinks with fruit and breakfast. Overall: nice place to stay.

Great location, large and comfortable bed with a lovely terrace when on the 5th floor. Quick and easy check-in and they left breakfast for us on our doorstep as we had an early check-out. Great value for budget travellers.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and in both occasions the experience was great. As a solo traveller you often fear that you would end up in tiny room with little space you know "the left overs". In this hotel, however, you don't. The rooms for solo travellers are well thought and cleverly designed. Perfectly located the hotel adds to your amazing experiences made in Madrid.

Really good location for the shopping and bars of Chueca. The hotel is friendly and really nicely laid out rooms, we had a stylish room with bare brick work and two balconies. The bed was large and firm, very comfortable. Free coffee bar with fruit and a seating area and a small breakfast left on your door in the morning. Very impressed.

I had the opportunity to get to know the hotel during Open House Madrid 2015 and I was simply amazed. The rooms have an original design and so many finishes as the details are cared the most combining new and old elements in harmony. The hotel is the result of the restoration of an old building in Madrid with a terrace with great views and where you see the original shingles.

The room was very clean, is a simple and modern style, the bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom is very good, with a powerful shower, small samples, such as some SOAP, toothbrush. Hotel location is very good, on a busy shopping street, the balcony door closed not too noisy. The region's many fine restaurants, bars and so on. I'll be back!

Chic hotel in Madrid's central area close to cafes and shopping.

Fresh. Clean. The new structure. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Terrace with fruit, tea, cappuccino and coffee/12:00 am 12:00 am. In the room, upon arrival, we found 2 bottles of cold water, much like, and everything you could ask for: toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, razor, etc Read mega and shower space. The room was on the third floor facing the Calle Fuencarral and, despite the coming and going at all hours, closed the double glazed Windows, a muffled silence enveloped everything. Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from Sol and 3-4 minutes by metro Tribunal and Chueca. This structure will be a reference point for my future stays Madrileños and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Great for the value, position is a big plus and their rooftop self-service bar is a pleasant surprise. Staff is friendly and speaks well English. When i'll be back i'll try to book the same hotel.

New hotel — September 2015, very friendly and helpfull staff, nice clean rooms with fridge, cleaned every day, at 5th floor free cofee (milk avaiable in fridge), tea and fruit with nice terrace. In the centre of the Madrid, we have walked all the "must" in Madrid within few hours and can go back to the hotel. I strongly reccomed this hotel if the price is OK for you ;) We have stayed 3 nights — a couple 34y.

Very well located and the rooms are very well.

The hotel is nicely decorated & well located but the personal work should be improved. Our plane was delayed, so we wrote an email to the hotel informing them that we will arrive much later & asking not to cancel our booking. We got a positive answer to this email. When we arrived to the hotel, the booking was cancelled & we were told that they never god our email. So it took them more than 20 min to check us in. After a long tiring jorney that was too much.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated rooms with modern, minimalist interior. Centrally located in Chueca, close to shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will come again.

One of the most beautiful of Spain on this trip was to stay at Sidorme, both girls who attended us and the details of the hotel made our visit to Madrid very cool! to return! Continue to innovate in those details that make the difference!

Well, our room was great, not lacked detail, very clean and everything you need for personal hygiene (brush teeth, razor, gels and shampoos, body lotion). Staff very attentive and super friendly, unbeatable location. Very well.
