It is a charming country hotel located in a quiet place perfect for a good rest. But also if you just want to eat or have a drink has a restaurant where you eat or cover with exquisite cuisine and very nice staff. A luxury.

The experience has been good. For those who knew him before in February 2018 he has changed ownership and the menu and type of food has changed. Now they specialize in grilled meats.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Good presentation and food was ok, but value for money is expensive.

It's a lovely site. People treat you very well and great food. I celebrated my wedding and my son's communion. And spectacular. The rooms were very nice.

I am a regular customer of the restaurant El Pontifical and know it well. Obviously the two comments that appear are a worker who did not exceed the trial (a bartender named Sergio) period and is bounced with the current Director of the business, which by the way, is more than competent, friendly and professional to serve the customers. This is not the appropriate forum for labor complaints, but to comment on the establishment, your service, products and facilities. I suggest to the author of the comments, if you have a problem with your employer, contact judiciary in work rather than trying to impersonate a client for defaming his boss.

Certainly not recommend approach is to this site, the owner of the site Begoña, I tried to fatal.
I went to the hotel restaurant to eat, they charged me prices that did not appear in the letter telling me "the prices have gone up" I told him that he would pay what you put in the letter and insulted me "as it might be people so despicable coming to try to eat for free". He told a waiter (I could hear it) "I since you the account and thus does not return". The poor waiter was everything and also fatal phrases was you "you are seem normal to serve wine in this way, see if you think that you pay € 1000 to give what give you the win"
Simply no doubt helpful has been the worst received in my life. Not go!

Places where I won't ever, is very difficult to ask for friendliness to the owner, when having personal unsecured and cost 0, unpaid salary, above is so terrible businesswoman who does not earn money and pay their frustrations with the unsecured personal and without pay that has, citing lack of professionalism, it seems shameful that in the 21st century people like exists.

Highly recommended place to eat. Staff very friendly. Good quality.

Nice and cosy restaurant where we have fired the year 2015 and we have welcomed the 2016 with fine dining and nearby and personalized service, without leaving aside its professionalism. Certainly to repeat and recommend.
