Good night, I am a customer of the Melia network for many years and the truth is that I and my daughter have always been very satisfied. Especially in it Tryp Leganes where I stay with many frequencies, the service both reception and the rest of the service are very attentive. We recommend it.

Every time we arrived, the people who had at the front desk didn't even say hello.
The first morning at 08:30am we were woken up by the cleaning service trying to open the door, having the latch inside they could not and still kept moving the crank.
When I arrived that night, the room was dirty, the floor full of stains, in the bathroom there were long, dark hairs.

Please note that there is no restaurant in the center of Leganés.
The staff is lovely and very friendly.
Excessively small bathroom.
There is nowhere to park in the scepter and they offer parking at an extra cost.
The room is spacious but the impression is of being all very old.

Very small and not so clean room. The walls are very thin and you can heat everyone on the corridor and in the rooms next to you. Breakfast is nice but not all staff sp w as english. There aren't many places to stay in leganes, this is probably the only option but if you can stay in some other town or in Madrid I strongly advice it.

I went to the hotel to a family member's wedding, has a terrace on the first floor very striking, it is advisable to have a drink. The rooms are ok, the service very attentive and the food was well cooked and had quality. What struck me most was the big lamps they have. A place to come back.

Excellent service, great breakfast buffet, well furnished room and ideal location. Price is also fair.

The hotel is quite poorly soundproofed, and if you touch some noisy "room neighbors", the rest is pretty bad.
Also, the first night we had a constant noise coming from an air conditioner that was off, so you could hear it constantly at night. The second night we were moved from room.

The rooms are a hideout. If you like to be cloistered… This is your place. For your price you expect at least one window.

For me an excellent hotel, not a marvel in terms of design and furniture, but offered me peace of mind and a break. No big luxuries, single room, attic and no windows to the street. The bed pillows are too soft, the bathroom is a little small, maybe because the room is a garret The hotel staff is attentive and friendly The free buffet is not bad but you will miss a little bit more of variety Hotel downtown and close to areas of bars And restaurants, this means that it is difficult to find a place to park The value for money I found it correct.

Good experience. The Hotel is very good value for money and clean. The location is excellent, close to Madrid or by train or by car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. So no hits.

A good budget hotel in Laganes, close to UC3M.

Extraction of the bathroom connected to the ventilation of the room, which means that what you do in the bathroom smells to sleep. And you can not open the window because it is a skylight that gets water if it rains (and you can not close at all because it has no curtain).
Centralized air conditioning without the possibility of regulating inside the room. I mean, if the heat is programmed and you're hot, you just stand up.
Breakfast buffet acceptable, but it is not understandable that there are scrambled eggs with bacon and there is no country ham or potato tortilla. The only sausage options are York ham or turkey, and a single type of cheese.
The décor or size of the room is no longer a problem if all of the above is not as it is. Ask for a shouting reform.

A lot of noise both inside and outside the hotel. You can't sleep! Single room fully claustrophobic only with a small window on the ceiling, and even though non-smoking the smell of tobacco is unbearable. The bad smell is already noticeable in the hallways. At the front desk I don't get solution to the problem. Just bad hotel and bad deal.

My wife and I spent there one night as we had a Dakotabox, which included a free night, breakfast and welcome gift. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The only thing that disappointed us was the gift, which consisted of two apples and a bottle of water (the plastic one was ours, which did not take it away from the table to make it look prettier).

Tryp Leganes. The rest and the cleaning should be the main virtue of the hotel to their clients. This can only be achieved by changing the mattresses and almuhadas, removing the wallpaper to paint. 55€ the night for esguinzarse the neck.

Good friendly, efficient staff. Hotel facilities good for a short stay. Nice breakfast, cooked options and cold, no restaurant for evening meals. Surrounding area quiet mainly residential with some shops, restaurants limited.

A 3 star correct. Parking 10€/24 hours. Breakfast buffet included avarage (but€ 8 per person).

The hotel apparently nice, like the double room. However, the pillows were very uncomfortable, as one was very thin and hard as if it were a table, and the other was not uniform… The walls are so thin that you hear everything at night, the boy who runs a good night in the hallway, or the couple upstairs who has sex… There's a lot of light coming through the door. The breakfast was good, even though the waitress was very edged. It is hard to park around, and the parking of the hotel is paid for.

Good deal, good service and good rooms. All the details covered. Up to a plug next to the toilet to liven your moments of intimacy, and a phone on the side if you run out of paper, I guess. Public Parking under with reduced rate if you are a customer of the hotel. The only downside is that it is excessively narrow. If your car is wide take care.

This weekend I've hosted me with my partner in this hotel. Much had more cheap in Leganes, but sometimes you prefer to pay a bit more for good service. Which was our mistake to see that we had a disastrous weekend, due to its low.
There was a wedding and the ruckus that was mounted with the celebration already was unpleasant, but understandable since if you agree to hire the services of a hotel that also celebrates weddings it is because you don't mind that sort of thing.
The question is with regard to the staff leaves much to be desired. We were waiting for the elevator, and one of the waiters opened a door repeatedly you my partner a heavy blow on the shoulder. Not enough with it that we got to our room and soon in the next room listening to a great scandal of laughter, shock. A scandal of fear. Let things be thinking that these noisy neighbors would cease assembling noise, but not. They were up to more than four in the morning with a huge scandal. Not be how many people there were in that room, but they mounted a good party without caring if I need more space to other tenants.
Not could stick eye on all night and when we got us fall asleep at 9 in the morning the cleaner trying to open the door to access the room.
We had to say it several times to please come back later.

Thank you for the attention you gave us in our wedding, everything was very well, and with the accident we had reacted great, especially the girl who I think was the metre is a piece of professional and deserves a monument, which gave us all was spectacular thank you very much.

Hotel quite normal, without excessive details. The rooms are small and bit comfortable, bed very hard, TV very old, few inches, of the pipe of poor quality. Bathroom justito, not very current. This is fine if you're going to step, 30 minutes from Madrid center by train or metro. To be a 4* missing amenities.

It is a very nice hotel, very classy and very large I love to go there.

I've been in this hotel in celebration of a wedding, and the truth is that it was not much to my liking. The food was not very good, for the price that is paid to the covered of a wedding and not very pretty rear recreation area.

It plays its role. The rooms aren't bad, the beds are comfortable and the large bathroom; but smell a little tobacco, I guess that for the carpet. Some of the rooms (the East Wing) are somewhat below the street level and with the window open anyone could enter in the room. Breakfast is cheap, all-you-can-eat buffet, have above all pastries and toast, highly recommended.

Worst tryp which I have visited, a lot better of ceuta from here to lima, smells of person between the 90 years and death. The windowless first floor rooms and halls are claustrofobicos. Better go to a dorm even, (fernando April martorell for example).

I think that it is very expensive for the attention they give you, also if you neglect they put you in type boardilla rooms which are completely overwhelming. The hotel has very neat entrance, hall and others because they are dedicated to weddings and communions but rooms cared nothing for the truth. I've hosted me several times by need but would not go there if you come to Madrid on vacation.

Located not very far from the Metro is a great compromise between price room/service. The inner rooms are less shining than what you see outside:-P but liveable and nice…
