Rooms okay. Simple unattractive Restaurant with limited menu, good quality food however. Location of hotel not very attractive.

Nice hotel, out of the city of Madrid. Has everything required. Has a shopping centre 10 minutes walk away & Europe's 3 largest shopping centres a 20 minute drive.

Location isn't great. Rooms are good but nothing near the hotel.

I have been with my family and the room for the 4 has been great. Upon arrival in the room you will find coffee service for 2, which is to be appreciated. Breakfast is ok, personally I do not like that the juices are machine and that there is no fruit, but the rest well.

This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel for a week in the last 12 months. They exchanged our water kettle and fixed the plug of our sink within a short time. The staff is friendly and helpful and the places is a short drive from “Leganes down town”. The complimentary breakfast give a good start for the day.

Right hotel. In polygon zone. It has parking although it is easy to park in front.
We did not like the carpet on the floor and there was no fridge in room (although there was water heater for coffee or infusions). Clean. Breakfast buffet quite complete.

I planned on staying here with my family as we visited for 3 days, and I have very bad things to say. When we walked into the room the room was damp and there was a putrid smell coming from the AC. After a long long time I was able to get to a manager who approved a room change. The hotel had ONLY ONE PERSON ON STAFF, she was trying her best but a hotel should have more than 1 person for a 2 story building. The lights in the halls flicker, the glass railings are easy to sway from side to side and there’s no AC in some halls; my impression is that the parent company Areas Reyes is trying to cut corners and is really jeopardizing the quality of the hotel. Again the staff was friendly, just a hotel issue.

Hotel located in Arroyo Culebro, Leganés. Hotel very comfortable and adjusted in the price. The room has a very large double bed. Flat TV and water heater with tea and coffee for breakfast if you don't feel like going down to the dining room. The bathroom is large and complete and if you lack any accessory you can request it at reception. You get the option D3 to check out until 14.00. Good place in general.

The hotel is very new, it is super clean and its location is very good to move by car because walking there is absolutely nothing around.
Breakfast is very good but the dinner menu is very scarce, expensive and bad (precooked pizzas, poor salads, fingers…)
Ideal families.

Simple but nice hotel, nice and clean rooms. Far from anything if you don't have car. Breakfast need to be improved a lot Dinner also needs to improve and have more variety. People working there are very kind and resolutive.

Hotel very recommended for its location in a fairly quiet area. It has its own parking although there are plenty of places on the street. Breakfast is very good. The construction is new. It is only 25 minutes from the centre of Madrid.

It's in the middle of nowhere, but very well connected to the freeway (I'm not sure there was a subway line nearby) and with very affordable price. The rooms are very spacious and modern-looking.
The hotel has several very useful services: In addition to breakfast, if you have left anything (toothbrush, comb, etc. ), the hotel gives it as a courtesy, something that is not expected of a hotel with that price.
If I remember correctly only has 2 floors, so you will not have to wait for breakfast or to withstand too much noise from people coming and going.

Very comfortable. Convenient to visit Madrid, especially if you are travelling by car and want tranquility at some distance from the center.

I think we have come five times and repeat whenever you come to Madrid. Cleanliness, good breakfast buffet, the treatment by the staff is 10, the location is perfect to go to Warner Park, Faunia, amusement park, Madrid center etc. Very quiet area and no problems to park. If I have to say something negative that dinner is very unvaried for how well it comes with being with kids not having to move. Finally the room is perfect for families and my kids enjoy in the tub together.

Perfect for families. Very friendly staff. I ordered chicken breast that was not in the firm. And I brought it to the table in two minutes.

Simple and Budget Hotel. It has a closed parking. The room I was assigned to was not a fridge.

I found it a very cosy hotel, the service of 10 both in housekeeping and at reception. The downside that I put is that after being 3 nights paying 65 euros per night to want to limp one more night we went up the night for being weekend and I think they should take 3 nights to continue with the rate of 65 euros night.

Well above his three stars. Excellent value for the wreck.
I've been to four star hotels that don't live up to this one.

Breakfast included. New and very clean rooms. For putting some glue, very hard mattress and there is little room to store clothes.

Modern and comfortable three-star Hotel located in an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere.
Either you have a vehicle or here there are no taxis for the same price and category there are much better hotels.

The hotel itself is pretty good. The only thing that made me give it less punctuation is the place of its location. It's between the middle of nowhere and the end of an industrial estate. You have to wake up pretty early so you can have room for breakfast. The receptionist found me a very friendly woman and as far as the rooms are, they are clean and very spacious. The location.

I stayed in a double room with two single beds. The state of the installation and cleanliness is very good. The breakfast without having a great variety of products is just acceptable.

Hotel near the highway.
Clean with the family room quite spacious, coffee maker in the room. Modern bathroom, just right, but if you need something, ahem. Razor, sewing, etc. You ask for it at the front desk and they give it to you without charge.
The usual breakfast for this type of hotel, it is worth highlighting its spectacular tortilla.

Very nice and new looking hotel with good kitchen. It offers services known to good holiday inn hotels. It's only disadvantage is that it's far away from Madrid city center.

We have been a couple with two children and very very attentive staff happy breakfast great room very comfortable all that cast hey has been a small fridge in the room.

All very correct, super comfortable bed and breakfast, varied, the parking is pay.

The hotel is located 20 min walk from the train station; there are no taxis waiting at the station so hiring a cab to the hotel is next to impossible. The hotel itself is no thrills, basic amenities. Free breakfast it's plain awful — juice from concentrate, plastic-feeling cheese and ham, no air conditioning in the dining area. I will not be staying there again.

We arrived at the hotel on the 30th of October to the 16:10 in the afternoon. We had a reservation of two rooms for 2 couples with 2 children each, for 3 nights. And what is our surprise that… that we had done the booking! We don't know which is the cause, because when we called to book, I gave all my personal information including my credit card number. And it turns out that they told us they were full, they were going to try to stay, but… We left it on the street! 4 adults, 3 children and a baby! We had to pursue the life… So the parrot when you make reservations because the same do not have…

9, 9 would be 10 if they offer some fresh fruit for breakfast. Train station close by, which puts you in the centre in 20 minutes. Excellent location for visiting the warner or faunia.

Attention excellent by all the staff, we only found a thin point. The restaurant should be open on Sundays for the night.

A good service and gone several times and everything was perfect rooms comfortable and everything clean. Two things to note: The breakfast is until 10 during the week I neglect them and vaje to and 15, but I was able to eat breakfast. Leave Me two items in the room and I was able to recover them without problems. 5 stars-highly recommended.

Fantastic care of William after introducing me to the 2 a. M without reservation or bonus. He has relied upon for my travel agency tomorrow pending you bonus. It's nice to give you credit and be able to sleep after a long day of travel. Economic and full. Again with my children and wife to visit my family in Leganes.

It is the second time that we repeat in the hotel and the truth is that there is still great surely will repeat more often. It is ideal for families with children and 20 minutes from warner.

Close to Madrid and the Warner Park Madrid, besides its our has a very friendly and sometimes it is appreciated that not an I try to cold and dry. Very well communicated and no parking problem. After my stay in hotel holiday inn from Leganés, and being a person who travels a little, I can say that it is perfect for a stay with children, is more nearly everyone that stays at this hotel often families with small, rooms are very correct, very good service and excellent care received, the situation of the hotel is at Polígono industrial, but always has site for parking and very quiet, the only drawback is you need a vehicle to move, although for the more ecological tell you have rental bikes.
