Very friendly staff, comfortable room with excellent a/c and nice bathroom, but one or two signs of ageing.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Good cleanliness and maintenance. Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast buffet was very varied and quality. With free parking inside the premises and paid garage (although they let us put the car in the free garage because there was no room outside).

Gas station, shop, parking, great rooms, good breakfast.

It's a great place to stay. It doesn't come out very expensive, quiet and with nice staff.
No bar, vending machines have no big deal.

Room with all the amenities and clean. Also, we had the parking included and it was quite accessible (we have a double baby stroller). All in all we were very comfortable. I would come back, no doubt.

Good to spend the night near Madrid. Full and comfortable rooms. Some rooms smell a lot like tobacco, if you are not smoking make sure to ask for non-smoking room. Breakfast buffet Cleanliness in dining room is better.

It was a group tour staying, which I understand that the service quality may be downgraded to serve many rooms, however, I think this should not be tolerated for total quality level of the hotel. Hair dryer was broken, and reception desk was busy to receive the call. I was waiting over 15 mins to talk having a backup hair dryer and few towels, because there was only 1 receptionist at the desk. Bathroom shower booth is a swivel glass door which hardly protect the water from out of tub so all floor got wet. Now I believe some people had to pay the carpet fee due to poor room design, not customer fault. I knew it was about 70 dollars for the night, but I had no idea at the moment bcuz the group staying. Anyway it would be worth the money.

Use better equipment you cheapos. Also, American prefer ice. Also, the brand aquarius is very misleading in the vending machine and your bar is never open.

Not me to liked nothing! To book by phone 2 months in advance and told me a price to spend a weekend 5 people, and now time to pay at reception told us that that was not the price, have charged us €90 more! And they are not enlightened or they pq sent us an alleged invoice q don't have… but if they sent us photos of the rooms! And when it comes to clarify things with the girls in the reception they began to shout us leaving us ridiculous! q shame! At the end we've paid more, at a hotel in addition to appear mornings q a playground (children running through the aisles and banging on walls and floors), room leaves much q… want walls, Chair… dirty… the carpet filthy smell, have hairdryer! Ornament! It does not work! And if you already come by car… There is q enter the parkin before 00: 00 h. Pq close everything and q to open you the door there are q wait a lot!
And I'm talking about June q is not be a winter cerrao! Breakfast €8 per person. Dnd are stealing? There are steps a MC Donalds q put breakfast. … to get away! NOT WHAT I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NOR WILL AGAIN GO… Ibis getafe (better price, better treatment and close to this hotel disaster)

Clean and silent, she rests well. Buffet lunch and dinner right. Free Wi-Fi. The meeting room is wide and with direct access to the garden. The staff very good and friendly.

Location, clean and comfortable, excellent, in a good area of getafe. The attention of the staff very correct. Easy access to the A42.

The room was good, having a tele is quite large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good also. In general pretty happy.

I had a receptionist very friendly and the room was fine, although it was perhaps a little small. The breakfast is not what I came to prove. The internet connection is pretty decent.

7.20. Wanted to give 3.5 stars, but 4 stars. Actually, a General, maybe the hotel is not New, the old, old carpet, so declined. Other facilities can also.

Good hotel. The rooms is very good and the staff also. As to the cleaning, to approve to note, although there have been a couple of details that I have not liked. In general very well. In addition, I understand that some templates of players staying there when they go to play against Getafe.

I had my civil wedding in this hotel and everything was perfect. The attention received by the staff from the first moment was extraordinary. They are true professionals who advised us on all the questions that we had and took care of the planning. The day of the wedding, not wanting to detail, the welcome cocktail and the menu outstanding. No doubt I'll be back to celebrate other events. Fully recommended.

Good hotel for spending a few days in Madrid or a night in good company at a price quite good, also offers the possibility of banquets that tend to be quite complete and good staff. The price per night is a little expensive but worthwhile given that the room is quite large as well as the bathrooms. All this fitted 100% and the service is very discreet. Ideal to come to do business or visit of the city, since it is not in the Centre of Madrid, but very close and very well communicated, in short time you can put in the center of the capital. Their prices are affordable and the service is not bad. It has a large car park, so as to leave your vehicle. You can also visit the surrounding cities.

Cozy atmosphere, good facilities, good service, good price, ample free parking, the only downside is the location but if you go there sure you have car to move on your own.
