I lived in Madrid for 20 years and had never visited Getafe.
And now, here I was staying in the "Hostal" Carlos III, in Getafe and my first impression upon arrival was "this is really nice".

Friendly staff, great location and good price.
The room is nice.
However it lacks of blankets (especially for when it is cold) and it can be very noisy and not soundproof.
Still a great deal.

Large comfortable beds and bathrooms that are clean and shiny. The pictures on the wall are always properly aligned, and everything always functions perfectly.
Reasonable price and safe place to stay.

Nice place to have lunch during the week. Good price and fast service.
