This week we have stayed 2 days in a row with my partner in hotel for work because we are from outside. The first day all very well have given us the double room that we have hired and we have been very happy so we decided to return the next day. But it could not be worse we have hired the same double room and they have given us a small we complain and they have only told us that there were no double rooms (we have gone to thousands of hotels and when they have some inconvenience they always refer us to other hotels where there are the services we have hired) but since we were tired we have accepted what we have been put out of room. But the worst thing is that my partner for work was ca to go at 6:00 in the morning and I stayed to rest a little more good… that I thought why since 9:35 in the morning the cleaning people were already knocking on the door and I told him q I was busy and at 10:25 I was in the shower until I heard someone come in and I got scared and ran out and was the cleaning girl who was already Inside the room (ZERO INTIMITY) I thought I would stay until 11:00 but I got dressed and left with a very bad taste of mouth.
I don't recommend it at all.

Good cleanliness and super friendly people, although the customer service leaves you wanting. I have warned three times that the sink faucet does not work well and … I don't even have a case. Otherwise although the air conditioning in this hot month as is the month of July is scarce and low power.

The bed was comfortable but the room was small, it seems that they had adapted an individual to a double, the bed on one side stuck to the wall. The rest great, the guys at reception friendly and the free coffee 24 hours a very favor point.

The service is better and our room was dirty; We complained and the next day noticed the difference the showerheads in the showers are broken the best the breakfast, not much choice though if warm. The breakfast toaster also and generates a lot of waiting time the free parking is a plus, although to enter the garage there must have been more control.

It is a cozy place, comfortable armchairs in reception, comfortable beds and all new. Recently refurbished. The hallway is dark gives a bit of fear I wear blue carpet. Good food I The attention of the waiters good with the two groups we went to.
I recommend the hotel I its facilities…

Come for work to a trial from Malaga and find yourself in Fuenlabrada in a relatively new hotel, with affordable prices and very good quality in relation to the price.
24h kitchen, 2 free parking (covered and uncovered), Wi-Fi, continuous reception, free coffee 24h… and accessible location.
A luxury at ridiculous prices… to keep it in mind especially for specific work topics in the city.

A bit farther away from the city center, but still a good place to stay if you don't mind that.

Excellent Hotel, recently renovated and with great facilities! The receptionist are lovely and the maid service very nice. I always choose this hotel when I come to Fuenlabrada!

For the price it has this great, the customer service is perfect, plus has a subway mouth to five minutes scarce. It is a very quiet area and no noise.

It has been a great stay, the staff very friendly and friendly. The room was very good. Free coffee/tea and free parking aunk if it's late there are no squares. Highly recommended! Repeat.

Great weekend Although the bathroom had to pass a bit of maintenance all perfect very friendly the reception staff very good facilities advised a weekend deal that yes but I will repeat again.

The first day we ran out of parking because they were all busy, but we solved the problem very well, plus the beds are comodisimas and the breakfast buffet although it is a little small has everything.

Very nice hotel with a very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The beds of the best, Comodisimas. The water gets a lot of temperature if you like it very hot and very cold if you like otherwise. There is No night noise and free parking with direct access to the hotel. Remarkable that the rooms have an empty cooler so you can refrigerate your stuff. It also has free Wi-Fi But it is not very fast.

Cigarette smoke smell in rooms and air conditioning system. We moved to a different room and had the same problem. In the new room we asked to have the floor vacuumed as there was long hair and dust. Stained towels, broken rubbish bin and broken soap dispenser. However, friendly and helpful staff who made an effort to make our stay better.

Had a great stay here would definitely come again.

Great place to sleep for a night get breakfast and explore Madrid the next day.

Everything was absolutely brilliant. Best things: nice bath, very comfortable bed and pillows, big windows, friendly and respectful staff and for sure, free tea, hot chocolate or coffee 24 hours :) I didn't find anything wrong so, I'd recommend you!

Beautiful modern structure. Very nice staff especially Miss ALICIA thanks to which we managed to recover some of our items that a thief had stolen in our room while we were eating. You got that right. A thief who through a card came quietly into our room and took away a cellphone and a I pad. I have not filed a complaint because thanks again to ALICIA we have recovered everything. This does not take away the fear especially of the child. I also thank the manager who went the extra mile to reassure me but not good because at least for my son the holiday is ruined. So my judgement can't be that bad. Because the tranquility of the customer must be at the base of everything since we paid regular room.

The downside is the location which is quite far from places of interest. Recommended for sleeping at good price on business trips.

I'm going on my anniversary. Very pleasant staff. The price is super fine to spend a day with your partner, or also for work. Then also for anniversaries or dates as promotions and the truth is that they are pretty well. We went once for the promotion of anniversary with dinner and the dinner was very good.

Leaves much to be desired for a four star hotel, bathroom smells bad as if it had no trap has no air conditioning for heat only until the summer not ay cold according to receipt and payment in advance the truth these Lords who voted excellent will be friends of the owner.

Bar cabinet with two bottles of mineral water. Price uploaded to the festivals in Fuenlabrada. 80 euros to not even choose double bed. Tft TV. Tablet size. In the end. I hope the breakfast is at least decent.

Hotel new, modern and functional, my experience was good, the room spacious and clean. Recommended.
