Rooms need a refurbishment. It's too old. Breakfast and dinner are good, with a lot of options and with all you can it format. The great advantage is that from the hotel you have direct access to PortAventura and with daily pass included using the room key-card.

Clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Check-in was efficient even with our group of 120+ people. Buffet plentiful and varied. Has own entrance to theme park. Easy walk to town center. Would stay there again.

Stayed in room 3009 on the first floor. There is no place to dry clothes, towels. The only chair was put behind the window door on the street directly to the ground and hardly placed trunks, swimsuits and everything that was wet after the water rides. The towel dryer was a disaster.
The rest is acceptable.

Sadness. The Spanish crisis has gone by. The hotel is only the shadow of itself. Only the pools and gardens are still worthy of the 4 stars at the entrance. The corridors are a real pigsty and the rooms have suffered from lack of maintenance. After 7 stay the last 12 years… We will not return. Adios.

The hotel itself is an endless maze of corridors. There is a girl in the reception, talking in Russian. About 12 to 15 hours on weekdays. On the territory of cafes, souvenir shops, roam animators. A positive place, especially for a holiday with children. Every evening there is a disco with animators for children.

We stayed at the Port Aventura hotel one night and were very disappointed with this establishment. Apart from the that this one is very close to the Park, the rooms are not very clean, my daughter slept on a couch very uncomfortable bed, the sheets was not very clean, as well as the bathtub shelled and rusted, the shower wall was full of limestone and traces of water. In this walk in the corridors the women of the rooms had left garbage bags with dirty sheets and trash cans while she had finished their services so it dragged all night. The pool was not functional when it was nice and could have enjoyed a small bath. The only big plus is the continental breakfast where you can find all sorts of specialties.
I had already stayed with the family at the Caribbean Hotel and it catches up to the Port Aventura.

All very well. It's worth taking half a pension. As a negative point, the auxiliary bed was not made.

Very nice hotel. The half-board formula is perfect. Buffets very hearty and varied whether for breakfast or dinner. Direct entrance to the amusement park. Standard room spacious enough.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning only works in summer (Dixit reception). I had to park and carry the suitcases 600 meters. Little maintenance. Lack of cleanliness in the hallways. Very expensive Bar and restaurant. The only good thing… are stuck to the parks.

The setting of the hotel is very friendly and in addition just next to the entrance to the park, the rooms are clean and decent for 5 person. The breakfast is great!

Very large and comfortable, especially for the access to the park. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly. Point against: We forgot a coat in the room and when we called we were told they hadn't found it…

Wonderful. Just like in the pictures. Paradise. A huge breakfast, incredible. No bad surprises, only good ones like the great pools for example.

We've just come back from our lovely stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, big bathroom, always kept clean and tidy by the staff. In fact all the staff there work very hard! The downsides regrettably are that the check-in process takes far too long. I had to wait in a very long queue. Strangely they request that people with surnames beginning A-G form a different queue in the foyer from people with surnames beginning H-Z. But since most people would have a surname H-Z (myself included) this meant that there is one very long queue and the other is pretty much empty. After a long day of travelling you just want to get to your room fast. Also there was the case of the food. The breakfast has a large selection to choose from and it's perfect to get your day going. The dinner on the other hand isn't so nice. We had the buffet included in our deal. However the food choice never changes from each evening although they offer very minor differences. For example there was always pizza, pasta and paella on offer. Every evening. You can get a bit bored of it after 4 evenings straight of the same thing. The only slight difference might be that Day 1 it might be a ham pizza, Day 2 might be a tuna pizza. I think if the hotel can review quicker check-in times and a review of the food selection it would be absolutely perfect! Again thank you so much for our lovely stay, the staff really make the hotel what it is :)

The overall is not up to four stars. The rooms are really not so well cleaned. In addition, it can be seen that for a long time there was no repair-places and asked to do.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. Towels had to be requested every time to be laid on each. The bathrobe and slippers were in principle absent.
The phone and the laptop were not enough to charge. The bed has only one.
Washing of personal laundry is paid! Yes…
There is no indoor pool, and the one that is available-works only from 10 to 18 hours.
The buffet food is good. Yes, it is a buffet called the Hall, where the buffet. But often arrange a strange stopper. At the entrance you must wait for the waiter to meet you to take you to the table. Several times really stood in line for 10 minutes on the entrance, although there were plenty of empty tables. As already told-feed well. Periodically change the menu, but not much. If you want, you can safely take something with you. The hand is not enough. The only downside is the tea and coffee only for breakfast. For dinner only water is free, and other drinks are paid.
Plus, if you have cars, you can safely put it in the parking lot for free.
The big Plus is that the hotel is in the park.

The rooms are nice but the beds are spring mattresses a bit old. For dinner tonight. The buffet is of mediocre quality compared to some other park. I recommend you go out to eat in town for the same price you have a great menu. The reception is smiling and nice. The maintenance service is fast and efficient. (The safe was locked in one of our rooms). Short Hotel satisfactory.

Super great amusement park. A must if you are in the area! For big and small, young and everything, for everyone there is something!

7 1/2 hours for five railways and even pirate ship! Far too long pending times because of poor organization. Partially loading the train staff takes longer than the drive. The specified pending times not nearly voted in most cases. For €45, admission is very disappointing. I can recommend it to anybody. Very bad.

Without express pass at least 2hrs waiting, impudence! And the entrance with express Passport costs 75 Euro! Were here all day and could go… not to recommend 5 roller coasters.

Totally disappointing, each time it gets worse. It is more sloppy and the service offered leaves much to be desired for what it was before. Make sure when you go that the weather is quite good since the last time I went everyone was claiming that the vast majority of attractions more than 9 were closed by the wind so there was only 20km per hour. The pass express is not worth it to throw away money.

Absolutely great park. Assured fun. Of course if you want to enjoy all the attractions it is essential that you spend 25 euros more per person to get the Express pass. Queues of more than an hour in attractions that you enjoy no more than a minute. Also attend outside the weekend outside of the summer I was with about 30, 000 people is incredible. The food inside does not go right. The attention of the workers is excellent. The bar park is raised to make absolutely and cause the expense to any thing. On the other hand the goodies and details types of souvenir are quite well priced.

We have spent 3 days in April, and has been a real scam. The park closed at 19:00, most of the restaurants and stalls were closed, several attractions were out of service. A show in particular you had to pay consumption compulsory to view the article. I don't think back.

Me to happy to go to PortAventura, and I loved all that lucky to go there with my daughters, I doi 5-star volbere every weekend and the shambhala nor I tell you how much I liked it the best amusement Park near or in Barcelona of the world.

PortAventura Park is one of the best theme parks in Europe, with a lot of good roller coasters and other rides. The worst thing are the new shows — old ones were really good —. I recommend the Express Pass to avoid the large queues.

The best parke ke seen till now is pa to be there 3 days haha and live there.

A great theme park. With many attractions very well set. Numerous hotels around and the facilities are very clean and well looked after for the huge influx of people there is usually. To enjoy it to the full it is necessary to spend at least a couple of days. But still, in a day you can enjoy yourself tremendously.

I don't compareis that is better than disneyland paris by god! Of the world to come? Let's be critical.

I was staying in salou and went here 2 days in a row with my parents. Both my parents were very reluctant to go but once they had been in they both absaloutely loved it and would not stop talking about it for the whole holiday! Me and my brother both thought the park was amazing. Something I did not know about the park was that the whole park is set out in countries which is amazing. All the rides are fantastic and so is the evening show. Definitely going again!
