We went as a couple, this hotel charmed us: spacious room, bright, comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean, a balcony that overlooks the pool (no noises). Gym available. We're thrilled.

Comfy, great food and brilliant service. The best hotel I've been to.

Stayed in Room 3009 on the first floor. There is no place to dry clothes, towels. The Only chair was put behind the window door on the street directly to the ground and hardly placed trunks, swimsuits and everything that was wet after the water rides. The Towel Dryer was a disaster.
The rest is acceptable.

Hotel de 4estrellas accessed directly to Port Aventura x the part of Mediterranea. Small rooms if extra beds are required. Amenites must be requested at reception, and so save… Very scarce dinners in quantity and variety. Good breakfast. The hotel is themed like a small Vila… but not all have balconies. A lake winds the interior, so in summer cools, X TB makes more mosquitoes.

Sadness. The Spanish crisis has gone by. The hotel is only the shadow of itself. Only the pools and gardens are still worthy of the 4 stars at the entrance. The corridors are a real pigsty and the rooms have suffered from lack of maintenance. After 7 stay the last 12 years… We will not return. Adios.

The hotel Itself is an endless maze of corridors. There is a girl in the reception, talking in Russian. About 12 to 15 hours on weekdays. On the territory of cafes, souvenir shops, roam animators. A Positive place, especially for a holiday with children. Every Evening There is a disco with animators for children.

We stayed at the Port Aventura hotel one night and were very disappointed with this establishment. Apart from the that this one is very close to the Park, the rooms are not very clean, my daughter slept on a couch very uncomfortable bed, the sheets was not very clean, as well as the bathtub shelled and rusted, the shower wall was full of limestone and traces of water. In this walk in the corridors the women of the rooms had left garbage bags with dirty sheets and trash cans while she had finished their services so it dragged all night. The pool was not functional when it was nice and could have enjoyed a small bath. The only big plus is the continental breakfast where you can find all sorts of specialties.
I had already stayed with the family at the Caribbean Hotel and it catches up to the Port Aventura.

Very nice hotel. The half-board formula is perfect. Buffets very hearty and varied whether for breakfast or dinner. Direct entrance to the amusement park. Standard room spacious enough.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Correct cleaning, try to choose a room near the reception. Those that are from 1150 onwards are very far. It takes forever to go to the room (do not forget something or to unconfigure the key) sleep quality correct.
Varied buffet breakfast.

Air conditioning only works in summer (Dixit reception). I had to park and carry the suitcases 600 meters. Little maintenance. Lack of cleanliness in the hallways. Very expensive Bar and restaurant. The only good thing… are stuck to the parks.

Comfortable and beautiful… Kids go crazy in this place!

We've just come back from our lovely stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, big bathroom, always kept clean and tidy by the staff. In fact all the staff there work very hard! The downsides regrettably are that the check-in process takes far too long. I had to wait in a very long queue. Strangely they request that people with surnames beginning A-G form a different queue in the foyer from people with surnames beginning H-Z. But since most people would have a surname H-Z (myself included) this meant that there is one very long queue and the other is pretty much empty. After a long day of travelling you just want to get to your room fast. Also there was the case of the food. The breakfast has a large selection to choose from and it's perfect to get your day going. The dinner on the other hand isn't so nice. We had the buffet included in our deal. However the food choice never changes from each evening although they offer very minor differences. For example there was always pizza, pasta and paella on offer. Every evening. You can get a bit bored of it after 4 evenings straight of the same thing. The only slight difference might be that Day 1 it might be a ham pizza, Day 2 might be a tuna pizza. I think if the hotel can review quicker check-in times and a review of the food selection it would be absolutely perfect! Again thank you so much for our lovely stay, the staff really make the hotel what it is :)

The overall is not up to four stars. The rooms are really not so well cleaned. In addition, it can be seen that for a long time there was no repair-places and asked to do.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. Towels had to be requested every time to be laid on each. The bathrobe and slippers were in principle absent.
The phone and the laptop were not enough to charge. The bed has only one.
Washing of personal laundry is paid! Yes…
There is no indoor pool, and the one that is available-works only from 10 to 18 hours.
The buffet food is good. Yes, it is a buffet called the Hall, where the buffet. But often arrange a strange stopper. At the entrance you must wait for the waiter to meet you to take you to the table. Several times really stood in line for 10 minutes on the entrance, although there were plenty of empty tables. As already told-feed well. Periodically change the menu, but not much. If you want, you can safely take something with you. The hand is not enough. The only downside is the tea and coffee only for breakfast. For dinner only water is free, and other drinks are paid.
Plus, if you have cars, you can safely put it in the parking lot for free.
The big Plus is that the hotel is in the park.

Well served to be a great site, but, with queues of reception you will getting used to that suffer in the Park.

Amazing is perfect especially for the company with which I shared may room which together with the general hotel is in an unforgettable time convirtio.

Great food, comfy beds, very clean, friendly serving staff but the reception are unprofessional, uncivil and whole reception is complete chaos.

Very good hotel, we have already been in the Caribbean and in the PortAventura, the two are very good, the advantage of this hotel is that you are in the Park, so if you like to throw you NAP after eating or going with children who get tired and want that they sleep a little this phenomenal. The buffet is small but this very well. You have two pools one rather more than the other. Rooms are OK, although to my I liked most of the Caribbean. The staff very nice. The only downside is price, are more expensive too especially the high season, although it is worth.

Sad, and simple reason why vale… more expensive than the GoldRiver, pitch and the Club Sant Juan in standard room. The room is not 4 * no joke, just how remarkable a big bed. The plants low and 1a many of the rooms do not have terrace, only window or gives directly to the garden. That yes the fantastic staff and takes you a little sense of timo. 2 buffets there is one principal who has it all and the extremely simple secondary. That blame have I if the hotel is full so den a buffet lower.

Woody rooms very well. Very good treatment for celiac customers.

So far the food, room and facilities seem very nice indeed. The rest of the holiday will soon tell! The theme park is very good!

Facilities and services very well. 3 stars for the fault with the hot water and lift access.

I love this hotel it is amazing also you are very close to the theme park portaventura which you get free entrance into wich is great they also have shows on at night I recommend hotel el paso.
