Amazing Staff. Amazing Entertainment. RJP staff after 15 years still 11/10.
Edit: The food did get better and on day 8 of 10 we finally had aircon (thanks to the cleaning staff! ) I also feel I must day the entertainment team were UNBELIEVABLE! Brian, Casey & Katie made up for the poor hotel with their constant happy nature and quality shows! I still wouldn’t come back here but between the cleaning team and the entertainment team, it did mean we enjoyed our holiday more than I expected to on the first day! ———————————————————————— The hotel looks great but is absolutely rubbish in comparison to many all inclusive hotels in salou. The rooms are poorly decorated and the aircon doesn’t work, in fact it gives an eggy smell in the room that actually made my son sick! The food in the restaurant was poor, same stuff each day and very little choice. The all inclusive snack bar was only open for 2hrs a day and half of the items you had to pay for! The all inclusive offer is only until 11pm although yea bar stays open past 12…… you just have to pay for drinks from 11pm! We’ve stayed in many all inclusive hotels in salou and this is the absolute worst I’ve ever stayed in! 100% WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE! AVOID!
