LOVE salou will definitely come back but not this hotel 👎 Don't know if we've just been really lucky at the other all inclusives we've been to we've always been happy… Until now. Small rooms, clean but air con barely exists You have to wait behind a locked door in a hot corridor to get to the pool, they could easily block the pool off and let us sit on the terrace for a drink especially since there are no kettles in the room. Food is pretty much the same cold mush everyday — although the snack bar is ok we've spent most days so far looking for places to eat but you don't have to look far in salou for somewhere decent, theres so much on the doorstep. Never see staff out cleaning pool area or other areas of the hotel. Staff aren't the friendliest and struggle to get a drink correct. Entertainment is non existent and kids disco lasts 10 minutes if you're lucky As a group of 8 easily pleased people we're struggling to find anything to praise the hotel on other than its not a rowdy loud hotel, it is pretty relaxed. A lot of spanish turned up over the weekend, they were rude to the english, refusing to give up chairs they weren't using and the staff were much nicer to the spanish guests.

Great Hotel, clean, impeccable service.

Newly renovated hotel. Excellent hotel situation, close to beach and center, you don't have to take the car at all… clean rooms and well-kept facilities. As for the buffet, varied and very good quality, there are performances with live music and good atmosphere, but above all I give a 10 to the hotel staff. Thanks to Mr. Marcelino director of the Hotel and other employees who have made our stay a real pleasure! Friendly and willing treatment at all times. We can't look forward to coming back, so thank you very much for everything!

Loved our stay. Food was good, staff amazing — especially Animation staff! Lots for children to do and close to local buses and beaches! Would definitely recommend!

Just back from spending 5 days holiday in the hotel with my 18yr old daughter.
We LOVED the aqua gym and would love to know the name of the songs! We will be back next year.

Staff friendly enough, pool very clean, food was very good with lots of choice, amazing rice pudding. Very close to town and beaches. Most rooms have balcony and animation is fine.

The hotel is set up for Spanish and no speaking English people, you ask for something and they don't understand so they just walk away! The rooms are so small we are a family of 4 with 2x double bed very small, not worth the money at all entertainment is rubbish, the only good thing is I'm with my family, DO NOT BOOK HERE! Very bad hotel…

This hotel is a tired hotel, with many faults. However, the staff are extremely good at keeping the guests happy. In particular the rooms seemed to lack changing of towels and sheets. The air conditioning is at best mediocre and the rooms lack sound proofing. However, the food is fantastic, the pool is kept very clean and overall, it’s a decent place to stay on a low budget.

Rooms basic. Staff dont speak english. Very noisy hotel food cold we went half bored drink machines closed off at tea time so had to buy bottles of water what we thought would be free with meal untill they told us on the third day so get our own water from shop. To get to beaches have to walk up big hills. Would not stay here again.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
On the other hand an insulation close to the Howeve: You can hear either open or closed window, a swimming pool that closes early (7pm) and a buffet that grows towards the Burger King which is 800m.

Good location. Without Rennova tion. It is planned to complete rennovation next year. But clean and cozy. Close to 3 luxury beaches.

Basic hotel, buffet style meals, good value for money, kids club was not on when was there late April, quite location 10/15 min walk to main strip…

It is located in a slightly noisy area. The beaches around are nice, well kept and she easy access.

For some reason this hotel is kind to me — I will not say that it is better or worse than others. I love the pints at the bar, the view from the top floor. The district man of Wendrel Street. It is calm, decently fed, there is an underground parking lot, a swimming pool and a street bar.

These apartments are fairly well equipped, relatively close to the shopping area and the boardwalk.

The numbers are as shown in the photo. The hotel rules change every four days. We had a change in seven days. The cleaning is not very thorough. Behind the chair was the wrapping of gum. She's still there. The kitchen is very good. The staff is friendly. There's a fungus in the bathroom. The windows of the rooms are outside. It's noisy from the restaurant hood. The air conditioning in the hottest time of the day is not cold. The hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel is very comfortable. The hotel is very good. And the radius of 300 meters is more interesting.

Pool bar was never open, no one can understand or speak english, nothing for children whatsoever, balconys never see any sun its so dull and definately not a family orientated hotel.

So sad about this hotel because the reception staff weren't bad and SOME of the bar staff were ok and SOME of the restaurant staff were ok but the rest were very unwelcoming and miserable The entertainment was not the best and was mainly aimed at the Spanish Germans and french. The animation team were ok. The cleaners came every day giving it a cats lick and bed not changed the whole time we were there. The best thing about this hotel was the excellent food and amazing selection provided id give it a big 10/10. It's just a great big shame about the rest of the hotelq. Up to now haven't had a good experience of best hotels.

We have the 4plus bad nights of all our holiday impeccable Room 2 double bed with balcony six feet long bed a little small PR the big except bathtub has change car coloring and bad lol mattress low from low end of range Mal soundproofing impossible to dorm IR at night with TT bus trucks and people screaming out until 4:00 a. M. The pool is quite large and enough of Transat and parasol PR all eat a small slide in the small pool. Animation not enough application to speak French has by a word by here Sino the mini disco of the evening PR children is nice the moderator do their job but speak not enough French the bar of the terrace is not too expensive mm if it rises fast. Restaurant side we eat there in the morning and evening and frankly C fatty fat and still fat and degeu we have BCQ eat melon and watermelon we think that people were difficult but nn C really degeu mm The French on the spot told us vs will see that C bold and Degeu They have a huge effort to make this side there and level bedding and lift only two elevator PR more than 120chambres C 15min of Lost PR go eat PR retrace as to finish we climb the 6etage a foot 6 we are not close to go back.

We feel good… The sun, air and water are all we need… And the sea is just bliss, though it is still cold … The hotel is decent, the food is super-all you want to try… The hotel is clean, the staff are hospitable… 10 minutes from the sea… Recommend…

We booked this hotel as we thought it was being refurbished by the end of May 2017 but all they have done is give the bedrooms a coat of magnolia! Very dates hotel but clean. The good was ok always found plenty to eat.

Very nice hotel, super. Kitchen service, the attitude of the staff is very friendly. For their three stars everything is very even at the highest level. They fed well and tasty, there was never one to go hungry. The variety is great and there is always something to choose from. The staff were all polite, the maid cleaned well. The view from the window was classy. The only thing that did not like it is not comfortable chairs on the bolcon. The rest was very much. I hope I get there again. For three stars, everything is even very chic. There is also a free pool. The animation is also not bad, the only thing is that everything is mostly in Spanish.

The hotel is to make you a face labado. The TV of the rooms are very old and there are very few channels. Meal times are for foreigners. The buffet is pretty good, there are variety of food… it worse of the hotel is the location since this in full street of nightclubs and is impossible to rest. Great hotel, wife to the Dr gave a bottle of champagne. From the hotel nothing was missing, although we were warned that cases happened.

But the air conditioning in the room not it could regulate, is the air that they want.
The TV gave me just because I didn't see it but do not depict have satellite TV / cable TV because only saw 6 channels over not be oia well.
Something just a buffet but it is true that the food is very good.
They have no minibar in case you need to have the toddler meal in the cold.
Lifts a disaster only had two and you had that be expecting a lot of time, probably many times up or down to walk, was on the 6 floor.

The hotel is simply excellent. Truth in the evening until 12:00 night almost every day there were concerts, it was noisy. But the performances were great, by the way, if you gonna get room not by the pool and will not be heard. Food not bad in principle, but could be better. Otherwise everything is excellent, the sea nearby, friendly (if you say "olla" for their fashion greeting all shine with happiness), Wi-Fi, billiards, pool, and rooms are good! Vobŝëm advise.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. It was my ruined vacation. Two stars maximum.

Air conditioning is as that not cool there the food dreadful every fritangas and the schedules pa foreigners lifts there are only two and small takes muxo seems a one star hotel TV is of twenty centuries ago and two channels are. Good esq this clean is trankilo and is close to a quiet beach and near the area x Center pool is large and this very well the hotel need an arrangement aunq is passable if d is a star.

Everything. Natâ girl on reception excellent interpretation and sheer friendliness. Beach nearby. I'm not talking about long beach city, and on the beach in my Chaplaincy, he called.
