Love this hotel. Great location minutes from beach … plenty of space. Very family friendly. Loads of choice for food. Lovely friendly staff. Usually visit in September. Visited earlier this year was very quiet and no entertainment but still great spot.

Second visit here, both short stays. Great value for money. Decent location, 15 min walk to beach, 5 mins to town. Food improved greatly since last time I was here. Breakfast really good, dinner decent.

Nice hotel staff very friendly close to the beach and resort centre, there is a short cut through the park to the beach. Food far from great, if the food was better I would have given 3*. Pool area is great pool very clean plenty of sun beds. Plenty of shops bars and restaurants a short walk away.

The Staff Are Rude And Arrogant To The English And So Was The Locals It Was So Bad We Couldnt Even Sit For Dinner In The Hotel We Had To Go Out For Food Even Tho We Was Inclusive The Room Was A Dive No Air Con And Scruffy Dirty Blankets On The Beds I Would Give 0 Stars If I Could As This Hotel Ruined Our Holiday.

We arrived at this hotel on Sunday 10th September 2017 to be blown away with the sheer size of this hotel, as our rooms where not ready we sat outside as we had our all inclusive bands, as it was hot I took off my denim tu jacket which when the rooms where ready I left by mistake on the chair, only for some lowdown cheap thieving piece of rubbish to steal … beside this the hotel is beautiful, the bar staff are excellent … the restaurant thro good needs to be managed as you have parties of two people taking over table set for eight people when there are tables set for two which causes queues… and even thro the entertainment is good there is no back up plan in the event of rain (which we had for two days) so was just left to amuse yourself… (there is a large entertainment room inside by the bar) so why not just bring the entertainment inside or do quiz, bingo etc… also need at least one English-speaking person on the reception… lovely lovely hotel…

Big enough rooms, good beds, family oriented, full sized bathtubs in rooms. Noise insulation is absent, you literally can hear people talking in the next room. Concrete floors in rooms. If your room is facing the pool evening entertainment will blast music in your windows until 23:30. Food is repetitive and mostly mediocre and it is absolute chaos at the restaurant as it is packed with people. Good luck securing a table during peak hours. Wi-Fi is very slow and unreliable and there is just one power socket in the room (two if you unplug the TV but that one will be high on the wall), also electricity shuts off when you leave so having a powerbank is helpful. As it is a family hotel add LOTS of children which don't mix well with poor noise insulation. No kettle, hair dryer or minibar/fridge in the room.

Hotel was good beds are spot on can not fault the rooms at all. Food is very regrettable always the same. We ended up eating out the last few nights nothing wrong just always the same. Can not get a bed around the pool people are put at the crack of dawn and towels are down. And everything is spanish. Entertainment on a night is the biggest problem. Very few British people staying at the hotel 90% spanish. Just get out and about loads of English bars are restaurants personal fav is the Robin Hood.

Hotel crowded, queues are immense to make the registration, for breakfast. Foreign tourists who arrive drunk at 5-6 in the morning, racing through the aisles, etc, Staff quite unpleasant in the deal with the customer. Negative. I've been 2h and 20min in a queue to pick up my reservation, and for the people who lack the pre-three hours for sure. The buffet, because my children have eaten while I was waiting for, has been an uphill battle, as in the movies, to get a table and some food.
