Good relaxed hotel currently staying here, the rooms always cleaned well, the facilities r minimal but all u need close to shops and beach yeah the food isn't brilliant but it's fair and there's always something for all tastes would come back again, only down side is pool only available 6 hrs a day and the carry on with the glasses and ticket system at the bar.
This was our first family holiday abroad — and we were not disappointed in the hotel at all.
Rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday with bed changes and fresh towels.
Reception desk were speedy and helpful.
Entertainment staff were fun and lively and lots to do for everybody.
The pool was wonderful for cooling off and playing with the kids. In face we spent the majority of our time poolside or in the pool! No problem getting sunbeds!

Really Enjoyed coming to the Hotel Piramide. It was very family friendly. The foods is amazing. The rooms are very nice, big rooms. Entertainers are very good always making everyone feel welcome and great at trying to get as meany people as possible to join in. The entertainment at Night is fantastic very good. Very enjoyable. The staff, Bartenders, Managers, Waiters, Cleaners, Receptionists are very Friendly. It was a delight coming here and I would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel in a great location all staff are very friendly rooms cleaned and towels replenished daily only one negative was the food not many choices for lunch or dinner but a couple mine are fussy eaters and occasionally it was cold but everyone managed to find something they liked and we ate out on a couple of days all inclusive drinks were great would definitely recommend.

Rooms are nice and clean, comfortable beds. Food isn't always great (not loads of options/ some food is from the day before). Pool area is nice, not too overcrowded. Overall very good and value for money.
Super hotel we had a great holiday here 2 adults 2 kids room was a great size and spotless we were all inclusive food was lovely reps were great especially liman and xin who were great with the kids great location near shops restaurants pubs and beach will go again.
➜ Convenient location, not expensive rooms. There are several beaches within walking distance. A children's park for family recreation and entertainment. It should be taken into account that the hotel's rules prohibit taking products out of the restaurant. And you can not transfer lunch or dinner to another day in the absence of many days of excursions.

➜ From day one, the hotel left only positive emotions. They say that the first impression can be deceptive. I'm glad it wasn't.
I'll start describing in stages.
When you check into a 4-star hotel, you will be charged a resort tax of 1 q off your nose for the day of your stay, but no more than 7 euros in total.
The room is very spacious. The balcony is well located in the courtyard with the pool. Traditional gaffe: the reception does not warn that when the balcony doors open, the contact sensor disables the central air conditioning system.
The room was taken at once with three meals a day.
This is the most optimal in terms of costs, because to eat in cafes 20-90 euros for 1 person on the price tag is not inspiring.
Wi-Fi is available, but the internet is not insane speed. There's enough for users.
Food.
This is a very separate topic.
The range and daily is impressive.
I will describe only one case:
Let's go to dinner sometime. There I was covered with a real perdimonocle.
At the entrance stood two Spaniards in golden cylinders on their heads. Balloons, rain and other festive attributes.
Just crouched down, the waiter rushed with two glasses and poured brut.
I asked in surprise:
Christmas todey?
He just smiled and said:
No, viernes.
We got back yesterday from our weeks stay. Fab hotel, ALL the staff are great! From the reception to the housekeeper who found our daughters money on the room floor and left it on the bed. Very trustworthy! Lovely huge corner room with massive balcony over looking the pool. Food was lovely, lots of choice although not always to our taste but with so many people to cater to not everyone will like everything every night. Good location to shops and beach and the hotel pool and games were perfect for us! Thanks.
➜ Nice hotel, but there are nuances. Arrived at 9am not allowed for breakfast although it is on! We were waiting for lunch. At lunch and dinner all drinks are paid! You can't even drink some water, but you can pour Shampoo for breakfast! It's crazy. You can't bring your own water. The hotel itself is a fire, the internet is everywhere, the room is fire, the food class.
Stayed here for a week last year with my partner and two kids. We all had a great time and the staff were amazing. Had such a great time we'll be back again in a couple weeks!
Great location and the staff are excellent what I would highly recommended is the food as each night the theme changes so it’s not the same old same old and there’s a great mix for everyone. I have just visited and returned home yesterday with two small children and we had the best holiday. The things that could have been better was the pool was so freezing my children wouldn’t go swimming so even though I was all inclusive I had to take them to the beach every day as the sea water was lovely and warm. My room also had a problem with the air con as the first night it didn’t work so was a hot and uncomfortable sleep. Then three nights later the air con leaked all over the floor and my little girl went flying across the room when she slipped on the big puddle that had leaked from the ceiling. I would recommend the hotel as the location staff and food were all excellent just a few changes that could make this hotel amazing.
➜ We rested in early June. The weather hasn't settled yet. But we went on excursions. I liked the hotel. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea and 20-30 minutes to PortAventura. Very friendly staff. Thank you very much Nastya for the reception. It's a wonderful kitchen. Of course, you can always find fault with something, depends on the mood. A large selection of vegetables, fish, meat, seafood, fruits and sweets. There is always a choice to taste. No carving, there's taste.
Good but actually 3 stars hotel. Affordable accommodation price includes good breakfast and dinner.

➜ The hotel is super! At the buffet of food tons, eyes run away, the main dishes are repeated in 12 days, because for 10 days we have not repeated anything. The staff are very polite and friendly. Many speak Russian and are willing to help. There is an iron at the front desk, is issued on bail 20 degrees, when checking in give a bottle of wine and water as a gift, the room has a balcony, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe (paid) hairdryer, liquid soap and shampoo in the wall dispensers, but shower caps, gel and shampoo in individual bottles, combs and a piece of soap are given only once. The rooms are clean, with no mold and insects, towels change every day. There are also pools and animation. The only flaw is not looking at the date of birth of the guests: we celebrated the birthday, and we did not want to give glasses to the room.

➜ Normal Hotel does not deserve the 4 stars you have, in the food you charge the drink even paying for full board the best thing is that you don't get told anywhere until you notice in the dining room, the quality of the food is lousy, cleanliness in the dining room shines by its absence, rooms well and the hotel itself regular, old and a little neglected the staff aloof and dry. I don't recommend it.
➜ At the moment pathetic service, we have encountered something unusual in a hotel, they do not have tables for more than 4 diners, nor you join tables, besides they are very little helpful. Pool in the shade great time of day. Right room and food like all inclusive. After talking with the director the theme of the tables was solved. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Like but the cocktails that are made and have no elaboration whatsoever. We must highlight the friendliness and kindness of Teresa del Bar and Daniela and Triano of animation that did to improve our stay in the hotel. It must be said that a star is left over to the hotel. We went and paid for 4 and we were in a rather agonizing double room for 4 beds. And the drop that high the glass of the crappy was the slogan with payment lockers. In short an experience that was not on the part of the staff to not repeat.

Exclusive hotel with spacious rooms in spa area. There are many high standard hotels in neighbourhood therefore this one seems just to keep the standard.

➜ I didn't expect it to be like that! Quality Hotel Budget segment. Clean, nice rooms. Good service. Great location. Food is beyond praise! Lots of fruit, meat, poultry, fish. On Fridays dinner from the chef-a glass of champagne at the entrance, seafood, chocolate fountain. The promenade and the beach are literally 7-10 minutes without haste.

Amazing in every way! Staff are amazing, they work so hard to keep everyone happy — the meals in the well organized restaurant are so tasty! Stayed here Sept 2012 Not an experience I want to repeat elevator at night was quite noisy and the food was very bland and tepid in temperature also not very appetizing, chairs in the outdoor restaurant were all cracked and chipped. Sadly we had to eat elsewhere location of hotel was good not far from the promenade and overlooking a pleasant park area. All in all a massive overall needed. Hopefully a few years down the line things might have improved.

➜ Hello! In June 2017, the whole family stayed in this hotel! When we arrived we were allocated to the 2nd floor but booked the 6th. The room was neat, had a fridge and a TV. We were cleaned every day! Great location. The staff at the hotel are friendly and cheerful, especially the bartenders, will always make a chic cocktail.
The city itself is large and beautiful, lots of shops, beautiful promenade, a lot of restaurants on the beach! Near PortAventura, the kids were delighted!

The staff flies in the hands before serving dishes we witnessed the change of the ice bins or the material is on the floor the staff walks on then puts it back in place without even cleaning it all is dirty running from this hotel as soon as possible to.
Just returned from our holiday from piramide salou and we were a little disappointed with the hotel it is a 4 star but really it's no more than 2 to 3 star. The food was poor not a lot of choice. The bar was poor as there was one person serving and poorly stocked on drink and snacks. Around the pool was scruffy. On the good side the staff were OK. The room ok. Its the forth time we have stayed in salou and we will not stayed in this hotel again. (17th Oct 2017 till 24th Oct 2107)

Acceptable hotel when hotel crowded lack of sun loungers, massive problem with guests booking loungers with towels. Should not be permitted. Food good, bar service, good but only one bar in operation throughout the day. This would require upgrading.

The rooms with small outdoor space and housekeeping with daily towel change indispensable if you go to the beach. But the restaurant is crappy and repetitive with food from discount and/or frozen. Frequented by Russian Ukrainian Poles French. You will find sparkling wine in the morning at breakfast! But x an Italian no good after you get tired of eggs and bacon or sausages I folded on the pan cake (mini! ) but there was always row Xke kept churching out eggs (which no one expected) and they left the pan cake burning on the plate and meanwhile the row increased. In 10 days never seen a paella or cake. Only spring rolls and other balls thaw and fried. Roasted thawed fish. The only second fresh is the grilled meat. Salads all in bustate and pickles. First non-existent (white spring dough with separate sauces).
Services: Parking good €12 per day. Animation Russian x children. Pool never used always in the shade!
Great location, 10mins from the beach. Food has variety and can try new things you haven't tried before. The snack bar is great for during the day, staff are lovely and friendly. The snack bar can get really busy with one person serving but the staff are great and stay cheery and get through the queue quick as they can. Entertainment is also great. 5 star well deserved.

That said, large and spacious rooms clean.
When the food, see, they do not offer shrimp or Filet Mignon, but price quality, is good, well cooked, austere but simply good. If I agree however that schedules are very European, and here we are still very spoiled, you reviews dining room (a guy's beard and glasses) Manager for its good management in the same peak times and a very efficient waitress with queue possibly of South American origin, by always having everything ready and receive us with a friendly smile.
In general, friendly and professional staff, dominating, two sobrados languages.
Money: fantastic.
➜ It is a shame of the hotel for the following reasons:
1 — we ask bed as our silver wedding, and they said that there were no double beds, single beds only.
by insisting they told me that good that if existed but were reserved to one Russian, 5 beds in total. I told them that it was only one night and they entrarian the next day giving time to be allowed to stay in the room that night.
to what indicated that it would do so, but expect was wing dinner.
After dinner I was told again that not that had just arrived by chance 3 marriages at 11 in the evening. And that giving free 2 said they the had to leave free for Protocol.
2 — for more impertinence at 9:45 they told me that I had to leave the room, at 10 in the morning. And les pedi that I leave up to 12 and they told me that no, they had to clean the room and could not leave me more time.

Very good hotel that I recommend to all families who want to spend a pleasant holiday. Very good atmosphere, animation at the top. Lamine is a very good animator for young and old who puts everyone at ease.
