Phenomenal, facilities, cleanliness, spacious rooms and special meals.

Good service. Kids enjoy the activities.

Very attentive and professional staff, cleanliness very well, very quiet and spacious room with a very comfortable bed, swimming pool and pool staff and excellent animation, excellent dining staff but the food is not up to the hotel and the staff working on the… but it's a perfect hotel to spend a quiet and fun week.

Rooms, dining room, bar, spa, workers, waiters, all perfect cleanliness, very varied meals, entertainers good people, the worst the lifeguard of the sour pool I poorly faced.

They filled the hotel with Spanish riot policemen in September because they had to keep an eye on a big Catalan demonstration for independence nearby, this is not suitable for families, helmets, anti riot gear, lots of people up and down at all times, and a long queue of police vans right infront, I would look elsewhere if you want peace and quiet.

Good hotel. Swimming pool is on a small side and there is only one on site. Food is very good, especially sea food. Staff is helpful, some of them speak English. Rooms are spacious and clean. Gym is very very small and there was a problem with air-conditioning so it was almost impossible to use it, too hot. Apart from not being able to use the gym properly, we have enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Wonderful holiday, fantastic food, staff were polite and very happy to help and offer ideas of what's on locally. We have had the most wonderful 10 days at this hotel. The food was unbelievable and never needed to go elsewhere to eat. Hotel was very clean, staff were so helpful and pleasant. Although we didn't have children with us, we really appreciated what was available for families and have recommended to our children for their family holiday. It was a great base for sightseeing, public transport was excellent and very reasonable. Would advise all inclusive as we found prices not cheap. Cambrils, Tarragona and Barcelona were fabulous — trip to Salou on the bus seemed like Blackpool in the Sun! Not for us,. Ideal family holiday and not really for younger party animals. We have a wonderful time, and had some wonderful experiences — especially the fiesta. Spectacular! Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel is comfortable. Free underground parking. The food is mediocre. 2 Russian television programs. The hotel is located on the outskirts of town. The beach is about 7-10 minutes away.

(This was a June Holiday) The hotel itself, we felt was very welcoming, nicely presented and clean. A nice large swimming pool and chill area. The rooms seemed large enough and each with their own balcony to. The staff were friendly and helpful, smiling and seemed happy to help. Also as they were mostly Spanish speaking workers and we are from the UK, our Spanish was limited but the language barrier generally wasn’t to difficult to communicate with. That said, this hotel favours and caters for holiday makers who want to stay full board and have everything covered. We stayed half board (breakfast + dinner only). For example — resting round the pool and fancying an ice cream or a burger in the afternoon for lunch or similar as a paying guest is an impossible act. You can buy drinks or a packet of random crisps but that’s it, the hotel doesn’t sell or cater for that action and they even advised us that we have to “walk round the corner to the nearest supermarket to buy one or similar to what we were after” — which is around a 7 or 8 minute walk away. I’m not a lazy person but for a 4 star hotel that’s pretty poor. On the subject of food — on a holiday in a hotel this can be an important area but again was a huge let down. I’m not really a fish person and my partner isn’t a pork person. Just about everything on the menu consisted of a version of those for most days.

Very average… needs a refurbish. Food, ever so boring. Same thing Every day Fruit best part. Pool… 5/5* until the " boomb" "bomb" music starts mid aftwrnoon then it's terrible. Can't recomend… sorry. Regards, Paddy.

The quality of the food has gone down a lot compared to last year. They served very fideuá and battered prawns without peeling… Some balls that look like croquettes but that are very rare rice with tomato. Pizzas and battle macaroni, little good food. The only good thing is that afterwards you can enjoy the pools and the playground.

The rooms were nice, the staff were very friendly and the room was very good, the hotel was very nice, but the food was great, the breakfast was great and the hotel was very small. The only yellow rice with fish Fatal half-cooked half-frozen in the iron making water and dry and grilled meat a dry sorrow the Lord who makes them knows absolutely nothing, we took turns without knowing what to catch, the desserts had more assortment,

The food was very poor and the spa was very nice and the hanitacion was good but even the Nebera Esya closed with the same key qie the safe.

It would be a 4 * years ago, now I would put 2 * at most. The towels in the room with holes, and the breakfast buffet and low quality dinner for the alleged category of the hotel.

The beach is close by. Like all the beaches in the area-municipal. Clean sand, where to wash after the sea.

Quiet hotel on the quiet beach of La Pineda.

This very well with many activities and good monitors for children and adults.

Very good value for money, for one Night 2 people in September incl. Large breakfast (buffet) 75 euro paid. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly and at reception multilingual. For the evening a good animation (Mexican hoopla) was taken. :-) Nice bar with billiards, Internet, kicker etc. Outdoor two racket courts and clean swimming pool. Parking is also available in the garage at no extra charge. To the beach about 5min walk. The beach was also very clean, but disturbed from the north-eastern view of industry. Although the surrounding area is not quite mine, the hotel stay was superb.

Great hotel, best family option foro sumner. Great meals and drinks. Big pool and animation every day. Rooms are ok. It's a tree star hotel, but not four.

Basic rooms, nice reception, good ok but hotel let's all locals use swimming pool.

The room is on the street side and the bus stops right in front of the room. Although the room is located on the 6th floor, the street noise is remarkable. View of port and chemical plant. Rooms are simple but clean and usefully furnished.

Facilities and rooms very well and very nice but the food is a lot are but poor quality.

This is a great hotel that had fantastic facilities. Downstairs there is a restaurant — all of the food is made by the hotel and a nice bar with arcade games is nearby. The outdoor pool and football pitches were great and you could sit in the Sun all day. If you are want to relax there is an indoor massage centre with a pool and sauna.

I spent the last year on these dates, and I loved it, in brief repeat visit.

A large hotel complex. It deserves the four stars.
Large outdoor swimming pool with two small pools for kids and a lifeguard.
Large rooms and sufficient for a couple and two children. Cleaning service every day and good customer service. They also have animation during the day and at night in the area of swimming pools, both for adults and for the kids. While I was (5 days) there was no noise problems since the atmosphere was totally familiar.
To improve: have no laundry service and the queues that form at the buffet.
Recommended for family.

I recommend the HOTEL great finance by: excellent try everything and each a member of the hotel, the quality and variety of the buffet (theme nights with typical meals from different places), Saturday night (prawns, prawns, mussels, Octopus, crabs) a variety of salads and many there are many desserts!. The rooms are spacious with some extraordinary beds of 1, 50, air conditioning, fridge and a 32-inch plasma TV.
For sportsmen there are 2 tracks of paddle tennis courts, 1 tennis court and a Futsal field!
And for the lazy, the door of the hotel to the beach there are 3 minutes to watch!
In short, a good Hotel which ensures you a fantastic holiday.
