According to already commented another user the photos of the web lie ours not. I acquired the Smartbox "Visc a Catalunya", where you can read perfectly that, or you could read unless it has been modified, the Premium room (the one you have with Jacuzzi) was low availability. The first time I called I asked for a weekend, it was unavailable, nothing to object to. The second time was for a Thursday and go out on a Friday, weekday and with no remarkable dates anywhere. After making a couple or three of calls, it turned out that it was available, to my surprise, is that if we took it we had to pay a supplement of + €80. That was not contemplated by either side of the Smartbox on paper or online (you can check you entered the Web Smartbox, I repeat, if there have been no changes). Logically, I refused. I looked for the price of the Smartbox and add the supplement commented previously, I looked for the price of the room and… Surprise! (For me no, it smelled light years) At the end the price was the same as if I took the room by a hotel finder. It is easy to do and everything is quickly found.
This was my ungrateful experience, just notice to future customers to go with the same conditions I had at that time (Smartbox "Visc a Catalunya" + Premium Room selection).

First of all say that I went to this site because they gave me and my partner a wonderbox (€200), knowing this, we thought they were hotels with good services and therefore the stay would be excellent. We found is where we saw on the same website the new hotel rooms but for example we saw nowhere how difficult it was to get to the hotel especially in the middle of December and snowing, we talked about bad paved roads and curves (20 ' minutes to get to the place). On the other hand relying on the rooms we thought the hotel would be "good" but upon arriving we found an old hotel and with a non-existent reception. On the other hand we did not find any service like a lounge, a bar etc. We tried to ask if there was any leisure around the area and there is nothing, so the first night of two we had slept there, the next morning we decided to leave, knowing that we lost a night of the Wonderbox and found a hotel in La Seu d'urgell (the Castell de Ciutat), an excellent hotel with very good services.

Beautiful views, the hotel is half reform, is expensive and over make you feel third-class… We went to spend a night, and thank goodness that it were more! The menu is worth almost € 18 and could well be better for that price, simple breakfast. Family hotel in a beautiful corner of the Pyrenees. This clean and the treatment is excellent. A very beautiful excursions outside the usual circuits can be made.
