Scammers if you go with a Smartbox…
I edit the review after reading your answer. For starters there will never be a Albert Freire among his clients because I never got to book.
I acquired the Smartbox "Visc a Catalunya", where you can read perfectly that, or you could read unless it has been modified, the Premium room (the one you have with Jacuzzi) was low availability. The first time I called I asked for a weekend, it was unavailable, nothing to object to. The second time was for a Thursday and go out on a Friday, weekday and with no remarkable dates anywhere. After making a couple or three of calls, it turned out that it was available, to my surprise, is that if we took it we had to pay a supplement of + €80. That was not contemplated by either side of the Smartbox on paper or online (you can check you entered the Web Smartbox, I repeat, if there have been no changes). Logically, I refused. I looked for the price of the Smartbox and add the supplement commented previously, I looked for the price of the room and… Surprise! (For me no, it smelled light years) At the end the price was the same as if I took the room by a hotel finder. It is easy to do and everything is quickly found.
This was my ungrateful experience, just notice to future customers to go with the same conditions I had at that time (Smartbox "Visc a Catalunya" + Premium Room selection). I do not know if it was an isolated case or not, but we have to discuss it so that everyone sees it and comes to a solution in the near future so that it does not happen again with their future customers.
