It's a great hotel. I recommend it to everyone. And the room, and the apartment, and the staff. Everyone smiles. They explain well and easily. And the sea, and the view from the rooms, mmmm. I'm in love.

We vacationed here a couple of years ago. At that time they found no more five-star hotels in the area. First line. In the morning you have a good buffet for breakfast, you can drink champagne. There is a restaurant during the day and in the evening. Its beach with service. There is a bar on the beach with drinks. Once a week they spend dinner on the beach. We recommend everyone a very good place!

Horrible service. I do not recommend this hotel. I made a reservation and paid the total amount of the stay in advance. I had a bad knee accident and send them my doctor papers to be refunded cause I cannot walk. They do NOT send the money back. If there is any kind of small problem with your order, they will never try to help you. In my case there was a big accident proved and they do NOT wanna help. Very bad treatment & service.

The Hotel and Location is 5-Star, but the treatment of a SPG Lifetime Platinum Member is not even worth one star! I am very sorry for the good people in this facility, therefore I don’t give just 1-star. The rooms are nice and clean, the buffet is also more than okay. It’s the second time I came here now and both times it’s not only that you don’t get your treatments, you also have to fight to get what you payed for. Feels that they are a bit too arrogant. With all my over 550 stays in SPG hotels, this is the only place that I don’t feel like a valued guest. If you think you get something for your loyalty forget it, but if you don’t care about deserved upgrades it’s a perfect place for singles or families.

One of the most wonderful hotel I have ever been! Luxury rooms with the sea view, very good food and a fantastic and well equipped Spa on the top of the hotel. The Spa has an outdoor space, with the sea view as well.

This resort hotel is extraordinary. The rooms are large, super-clean, and comfortable. The outdoor, rooftop pool is peaceful. The indoor, pool is very large and relaxing. You can swim in the pool, use the steam rooms and sauna, and then sunbathe on the large deck. The beach is very spacious and clean The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was great, at all restaurants, food served by the hotel (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) were of highest standard.

Such an excellent hotel! We enjoyed a weekend with our 3 years old son. Great service! All possible entertainment for adults and kids. Great beach, very good restaurant in the beach where we could enjoy lunch just sitting on our sun beds. We enjoyed a lot the pool. Real 5 starts hotel. Just want to be back there. I was with some friends yesterday with a spa voucher, massage and food. To the spa half of the relaxing areas were out of order. In the menu of the food many dishes no longer remained, without offering alternative. The only thing that was great was the massage. In a situation so logical would have been to make a bonus, give away the drinks of the food, giving some discount for a next visit… Some detail! I was quite disappointed.

Great Hotel… Was 20 years ago, everything is good, clean, tasty, responsive staff, large terraces in duplex rooms, but the surrounding little things say that this is an old hotel: The elevator is old, the spa does not work half of the massagers, places are all, bicycles for walking around Waterfront in ugly condition, fall apart on the go… Unfortunately the price does not match the quality.

For my very minimalist taste. The best location and gardens behind where there is area to sit and rest very comfortable and quiet.

I have never been but the truth is that I would go on the outside you see it has to be a charm there is a lot of luxury. I don't think it's cheap. I've bitten a star because the building is beautiful. If I go that I think if I will tell you.

Hotel overlooking the sea coast of Tarragona, about 20 minutes from Barcelona El Prat Airport. Originally, the facility was a centre offering free medical care to the needy and also hosted sick children. It is now a luxury resort, open only in the summer season, with spa centre, swimming pools, gyms and rooms facing the water of a swimming pool at the level of the balcony and the sea. A dream!

I'm curious. Great luxury but it's like a world apart. Yes, large spaces with extensive gardens with sculptures by Salvador Dalì and design pools, immense. The most common language is English and Hebrew. A five star luxury. They organize barbecues in the outdoor gardens.

Please! As a hotel of this category not divert the phone lines to a switchboard/reception when you fold the teleoperadoras? And more when closed several months… Amazing!

Have emailed multiple times trying to get basic information so I could book, they first tried to palm me off with a link that didnt answer my question and then didnt get back to me at all. Ive booked elsewhere. You just lost a $3000 booking!

I stayed here with my family using SPG points and I had a wonderful stay. The room was great, the food was great, the pool and beach are great. There are options such as rental bikes and a place for children to play. The swimming pool is very family friendly and it has a pool bar. To go to the beach you just need to cross the boulevard. There you can rent kayaks and wakeboards. At walking distance you can find plenty of restaurants along the boulevard and at night there’s a nice ambient in the area. Also to mention that the hotel’s staff is very kind and helpful.

Very spacious rooms with walk-in shower and bathtub. Sea views very good. The first line of the beach is great. The breakfast is disappointing, I expected more of a 5 star. The beers in the bar at 6 euros seem to me to be an exaggeration. The photo is from the room.

We did an upgrade to the Tower, without warning that does not reach the elevator and have to climb the suitcases to pulse 2 plants. Personal breakfast service lousy. Massage service very good. Spa facilities on the average, required maintenance. Furniture and bathroom are not updated, grades low, lack of details such as a hairdryer in the bathroom. The experience did not meet expectations.

I love it! Great hotel in first line of sea. A lot of treatments to choose from with a lot of ease-of-hours. The area beach is very nice in the seasons of summer night.

Amazing hotel. Was able to stay here using points. Upgraded my room for a little extra and got an ocean front view. Well worth the extra cost. Hotel provides you with juice, soda, and water but it was not enough. Usually got extra from a store that is 5 minute walk. Had breakfast at the hotel each day. Breakfast has juice, tea, and coffee for free. I ate dinner at the buffet for two nights. I highly suggest going on weekends than weeknights as they have better seafood selection. The prawns were lovely. The restaurant was also nice enough to give me their figs as they were adding it to dessert. The figs were phenomenal. Hotel has a large Mercedes van with a car seat to take you to the airport. Costed €120 and they charged it to the room.

Kind staff, beautiful location near/at the beach, just a couple of minutes walking from the town center, comfortable beds and large rooms with spectacular views, styling is rather modern than cozy, good food, very well equipped conference rooms. The downside: the pricing — which is very high…

Luxury. Comfortable and nice rooms. The view from the balcony from the sea and the internal Pisvina is exceptional. Exceptional.

Highly recommended the hotel is located at the end of a seafront promenade which is not really recommended because the place does not actually fit into the hotel. The hotel is top, the place is a little run down. Souvenirs can be bought, but more scarcely. A Lidl supermarket is within walking distance. My hope to take a walk in the village in the evening and to have a drink there is unfortunately not fulfilled. However the hotel is top class: The rooms great, the beds lace, the food really great (although buffet), the staff friendly and accommodating. The beach chairs are "managed" so you don't have to reserve at 7:00 am. Reserved but unused leagues are canceled and reassigned by the "Beach Manager" — this one does a great job — at 35 °. The beach bar of the hotel should also be open in the evening, but unfortunately it is not. With the exception of Saturday, where a beach buffet is set up with a lot of effort (white and/or golden robe desired/recommended) — was really a nice evening. Although we are very demanding, I can recommend the hotel with a good conscience!

Fantastic spa, impeccable room and very complete breakfast.
In the spa you have everything without spending on hats, towels and fresh water.
Negative mini bar cools very little and very expensive parking.

Entry 10-6-16 salida13-6-16 opinion based on of that is a 5 star facilities large some impressive others as the dining room in breakfast is made small although not knew the occupation in that time. Restaurant try choice and friendly is not the same as regards the food well, but the chef cannot fail to put tender avocado with other hard as a stone. On Friday entered the room to change of towels or review or discovered having the port latch but apparently broken giving part to welcome myself on Monday my exit was still without fix poster well (do not disturb) continue until you reach the exit. In the single review discovered that on Sunday we had simply be tapo bed without even stretching the sheets. Reception many languages but Spanish little although sometimes enough the rest of facilities well, the price something expensive for the service of rooms. We work in hotels 5 GL and the reception and the service of rooms is what the customer values and criticized more to the same time. Grateful if these always constructive words always serve to improve the service.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. It's the only large hotel in the area so you get the large hotel amenities without being stuck in a big overcrowded package resort strip. The beach and rooftop pool are both great and the spa is beautiful. Breakfast on the terrace wasn't amazing, but passable as an SPG Platinum amenity. It's about a 15 minute walk along the waterfront so it's easy to get out for a day trip to Tarragona or Sitges (or Barcelona even).

It is a quiet place to be able to disconnect from daily stress perfect attention of staff and facilities, and the food exquisitapongo 5 star but 5 deserve more! We will return soon!

Hotel of high quality, good food and very good rooms, staff very attentive and helpful.

It was my first trip as a Starhot Member and my stay was just amazing. We were very warm greeted at the Reseption and in the room we found a very high class Champaign Bottle. Most of the staff are very courteous. However, one of the Reseptionists was a bit rude (don't remember her name, a brunnette one). When I forgot the key in the room and asked her for another one, she looked at me disgruntled and asked me for the ID. How can I show her my ID if I even didn't take the keys with me? Should the guests always carry the ID with outside of the room? The beds were soft like clouds, the shower was very good working, the food and the drinks were amazing. There were also many good restaurants outside of the hotel with outstanding food (better than in Barcelona). And also one strange thing — the SPA complex is included to the price for the guests, but you will have to buy a swimming cap by the pool (3 euro). We didn't even took the money with us and had to return to our rooms. As the guy by the pool was also rude we disided to stay in the room at all. Many thanks to the concierge Martin and our first Reseptionist, who greeted us so welcoming on our arrival at that rainy day.

Overall the hotel is very well. But there are several things to improve in my opinion for a hotel of its category. Hotel is located in first line of sea category. Very good rooms, but the amenities for the hotel category are insignificant, I think being a hotel 5 * could put some more careful and attentive. The spa area has no control and clear depends on the time you go there are many people in the pool area relax and lose the grace. It is expensive to make meals or snack some, theme breakfast is good but the same could have kitchen live or something that differed him, has good quality but is the same as a hotel of 4 * and truth the room rate is very high to not see the details that make you have that category. I recommend it for a special occasion and in pairs for nothing more, because the beach is not great since you don't have a private area or anything, it is the area of sunbeds and bar point.
