➜ Very good location. To water 2 minutes. Balcony overlooking the sea, palms-breakfast, lunch and dinner only on the balcony, at the table. The photo is just a view from the balcony at 9am. The place itself is very good-immediately begin to fill with energy. Great air, the sea is always blowing light breeze. The beach is always full of space, even in the season. The people around are very friendly, especially the locals. The town is full of nice restaurants and cafes on the promenade and not only shops with everything you want, and there is where the children leave for a couple of hours. Air conditioning in the room we never had, but it is not needed, even in July and August-it is enough to observe the siesta and close the windows with special curtains or blinds, leaving the air (we have been resting here for several years in different seasons, we know from experience). The furniture is usually not new, but in a decent condition, and when we did not like something it quickly changed or repaired. Soundproofing is in question, but most of it comes to rest and mostly subside synchronously:)
It is now September 30th, the water is warm, there is no heat, the beach is empty:)
