2 star hotel it should be a 3 star rooms are very clean well equipted food lovley.

There's everything you need. It's not that far to the sea. Breakfast is hearty. Cleaning the change of towels daily, changing clothes — every three days. There is even a simple animation and entertainment program during the day.

We had a nice holiday at this hotel, quite close to the center of Tossa de Mar and the beach (about a 10-minute walk). We asked for two double rooms nearby and they catered. The restaurant food is not bad and the service (particularly of the head of the room) was quick and courteous. The value for money of the hotel is outstanding. If I were to return to Tossa, I would choose this hotel again.

The location is great and the best is the food quality.

Tossa de mar Is a nice town with lots of bars restaurants and stores. Esmeraldas is a nice apart hotel. With nice rooms and good service. A clean swimming pool and a 5 minute walk from the coast.

A decent apartment in Tossa de Mar is 7 minutes from the sea, there is a large grocery store nearby. Near the hotel it is difficult to park in the season, but if you look for something you can find, there are a lot of paid parking. Rooms are spacious for 4 people, the room has a kitchen with everything you need (kettle, stove, coffee maker, toaster and T. D. ). The staff are great, smiling and going to a meeting.

We are a couple that we go enough of hotels, but this one has surprised us a lot. Not that it's from the other world all in all, but the staff makes it fabulous. We valued a lot of attention and since we entered until we left we have been treated wonderfully. We'll repeat quite sure. Don't change, you're all great. See you soon.

We were staying my partner and I the weekend and we loved it! Very clean apartment and everything is new. The area is very quiet because it is secluded from the center but less than ten minutes walk, therefore the location is ideal. Very friendly staff. We'll repeat for sure!

Perfect to spend a few days at a reasonable price in Tossa.

A great aparthotel that dont disappoint. Super clean room (+++), complete cutlery, and kitchen amenities. Facilities is complete considered it is a 2-star aparthotel. Breakfast is enough but not enough for a Big, picky, and restricted eater like me (it's my fault by not telling them in advance, and its aparthotel anyway so people can cook the food themselves). It is a bit far from beach but Tossa is not too big anyway so it doesn't matter. If anything it helps us to discover more of Tossa, it might be a plus point. Swimming pool a bit small but well maintained. There's a child playground which is a big plus for family with young kids but it was somewhat dirty and not well maintaned but I think it is because I went there on early spring so its not a children holiday season, you can find a couple of playground nearby anyway. It is adjacent to Caprabo which is a complete supermarket to get anything you want to cook! This hotel will be my first consideration when i'm thinking about Tossa based on price/quality ratio.

The room (studio type) was very good; Very nice, all very clean and careful, and very new.

Terrible hotel, checked in 18.09.2017 arrived at the hotel in 10:00, we were told to expect to 13:00 there would be free rooms offered to us to leave luggage, but for a surcharge €2, also for breakfast we were not invited, although the tour we paid for 2 for 7 days which includes breakfast with dinner. Having reached almost to 12:45 to us we return a queue at reception, after that to us in a rude form answer, that numbers are not free. We do not recommend this hotel to people who are accustomed to the fact that they are at least not rude. About the receptionist, we did not call her, leave a comment in the book of complaints, too, not given, as they simply do not have such a book… There are many other hotels that cherish their customers and await their return with impatience. In the rooms dirty pillowcases, safes without the opportunity to close it not for nothing, do not make money, be prepared that shampoo should be brought from home. Kettle and iron for rent.

Very good value for money. We have been at the end of August, a family of 4. The apartment had everything we needed for kitchenware and furniture. He would have thanked dishwasher and scourer, but enough. There were beds for 5 people. The pool small but enough for the kids. The friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner very well, surprised with the food because we didn't know very well what we expected. The location was Paseillo and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is Q the parking was a plot of land to a few streets beyond. Good experience and good value for money.

Very kind. Family atmosphere. Small apartment but enough. The shame is that it is a bit off the beach.

We've been very comfortable. The comfortable beds and the studio we were in didn't hear any noises, despite being next to the playroom. Also it was refurbished with which we got a surprise, because it was better than in the pictures.

This is a lovely hotel that is big enough to be able two entertain the children and give them something always too do, yet is quiet enough for the parents to relax and for the children to sleep (and adults too) at night. Great location, quiet area too but ten mins from the shops and restaurants. Hotel well ran with great helpful staff. Breakfast gave a great choice. Only issue was parking, but luckily found a space near the hotel.

The room is pretty good. Air conditioning. The staff were very helpful. The kitchen a little old but very clean and has everything.

We are having a very pleasant week in this hotel. The rooms have everything you need, including good air conditioning and an amazing shower. The pool is small but it is not very busy at the moment, so it is perfect for us. Very good for a reasonably cheap hotel.

Clean rooms, great choice of food and very friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back.

We have been for four days in an apartment for 4 people: 1 double bedroom and two sofa — bed. The kitchen needs an update even if everything works properly. Missing some Cookware such as tweezers and bottle opener. The bathroom is refurbished.

Normal hotel with kitchen small and rather old. Good for the slatted except for the refrigerator which is a bit old. There are no couches and sitting on the bed is somewhat uncomfortable. Very nice new sink, large terrace and new and comfortable mattresses. Cleaning of the room, bed linen and towels very well. Good location. Air conditioning ducting noisy but effective. The rather small pool with many Germans and Dutch but good children's area. The food is nothing otherworldly, better cooking oneself. Low quality buffet breakfast for € 5.

It has some beds that you nailed all the docks and get up
square. Apartments ami trial a little small for three people since you get an apartment for two people with a folding bed for a third that to open it you fall right in front of the fridge with the corresponding compressor noise whenever it gets underway.
