Good attention and lots of variety on the menu, quality — good price.

Eternal waiting. We left without eating and they disrespected us, the wait was the least the bad treatment we had was the worst.

Quiet Hotel, friendliness of its staff and good facilities at a general level, except maybe the swimming pool, which is of reduced dimensions. We have also noticed missing evening entertainment.

Quiet location, although there are environment. Perfect rooms and the best service, I have not seen people so nice and so professional on any site. A 10 for those who work there. My daughter is celiac and have not had a single problem in order to adapt the food.

Really nice place, friendly staff. Food is lovely and is cooked right in front of you at the restaurant. Restaurant is buffet. Your room is serviced every day. Pool just out side which is heated. Every room has a balcony although not all of them have a good view. But overall a really nice place with friendly staff and a lovely place to go for a week or weekend away.

The hotel is situated in a great place, 10 minutes walk to the to beautiful town, very stylish, modern, great atmosphere, you are always given a warm welcome by all the staff, very friendly, great customer service, the food is catered for everyone and not expensive but still great quality. The room look great, complete with a flat TVs with all channels supported by other languages, mini fridge and safe, even a single room is given a double bed, very clean, walkin shower, great size rooms for families. It was my first time staying here and I would love stop here again, lovely place to relaxant take it easy, well look after and staff speak most languages.

Good service but I would prefer less refined waiters and they would speak to me in Castilian or in Catalan and not in French. Normal food. We took the menu to 12, 50. Nothing exciting.

The hotel is nicely located in a calm street yet very close to the center. The room was clean, big and has all the necessary amenities. Loved the place. Breakfast is good also.

All in all very good. Modern rooms and well maintained though by putting a but, our room in particular was quite tiny but cosy and there was separation to the room with the sink, a sliding door separates the wc. At night he hears a generator strong on the street if you don't have hab with views of pool, you need to have window closed. For everything else would give him a 10. Buffet excellent and very good deal and a quiet location. Another but it would be the parking, if not you can park in nearby in the high season when everything is full, they have parking although of sand, bare and small, it is fairly expensive…! avoid whenever you can.

Home leaving something to be desired. Not very professional for a second stay, the question of a third is not in this case more news. You will jump to the throat for the formalities without a smile, you seem to pass an examination after a long journey. Unpleasant is an understatement.

Excellent hotel. We have enjoyed staying there for a week. Restaurant has got great food and all Staff at both hotel and restaurant were very kind and thoughtful. Additionally hotel was renovated in 2016 sp everything is almost brand new. The only thing that needs improvement is their Wi-Fi (hence why only 4star score). Often it was completely unusable (DSL speeds around less than 1Mbit), probably depending on quantity of users. Worked best… In the lobby. :) other than that great hotel that I would reccomend to anyone.

The hotel is small but all very modern and cosy, is 5 minutes from the beach and 10 from the center.
Tossa de Mar is very nice and perfectly located.

Nice reception, hotel new and rooms maintained. Quite wide choice at the restaurant, but much drier staff … If you want water at the table, it pays off. If not, we'll remove the glasses! Apart from this annoyance, the rest is fine!
