➜ The apartments are ok, the bad is the people who occupy them. The vast majority go beyond the rules above all those in the pool and the tourists who go are quite incivic, I will certainly not repeat.
➜ Apartment block owners and tourist rental, with a not too good location, wall with. There is a Mercadona, but for everything else you have to take the car. They are quite spacious and well equipped, and the company that manages them is efficient if you have any problems, but on the other hand, they are quite noisy and the pool schedules are not met. We had daily cleaning but did not come to clean 5 of the 14 days we stayed.
