Nice rooms, sadly no kitchen.

Extremely unfriendly staff, poor accommodations.

It is a good place to stay. People who are at reception are very friendly, also let us leave our luggage before check in and also after check out. Highly recommended.

Nice clean rooms, good shower. Close to the centre of town. Easy to reach via the metro and also very cheap.

The hostel is modest but clean. I was in the room with my toilet and shower. Everything is comfortable. There is a table and two chairs, a kettle. The window goes into a narrow inner well because of this there is no access to sunlight and the humidity lasts longer. I hung t-shirts dried on the ropes of a larger inner ' yard '. The staff are friendly and try to help. English almost do not know, but will agree and understand each other can. What's really cool about this hostel is its location. It is a stone's throw from La Rambla and the Bokeria market. There are also shops and cafes nearby.

I don't know how the other rooms are but ours had a bed without headboard leaning against the wall, no bedside tables, old blankets, cold room, shared bathroom on the edge of decency, I never felt clean smell to drop off in the room, towels come Changed and the staff is nice but no comfort, good location but I would not go back.

It is attached to the Rablas, very close to the sea, metro station next door, and much more. Perfect location!

Convenient location, cleaning every day, polite staff, comfortable beds. Cons: thin walls, not always hot water — hot, WI-fi interruptions, can turn off the heating.
If you're going to stuff your bags to the ground, know there's no elevator.

All the flights from Edinburgh have been cancelled because of the bad weather so then it was not my fault! The boss said “not” to my wish to change the dates! That’s not aceptable! Once that the flights have been cancelled is not fair to do not be possible to change the dates of your reservation!
They just want to make money! Congratulation.

Nice, friendly owners Daily maid service 300 yards from Las ramblas but still far enough to be quiet.

It's comfortable enough. The staff are nice. Not a great place to socialise.

For an Overnight Stay until the Cruise Ship departs, okay if you don't make big Claims. Very nice and friendly Staff. Again at any Time.

Only one of the stuff speaks English. Even they have a good location, and the price is good, I absolutely NOT RECOMMEND it!
On the second day I woke up with bedbug bites, and found some bedbug in our bed. Due to the good price they have a full house, no other room, and they denied any compensation! They said they organize immeduately the bug killing, but neither a bed small but more bugs welcome us in the evening. The bugs they found was killed on the side of the bookshelf but nothing more.
The room's window opens for a small inner place with a smell of a restaurant.

Hostal the perfect simple, clean, polite personnel, clean, super comfortable, very close to the center of town the rooms are right, and essential price just and proper will definitely be back very soon.

Great service and kind staff. The room I got comes with a shower, fan and a blow dryer. The only complain I have is that there were only 2 outlets that we could find and one was occupied by the fan.

A block and half from Las Ramblas, in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby. Run by friendly family. Large clean room with good AC. Credit card payment available only between 7am and 2pm.

You won't find a better located hotel. It's not luxurious or anything but it's literally a minute away from Las Ramblas AND a metro station. The people are super nice! Definitely recommend.

I do not recommend at all.

I stayed in a double room with private bathroom and it was pretty good. The furniture is basic but new, all clean and very central.

I was talking to the old guy in the front desk and suddenly he closed the door and offered to pay me for sex. He said that if I thought that he was too old he knew others that also would be willing to pay me for sex. I left in a hurry! I'm just glad I didn't get raped.
