Apartment Gran Via Les Corts Catalanes 448. Is well divided although not huge is very livable. We were three adult pairs we were comfortable in the three rooms although not very big. Located in an old building has a lift. Literally opposite the Rocafort Metro station from which you can reach across the city, 10 minutes walk from Plaza of Spain. Furnished with the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and equipment, we do not we used them because they did only breakfast. Has a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with toilet and sink. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Some minor maintenance work would be nice, handles, lights. I consider the value for money very good. Our contact, Mr. Francisco Romero was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend for a holiday in Barcelona.

We stood in Diputacio apartement for 4 days and we enjoy every single moment! I was a bit worried at the beginning cause we made the booking a bit late through OK apartements Barcelona, but the owner responded quick and even helped us with directions and small tips on how to get to the apartment. The place was exactly as described, clean and situated in a central and yet quiet areea. We had all we need in the apartement and the owner (Francisco) even teached us on how to use the washing machine. We, verry much enjoyed our stay there and will want to return there sometime. Thank you.

Apartment very well located. Quiet area but despite all bruillant (windows would be good to change). Nothing to complain about. Rather well equipped apartment. Personally, I recommend to friends and am ready to come back.

We had a great stay ay Apartment Roma. We arrived early from a cruise and early check in was available so no need to worry about our luggage. The apartment is large and well equipped. We really enjoyed the large balcony as there where 8 of us. The owner, Francisco, was prompt and helpful. We had trouble getting the TV working and he came right over to set it up. The apartment is well located with bus and train close by. A small grocery 2 doors down and many small restaurants within a couple of blocks. We would stay again.

Apartment : Carrera de Callao 20 The apartment was very nice indeed, no problem at all and a professional welcome from Mr. Francisco Romero who gave use all the proper information. I'm an handicapped person, limping and using a wheelchair when outside. As suggested by Mr. Romero I book this flat because comfortable for handicapped person and I totally agree that it was great. Accessible, with a very big and modern lift and close to an accessible metro station. I would strongly recommend Espai Barcelona. Appartamento in ottimo stato, molto pratico per persone con mobilità ridotta, ben posizionato, centrale e silenzioso.

Contact person punctual and courteous, apartment 5 minutes from metro significanly, and 10 minutes from Plaza Catalunya.

(Roma Attic Apartment) apartment, but who keeps all its promises: space for 8 people as expected, but not enough seats at the table of the dining room, nor enough chairs; Ditto for cutlery and utensils (the Manager has bought a few at our request, we have completed with plastic utensils), no wine glass; the oven was not working (the manager knew but has not told us upon arrival). In addition, no response to several emails a few days before the stay for the details of the arrival — response only after intervened with HouseTrip. Apartment very disappointing in a city as interesting and beautiful.

Very good location, 10 minutes from the Center. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi fails from time to time.

I stayed in one of the apartments in Sants, and the truth is that everything was very well. The cleaning is the only thing that could have improved a bit. But overall I recommend it.

We were housed in an apartment near the beach of Barcelona, the place is incredible 100 metres from the beach, but the apartment was smaller than it seemed in the photographs, ideal for a couple. Also the Wi-Fi was suffering falls.
The area and the excellent atmosphere of the surroundings, very possibly back in August.

Hello, I have rented an apartment via Espai Barcelona, for five days. All it is super fine. Dinning was niquel and besides, Espai gives great tips on the city. I have loved my stay and want to come back as soon as possible: D.

Everything perfect. Our company rented an apartment in Barcelona for business reasons for a week and everything was perfect. The apartment well connected with metro and train and Wifi free. Preferred.
