Review of Espai Barcelona Rocafort Apartments

If shortly — I was very pleased. I love Barcelona, I love to be there. And every my visit to Barcelona always is a great event for me and my family. And main question usually is a residency, place where you will live during vacation. In case of those apartments I have rented last time was only good impressions. Have rented apartments on Carrer de Tapioles, 36 in Barcelona for two weeks. Pictures were beautiful, but usually those are only pictures. :) But not in this case. First of all, booking was very clear and quick. I have just chosen time of rent, number of guests, then decided what apartments I like and pressed button. Prices, conditions were clearly described. And there was no any changes between declared and real prices, all exactly the same as declared on site. Paid a deposit, got immediately mail with confirmation and all rules and condition in PDF format. Week before my vacation\s begun, I have got reminder, where has been asked about my arriving time, contact phone number and attached files with "how-to-reach" descriptions, rules and conditions and other useful info. Was very pleased, cause never met such treatment before. Called to mr. Francisco Romero, owner of apartments when arrived. He has been "at place" during short time. He was very caring and attentive all time. All payments, including security deposit, rest of payment for rent, cleaning fee and Barcelona tourist fees I have paid using credit card — as I have asked at booking time. And all payments were exactly the same as has been agreed before, no changes and new "circumstances". :) Security deposit has been returned at last day without any problem. Owner was always ready to help in case of any problem — was some interruption of Wi-Fi — fixed very quickly. About apartments. Big, spacious apartments in a good condition with all that you need. Clean, bright and secure. Yes, with normal security system. Air condition system worked very fine. Very comfortable beds. Good kitchen. Really good Wi-Fi. Two bathrooms. Towels. All in good condition and clean. Apartments resided close to metro and bus lines. Very close Blai street with lot of bars and restaurants. 10-15 minutes of walk and you are on Rambla. So it is very good place for tourist. So, now I know, where I shall live during my next vacation in Barcelona and where I shall book it. :)
