Easily the worst stay in Spain for us. The place is pretty much a cheap and tiny hostel room renovated and listed as a "boutique" hotel that is charging around $100 a night. The TV and the AC didn't work. We had to open the window to let in cool air. Bad idea as residents of the building smoked inside the corridor so all we could smell was cigarette and weed. Constant noise from the late night-goers at 2-3am everyday. The entrance of the building is covered in graffiti we couldn't believe it when we first arrived. 4 stars for the location and the friendly staff. 1 star for everything else. Please note this "hotel" doesn't have an elevator and it is located on the 4th floor of the building. The staff was nice enough to helped us carrying our bags down to the 1st floor.

The place to arrive medium dangerous, but the hotel and room, well, no elevator.

Very nice location in the heart of gotico. Modern, nice details, very comfortable and absolutely nothing to complain about. I was rather surprised at the very reasonable price. I will certainly come back if I have to go to this corner of Barcelona… thanks!

Good place to go for a drink, very cozy and friendly staff.

I loved this place. I went after Christmas and so there wasn't much noise. The location was stunning. No there isn't an elevator. That didn't bother me as I don't travel with a lot of luggage. Someone said there wasn't a fridge or closets. That's true but then I've never had either in a room at a small place such as this. That person needs a bigger chain hotel. Try the Marriott. There was a clothing rack for hanging clothes. I wasn't thrilled to visit Barcelona as there are many other wonderful cities in Spain but I booked this place and it was definitely one of the highlights of my trip.

Perfect little hotel in the center of Barcelona. I read people complaining about the stairs, honestly it's largely doable and not that bad. It is totally worth it! The hotel is well situated, at a walking distance to the beach and to la rambla. It is surrounded by delightful restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms are clean, and the staff very friendly. I recommend!

Beautiful hidden gem of a hotel in the most characterful part of Barcelona, the gothic quarter. Loads of fantastic restaurants and bars nearby, as well as Barcelona's famous 'La Rambla' thoroughfare. The hotel itself is clean and decorated well in a gorgeous historical building. Friendly and helpful staff too!

Really nice rooms, in a central location.

Perfect place for those who want to experience Barcelona in it;s full. In the middle of the Gothic quarter, very close to other great 'barrios' — Borne and Barceloneta, it's clean and cousy. I reccomend it.

What a place this basic but stylish hotel/hostel is brilliant. Situated just outside the centre of Barcelona in the Gothic quarter, surrounded but cocktail bars and small independent shops selling everything form artwork to relics from a forgotten time.

Lovely place to stay. Central to everything. Only downside is the stairs. If you can't manage stairs then this place is really not for you. Other than that can't fault it amazing staff very attentive and very comfortable room.

We stayed in this hotel in march. This place has a really charming atmosphere in the middle of the old town in Barcelona. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We enyoyed our stay very much and we can recommend this hotel every time. Greatings from Germany. Petra and Andy.

Nice, small hotel in perfect location. We had a beautifull room. The stuff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very new and for spanish standards very clean. Be carefull, its in the Barri Gotic, so it will be very loud during the nights. If you want silence, dont go to Barri Gotic or Barcelona. But from the hotel a lot of things are just around the corner and the street has nice bars and shops. No elevator and no breakfast, so you have to go out for a coffee. If you dont care about noise and want to be in the Barri Gotic, I would recomend this hotel.

Simple, clean and cheap.

Very good location, located in the streets of the neighborhood El bario gothic. Economic Board held by a host listening. Clean and simple décor and is located on the 2nd floor of a building in 1840 where he has a lot of resonance in the Court. Room with private bath room gives on this Court. Wi — Fi suitable and available fan. Satisfactory and convenient to pass a mini break in the middle. 15 min walk Beach, shopping centre, port OK, mont juic, catalunya and the rambla.
