Barcelona Apartment Republica Condo Hotel

Apartament was clean and very good prepared for guests. Very nice and helpful staff:)

Architecture OK. Cold outside temperatures. Would help a functioning heater, unfortunately only sporadically over the air conditioner. Apartment is not suitable for four people as there is only one bathroom, not even the toilet is separated. No kitchens — towels, sponge and detergent, dishwasher tabs) for the dishwasher, we were happy to have. Crockery is also counted. For our 3-day trip as a three-member family, however, it was OK, there are local and bar's.

Pretty bad! The apartments outside, acceptable, inside are dark and the beds are terrible, they are cots. The neighborhood is very ugly full of offices and schools, alone and full of drunks and bums. This 4 blocks from La Paya is not comfortable walking up to it. Far from all the touristy of BCN but in a very secluded and ugly place. The regular services, friendly, only interested can charge you, help very little. They are kind but dry.

Modern, clean apartments. More for the younger crowd tho.

Staff available, new and tastefully furnished apartments, good value for money, clean environment at five minutes walk from the center, ten from the sea. Recommended. Convenient to Metro bus stops supermarket and locals.

Very good near the University of Design and Pobleo Nou.
Far from the centre but close to the Llanuca subway station.
It is a minimalist place equipped with first class.

Polite staff rooms were half decent heating was a slight issue rooms were very very cold. Swimming pool only good for the summer as not heated so very cold. All in all good experience. Parking is additional cost approx €22 Euros per night.

Very good place to stay. Missing hooks in a bathroom, not isolated rooms but overall excellent design and calm.

I can only say that the apartment I was delighted, did not lack a detail, all very clean, sheets towels etc… Only what I liked least was the site, but for everything else, the points about ten, a 9…

Absolutely stylish apartments. Stylishly furnished and with rooftop swimming pool (! ) with a view.
The area has real potential and above all: Nearby is the Rambla del Poblenou with great restaurants and it is 100 times nicer than the dreadful tourist Nepp Rambla!
The apartments are not really good for children and the kitchen … well, who cooks in Barcelona? ;-)

Brilliant lovely receptionist. Clean and friendly would definitely go again. Everything you need nearby and even had to call a doctor out. Friend hurt her back he was there. In half hour. Brilliant.

The rooms are new and they have all kinds of services, it is very good. The only drawback should be to control more than respect the silence at night.

We paid 280 euros for one night in a dungeon type room.
It's a basement not a bass, my father slept with my brother in a sofabed with a foam mat, barely held a person.
The TV didn't work any more than the radio.

Great apartment hotel, modern and spacious, very friendly staff. Martha in reception was very happy to help us and always friendly but that Short walking distance from the metro and a large selection of bars, restaurants and amenities. Highly recommended.

Excellent rooms, but do be warned housekeeping only stops by every 7 days unless you request it but you the have to pay extra to include the VAT (aka taxes). Pool is small but nice. With no housekeeping you might want to buy some toilet paper and other toiletries. Plenty of close SuperMercats (grocery stores). Walk down to Llacuna subway station close by maybe one or two blocks away to get anywhere you need to go (especially if you want to go to the Gothic quarter) … added bonus of grocery stores next to this stop.

The room is excellent, both the decor, the bathroom, the kitchen, the bedroom. It is in a very quiet and somewhat remote area. The girl who attended us at reception in the afternoon was somewhat unpleasant, but otherwise a good experience on the spot.

Lovely apartment with everything you need included (except food and drink :-p) I would definitely stay here for my next trip to Barcelona. 2 blocks from the metro station, so easy access to the main city attractions. Plenty of local amenities including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself has a well equipped kitchen if you wish to stay in and eat, a washing machine so you don't have all the clothes to do when you get back. Lovely open plan feel in a modern style. The roof top pool area isn't the biggest I've seen or the most inviting, but then the beach is within walking distance so that's not a problem for me. The only real downside is I am leaving tomorrow : — (.
