We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. High standard, good cuisine, helpful and friendly service.

Very nice hotel with everything we expected: comfort (spacious and impeccable room and bathroom), close to the city center (Metro 2min), wellness area that our daughter loved: spa, hammam, sauna … Exceptional breakfasts with a wide choice of sweet and savory products… Top restaurant: little choice on the menu but delicious food. The setting is beautiful. Welcome drink very much appreciated. Staff available, welcoming, friendly, and even speaking a little French. Perfect!
Only downside: access to underground parking: hyper narrow with a big car! But there is one, which is a very good thing.

Last night a member of staff entered our room and stole from us. They thought we were not in one of our rooms but we were and we caught them. It was at 00:13 am and when we asked to speak to a manager the man at the front desk refused. We know exactly who stole from us and we are deeply distressed and disappointed in the entire establishment.

Had to change rooms in middle of the night as shower flooded bathroom. Only 3 English speaking TV channels all news. On the plus side our room was upgraded to a suite with a beautiful view and jacuzzi and free buffet breakfast thrown in!

Great location, rooms nice, breakfast good. Only one lift which was a bit of a knightmare and the gym doesn't open till 9am? Very strange.

We stayed more than a week in Barcelona. The hotel as such is really great. You can easily reach the metro and it only takes 10 minutes to the beach. But there was one incident that motivated me to publish my opinion. I don’t know if this occurs often. Yesterday at breakfast (I’m still at the hotel), I layed a tissue on my legs while eating. Suddenly a staff member accused me of packing and taking my bread away. I was still eating! This morning at the entrance, she reminded me, that it was prohibited, what of course, I already knew. I tried to explain to her but she didn’t care. I’ve never met such an ignorant staff member at a hotel! That’s why I can only give 2/5 stars. You know, she’s turned the around my mood right in the morning. I hope you won’t be confront with such an event.

Great stay, everything has that minimalistic feel to it. Clean, white, and simple. The gym is quite small but it has what you need. The buffet is amazing and can cater to all dietary requirements from what I could see, location is about a 15min walk to the beach, but right next to the subway station so getting around is quite easy!

Room was just perfect, big, amazing huge bed, nice lighting, bathroom was comfy and big, everything was perfect. You got also the SPA which is a big plus. Staff was pleasant and kind. Love this place.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is close to a taxi stand, making it easy to travel to attractions. We enjoyed the complimentary spa. We were able to get a choice of rooms available for early check-in. Highly recommended!

I’m not one for leaving reviews but seeing as I myself stay somewhere based on others opinions I thought should. We booked this hotel for a 5 night stay over the el Classico weekend, arrived on the Wednesday and was greeted by roger (staff member) on reception upon checking in. He speaks fantastic English so check in was so easy and luckily they had our room ready even though it was 11am and we had been advised check in was at 2. He was also extremely helpful in trying to find my husband tickets for the Barcelona and Real Madrid game. Upon entering the room (delux double) we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the room was. The decor and lay out is fantastic. The maid changed our bed everyday and we arrive back every evening to a clean room with dimmed light settings which was really pleasant. It’s the little things. Can’t not fault this hotel in any way. There’s a taxi rank just to the right of the hotel to take you to and from where you went to go and the there’s a couple of little bars on the street they stay open late if you want a drink or bite to eat. We are looking to return in July/Aug of this year and having now stayed here we won’t stay anywhere else. 10/10 on all aspects.

Beautiful hotel. With its pool corner Hammam sauna splendid. Very clean rooms very large. Unfortunately woke up in the morning at 6:15 am by the room next door (we were at the 211) bcp of people who spoke very loudly. And a downside for the receptionist on Saturday 3pm as they have bcp of French tourists and did not make the effort to understand us and not amiable at all. On the other hand a + + + for Roger me receptionist of Sunday who is understanding and amiable.

We were delighted to sleep here. Everything is very beautiful and very clean. We slept there on the evening of my companion's birthday and were touched by the little bottle of champagne that was offered to him. Thank you.

Stayed here during my visit to Barcelona, perfect and friendly service from the staff, easy location to the metro and 10min walk to the beach! Has a gym (only open from 9) and buffet is amazing (even for gluten and lactose intolerant) as well as access to the spa (only one visit per stay included)!

Our stay was enjoyed very much. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional, as well as the food and presentation. Well-located hotel (1km from the port), Metro nearby. Quiet Street. Clean room.
We spent 1week. On the other hand for the spa, certainly it is necessary to plan hats and thongs but inside the spa no supervision, no respect of the rules of hygiene, silence and relaxation, usually it is very little quiet (1x on the 6 passages where we were there) we have Reported that the Hammam was not working but nothing was done. The toilets of the spa in a state of deplorable hygiene, to avoid…
We also came back a late afternoon by finding our room with the door wide open and light, little secure for our business left in…!
So a few disappointing points for a 4 *.

Friendly staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. Nice room.
Spa area included. But you have to bring hood and flip flops or buy for CA €5. Unfortunately hardly any rest-beds, but for about 45-60 minutes stay also to ache.
Negative: Very noisy, but the staff responded to our calls 23.30 due to noisy English next door and then was quiet shortly afterwards.

Very nice hotel close to the subway. Friendly staff who switched our rooms so we could get an early check-in. Good and varied breakfast with lots of choice in both savoury and sweet. Will visit again.

Extremely friendly reception especially given the fact that it was obvious I did not come from wealth. I came in looking like a hippie that stayed in hostels (which I do) not in lovely hotels such as yours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only critique is I wasn't able to use my free spa certificate. The only time they had available during my stay was 5 hours after checkout time and I wasn't able to attend. I understand it was the weekend and busy. Thank-you.

Very clean. Great location. 10 min to beach. 10 min to barcelona zoo. Food is top class and so much to choose from at breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Spa is nice but try to avoid the children time. Room is big bed is huge. Flat screen TV. Shower bath. Hair drier towels. Rode slippers. Bring flip flops and swimming hat or you will get charged at spa as no access with out these. No dress code. Taxi on corner 17 euros to camp nou. Rooms cleaned daily. Great bar right next door which serves food as well. You cant go wrong coming here they even print your paid in advance attraction tickets for you. Free. We will definitely return in may for another 4 night stay.

Great Hotel a real 4 star a nice Spa and extremely clean. Friendly staff and speak every language. The rooms are spacious and minimally cared for in detail and all the comforts, the furniture is designed to make it cozy and relaxing, spotless and fragrant. Located not in the center and not in an area with many shops however close enough to public transportation and a taxi point that you can reach everything. Recommended.

Good hotel, deserves its 4 stars. Clean and tidy, modern rooms, good connection to the Metro, next stop just a 2 minute walk. Small pool and sauna area, sufficient to sweat for a short time, but no beds available. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Recommended for a city break.

Hotel with good location, welcome team very friendly and rider. Room/Suite very charming, clean, spacious. Only downside for us not having taken advantage of the spa and the rate for parking in the hotel parking lot.

February 2018 at the reception you have to deposit a credit card or 100 € in cash as a deposit, which you get back at checkout.
If you use the mini bar or something. English or Spanish spoken.
The rooms are stylish and beautiful.
We have booked a triple Deluxe room with breakfast as we travel with a child.
The double bed alone was so huge that we all fit a couch with a small table in the same room which can be unfunctioned to the bed.
A desk and a safe were of course there as well.
A bathtub, heated mirror bathrobes all there, just no hair dryer the water smells of chlorine since the first floor of the building is a spa with indoor pool.
Important: For children up to 13h allowed.
After that only adults are allowed in the pool.
The TV has 4 German channels otherwise Spanish, English and French.
Rooms are cleaned from CA 14h, so if you go all morning and come back to 15Uhr… it may be that you meet the HouseCeeping.
Breakfast buffet.
I'm sure you don't stay hungry.
Large selection of sausages, cheeses and fruit.
Freshly squeezed juices and pastries.
The hotel has a good location. A taxi rank is right next to it and public it is also very easy to reach.
In my opinion, the restaurant of the hotel does not have such a large selection, but typical dishes of the country.

This is a great hotel with short walking distances to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Super friendly staff always helping to make the stay in and out of the hotel super pleasurable. Definitely would recommend if you don’t want to be smack in the Centre and only 2-3 stops on the metro to be in the center.

This hotel is well located (7 Minutes by car from the port), it offers free access to the SPA 1h/day and per person. (Include 1 bath cap and a pair of tong otherwise you will have to pay €5 on the spot for the kit). We were able to benefit from an offer by booking on their site The offered breakfast and a welcome cocktail. The breakfast buffet is very well furnished with a varied choice. The rooms are beautiful and spacious enough on the other hand I recommend you request a room with terrace during your reservations (especially for smokers). The staff are very friendly and in small care, they all speak several languages that is good to be understood. The SPA is really clean. I would recommend this hotel to 100%

It's not worth all that money! The room is tiny. And it's not like in the picture. In the room The mirror had broken the clogged sink… The cleanliness was semi good! It is written in the description that speak Italian, but Dell they know nothing and then the spa and only for one hour free. For the rest more than a 4 star, I would give 2.

We were given an activity based on a spa session and dinner. The place is nice and nice. It is quite small for the number of people attending. The facilities are not prepared for people who are not staying at the hotel. There are no changing rooms or showers. Good attention. The right Dinner.

Very clean and spacious room. The bed of 160cm were two joined by a cover and it was not appreciated that they were two, the mattress very comfortable. Excellent service. As the only drawback the spa is something small.

The hotel is great we spent 3 great nights with my wife The breakfast is perfect and the small arrival cocktail is appreciable. For the best price book directly on the site of the hotel without passing by booking or what because for the same price you will have the cocktail and the free breakfasts instead of 15 euros per person. I thank the staff very much for these three magical days we will return with great pleasure.

Supposedly for hygiene reasons, the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath are only accessible with swimming cap. But it could also be related to the €8/person, which is additionally paid in the spa for cap and slippers.
With a cap in the sauna — we didn't do that!
If this hotel were actually about Hygene, there would probably be Klobürsten there.

I stayed from 1 to 5 November 2017 with the "only overnight" formula.
The setting is nice but I found the staff seconded and never smiling.
The room was not well soundproofed from the outside.
The reason I only give one star is that after I got injured in the gym at the hotel Fratturandomi a phalanx due to a weight that others had poorly positioned I was told by the manager that the hotel is not insured for these damages.
Inconceivable.

Shower in the room was a little weak (poor pressure). But otherwise the room and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good and always well stocked. The bar and restaurant were highly overpriced. Go next door to D9 of you want a drink! The spa is a little small but very clean and again very relaxing for what they do have. The spa treatments were really good. Definitely recommend. The location of really good also — 8-10 minute walk to nearest beach. 2 minute walk to nearest underground station, Bogatel. Overall, we stayed for a week, and would return.

I have been through several hotels in my life and I assure you that this is one of the best (but the best) I have been to. From the reception, to the decoration and style of the hotel, through the comfort and excellent cleanliness of the room and ending with the extraordinary and exquisite breakfast buffet.

Overall my stay was great with the exception of a few experiences with the staff members. The positive highlights at the hotel were the spacious room, spa and breakfast. The spa was very relaxing. The negative aspect of the stay was a few of the staff members, who were a bit rude. A few scenarios this occurred… The morning of my stay I received a wake up call from the front desk. I answered the phone and explained that I had not requested a wake up call, the staff member argued with me saying my entire group asked for the call. I tried to explained I was not apart of any group and I was staying at the hotel alone. After some conversation, the staff member realized what I was saying, she promptly hung up the phone and did not offer an apology for the wake up call. I went to the spa on the day of my departure for a quick swim. After returning to my room my key card was not working. I asked a cleaning staff to assist but they said I'd have to go to the front desk. I was only wearing my swim wear and a robe given I would not be in any public areas of the hotel, so I was a bit uncomfortable going to the main lobby. I went to the lobby and I spoke with a lady named Chris at the front desk. She was very rude explaining that my key card deactivates after 12:00 given that was the standard time of checkout. I explained my checkout was 14:00 which she acknowledged and agreed, but continued to explain the same thing about the 12:00 check out.

We like our rooms a lot. Soft bed, clean rooms and bathroom. Our main room was elegant. Breakfast was outstanding with many food selection. Located outside central Barcelona which give us quietness. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. High recommendation to other travellers.

The room was excellent and we enjoyed the variety of the Breakfast. Cleaning of the room is done far too late, procedure is it has to be finished by 6pm we had cleaning at 5.30pm, it should be finished by 3.00pm at least, when you come back after a long day you don't expect your room still to be cleaned. The Spa was good but should open from 9am to make full use of the facilities and if you expect customers to wear swimming hats in the pool these should be supplied by the hotel for free.

Not worth the price at all. Room was nice but there is no reason a queen bed wouldn't fit for the same price. Your motion sensor light woke me up 5 times every night if I moved my feet, that was terrible. And why was the light so bright to wake up to?. Bathroom was very nice but poorly layed out. Hotel is overall nice but not in a good neighborhood at all and I plan on telling people to avoid that area. A spa requiring a shower cap is strange, the showers in the spa didn't work, sauna wasn't hot and pool wasn't worth it. That's not a spa guys, a perk at most.

The hotel is very nice, reception is very helpful. Breakfast staff is also very pleasant. The room was nice and modern, but it was too dark. Extra light is needed. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was very bad, but is was good at the reception/restaurant/lobby bar. I didn't like, that the "1h free SPA voucher" in the end is not free, cause you have to buy a swimming cap and special slippers to enter SPA.

The room on the third floor overlooked the inner courtyard where you could see covered by the glass the pool of the spa the nauseating smell of chlorine filled the whole room, mixed with scents that would cover smoke smell, was dark and inhospitable, terrible, I asked the Room change But at reception I was told it was not possible since hotel was full.
In the morning from nine thirty the Rumis that always came from the pool of the spa were relevant and Fastidiosissimi
The elevator was always busy and still late and uncoordinated to requests.

Nice central location, very quite. Was impressed from beginning to end. Metro easily accessible, and the beach was within walking distance. Hotel was very clean and well kept, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast spread was by far the best I have had while in Europe.

The hotel is nice, which facility you however to desired location and the "SPA". Sauna very small and not hot enough (under 80 °). There is also no dressing room in the spa area.
Nights on Friday and Saturday, I would advice against generally! It is because until the early morning hours young people around the hotel (actually around a few blocks) that celebrate in the streets, loud bawl, laugh, bottles break. You can there not sleep with an open window. Closed Windows provide good sound insulation on the outside, however, the walls in the hotel are super thin and you hear through genuine all — every step, every cough, even if the room neighbours whisper.
I would necessarily take a hotel that is closer to the old town all in all next time. It can be hardly much louder.

It was impossible to sleep in 4 days by cold because heating was switched off despite using 2 blankets (November). Morning temperature these days between 7 and 10 degrees. Claim 2 times at reception but did not catch it.

Our group consisted of 35 members. We had our 40th ann. Graduation celebration. The whole group was really pleased with the service. Superior rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. A little noise from the sewer was in some rooms. Balcony rooms had to pay more. Gala dinner was excellent. We got implemented for all the comments. Breakfast was good and included, but not princely. Location could have been closer to Rambla. Harbour Port Vell is not far away. I highly recommend!

Room is very good, to accommodate with plenty of space for the stuff. Beautiful view. On the balcony you could also fine sit and eat, there are table and chairs. I never take breakfast in the hotel, because there are many Cafés in walking distance.
Everything within walking distance, beach, Rambla etc.
The service, well. The girls at the counter were not really motivated. However, the young man there was very helpful. He drove even my car from the garage out because I with it not had the guts. She's got a nasty pitch with curve and zero overview.
Would be to mention yet: first inquire whether youth group are logged. Are not different as we earlier today, only today that annoy scary.

Decent hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, good service. Very good kitchen. Not very convenient location, all the interesting, but not so much that would quietly walk. It is advisable to use the subway or to hire a motorbike.

Good overall package. It has everything you need for a nice stay in Barcelona can enjoy. Everything clean and nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is convenient, but it's good. The coffee could be better. And if it's still a or give two more types of bread…

Free breakfast and free internet, not quite as advertised! Breakfast was not included and was an additional 13 euros per day, not really worth it. And as far as internet goes, the Wi-Fi is painfully slow and only works sporadically. Spent about 4 hours just trying to make some online tour reservations because I kept losing the connection. Don't even bother trying to use Wi-Fi in your room, the only place you might get a somewhat reliable signal is in the lobby. Location doesn't seem to be the best, about a 20 minute walk to the beach despite what the staff might tell you. Furthermore, not all rooms are equal — we have a large group staying and 2 family rooms booked. One of the family rooms is decently spacious to hold the couple and young kids, however, our second family room is hardly bigger than a normal room. This is only day 1 of our 5 day stay, I hope the friendliness of the staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel will at least somewhat make up for the issues we have already had with this hotel. Bottom line is that you should be able to do better for this price.

Fantastic Hotel in the Centre of Barcelona! We stayed in July 2009 when we went to the Olympic Stadium to see Madonna STICKY and SWEET tour! The Hotel is perfect and recommended! A 10! We will be back! (cool pool-spa! ).
