Super! Large rooms, all close and adequate price.

The apartment is nice, only expensive. Service problem.

I am very pleased. Large apartment with everything you need. It is in perfect place. Apartament is every day clean. We have the permission to leave our luggage on the day of the flight, which is very useful to us. I recommend!

Wonderful, clean, spacious accomodations with kitchen, dining area, living room, TV (if you even want to watch instead of enjoy the city), outside patio balcony, two bedrooms accommodating three people and enough electric outlets for charging devices. Only drawback was the hot water ran out too soon. Great stay there otherwise.

Although quite old, the apartment still quite a good choice. The room is big, and well equipped; but the furniture is quite old already (bath hub got rust). Something shall be improved was that the Wi-Fi signal too weak (no signal at room), and the TV set is very small (21 inch? ) There is a safe box in the shell but lock / unlock by door access card. It seems not so safe so I never use.

Great hotel. The price-quality ratio. Supermarket in the neighboring house, opposite a bakery and a vegetable shop. To the city center on foot 20-25 minutes.

Good location, nice apartment. Only bad thing… internet was so bad! Couldn’t load anything within the 16 hours of being there! So for the price we paid, you’d think they’d have semi good internet. So if you need to do any important work online, don’t rely on there internet service.

The apartment is very comfortable, in a good mestoraspolazhenii. There is, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The service at reception is very pleasant. There is an underground parking. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket and a vegetable shop. All those who are looking for a relatively inexpensive room in Barcelona, recommend this Aparthotel.

It's ok bcos it's close to strategic points in Barcelona like arc de triumph, plaza catalunya, sagrada familia and many more.

The location was great. Supermarkets and cafes next door — 5 minute walk to subway station. Very clean and spacious apartment. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The position is brilliant, in the residential area, but minutes from parks, metro and Sagrada Familia. Apartment huge, staff really friendly.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes walk from two metro stations, a train station and a bus station. Within walking distance you will find a bar-patisserie, two supermarkets and many ethnic shops (I think it is the Asian quarter of Barcelona). The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction fires, a microwave and a traditional oven, as well as a dishwasher used mainly by the staff (cleaning is included). Maybe a little poor tools, but nothing exceptional. Nothing to say also about the bathroom and the rooms, all very large. Very useful the wardrobes and accessories (also the safe). The rooms are not cleaned just everyday but overall they were clean. The air conditioning is also very important. The property also has a parking.

I stayed during almost a year there by themes labour and I felt like in my house. Very nice friendly staff. The apartments are spotless and spacious. I'll be back.

Perfect location, the huge and very clean apartment with everything you need except toaster. The only downside a very large living room for a small TV and poorly located. Overall highly recommended.

Great place, cumfortable appartements, near metro and monuments. A bit noisy, soundproofing is not that good.
