Fantastic staff, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Always going the extra mile for their customers. House keeping were very polite and gave the room a thorough clean everyday. Roof top pool although small was not over crowded and got sun all day. Perfect location, it was easy to walk to most places and they were beautiful walks as well. I will definitely return.

The hotel location is great, taken without food, walk from morning to evening. The hotels clean well, the basain on the roof, new repairs. Cons it's no balcony.

This hotel was nice to the naked eye, when first entering the hotel it smells very nice, fresh, and clean. The room was nice but small which is normal in Europe. We noticed a few ants, then a few more, and a few more in the bed, dead and alive. I was unable to sleep peacefully because of the feeling of something crawling on my. There was mold on the bathroom wall. Due to the ants we wanted to keep the trash can emptied so we needed a new trash can liner and so I went to the front desk to ask for a couple and I was told that the housekeepers were gone for the day and I was unable to get a trash liner. Breakfast was. Alright, not very appetizing for the price ($25) I had some dried up orange juice on my glass which totally turned me off at that point. However, the hotel is in a good location for a lot of the attractions and the Big Bus. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful as well.

It is a good hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms although they would need a rejuvenation, the location is good although not close to the Rambaldi which is reached with about 15 minutes of walk, or with Metro from the Stop Arc de trionf which is nearby, the Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk away. Prices are average for its category.

Quite comfortable hotel in terms of location, most of the rooms with a window that goes into the well of a small yard, housekeeping every day, the bathrooms are enclosed. Breakfast is available on request.

I loved the location as well as the services provided. At the reception and restaurant Majisimos. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, better than the many 4 star borrowed. To say something negative, the lighting in the room was somewhat sparse, but I will repeat without hesitation.

This hotel is within walking distance to the old quarter of Barcelona and about a mile from the famous Sacra Familia Cathedral. There are fabulous tapas places scattered around the neighborhood.

We were booked to stay here by our travel agency and we loved it. It took a little while to figure out how to turn on the lights (put your card in the slot by the door), but once we did it was a very comfortable room. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful, and we were within walking distance to most major sights in Barcelona. We walked to Sagrada Familia without a problem. There are also a few cafes around the area that serve nice food if you don't want to venture too far.

This is a place to stay, it's got excellent location, rooms are clean and staff is very nice, prices are not too high. We were very satisfied.

We stayed with my daughter from 18/02 to 23/02 very nice welcome room very spacious comfortable bed, great breakfast and plenty of room and common spaces very clean. Excellent location 10 minutes Sagrada Familia and 3 minutes Metro stop. I would definitely go back.

Good location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, good service, clean and friendly staff. It's OK to spend a few days in the city if you don't need too much luxury.

I have accompanied my parents at the check in at the hotel Ilunion, for a stay of a few days, with a cost of more than €300, when they paid, they did not accept a ticket of €500 with the excuse that they did not have enough change in box, they made them go to find a bank to change the ticket, to two people of 70 years. I work in a hotel, smaller even, and I know that excuse is not true, I know how much change there is in a box of a hotel like this, and I found it to be a very ugly detail by the front desk. I can understand if the price was few euros, but with an expense of more than €300 had to accept the ticket. With regard to the facilities say the rooms, at least the one they gave them, was tiny and the bed very small. They had in mind to hire breakfast but before the treatment received they no longer trusted, they preferred to have breakfast in the bar next door. Total, that a bad whole experience.

The hotel near the bus station and the Metro is very convenient, the rooms and bathrooms (without bidets) are small. The cleaning is not the best, the breakfast is rich international and of good quality. For those like us we just slept, because all day we were around is perfect. The staff are prepared and polite.

Really disappointing the quality offered by this hotel.
I chose it for proximity to my office (away), but I don't think I will choose it yet.
Checkin lasted a century. They wanted to force the photographed business card (? ), the entrance was ' plagued ' with perfume and the hallway instead stank of feet…
The room was dark: there is no central lamppost! Only side lights and the bathroom.
Comfortable bed, pillows the thin ones… that I hate!
The curtains were burnt. When I reported the thing to the front desk they told me they couldn't do anything about it! …
The bathroom full of rusty corners! And when the upstairs shower dripped water from the ceiling! Absurd.
The shower doesn't close, it only has half a glass. But in doing so it bathed all the toilet at every shower!
Equipped with a minibar with water (free) kettle with tea and coffee products bath towels Sheets 4 nights €336, 61 without breakfast.

We stayed there for four days for the new year. Very clean, friendly staff, rich buffet breakfast, 5 minutes walk from the Metro. We recommend it.

The bar across the street can be very noisy during weekend nights, even after midnight. People laugh and talk very loudly. The window doesn't stop the noise at all. Make sure getting a room away from the street if you are a light sleeper. In general, the soundproofing is very bad here. You can easily hear people talking who are just passing by or door closing next to your room.

Good facilities, good staff, it is really, 2 minutes from the bus station north.
The price, with parking, good: €60/night 2 persons.
Highly recommended.

Pros: Very modern. Very friendly. Good location for the Sagrada Familia whilst remaining quiet. Large selection of cake for breakfast. Cons: Smell. This is more of a Barcelona thing, and limited mainly to the escalator for some reason, but it's not great. Should note there was NO smell in our room or on our floor. Cooked breakfast items were invariably cold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite acceptable rooms. Good breakfast.

Hotel staff friendly and the rooms are a good size. We found lots of bars and restaurants close by and more within a 10 minute walk.

A little bit further away from most attractions. Very nice reception helped us with the check in and got us a new blanket the next morning when we noticed there was a stain. Unfortunately, the window facing the street doesn't block out sound that well. But the street isnt heavily trafficked.

The hotel has a great location. All the badics are provided. Still, the prica to quality ratio is not that great. Mainly because of the price. The staff is very helpful.

Enjoyed our time at this hotel. Very friendly staff, coffee machine in lobby was convinient and fridge was stocked with water each day which was a pleasant surprise. However, pool was surprisingly very small and beds were a little uncomfortable. Would we stay here again? Probably not but overall it was a pleasant experience and thankyou to the staff.

Quiet and well connected area. The room was very clean.

Close to el Born and at an attractive price. The rooms denote the passage of time and fair maintenance but are still acceptable. The staff friendly and willing to help. The only problem parking is not accessible with ramps empinadisimas and curve that will need expertise to the steering wheel and enough practice to take the car without problems.

Good hotel … Quiet area, next to the Metro and bus station. The hotel roof pool and gym.
Of the minuses, leaked the faucet and hood did not work in the soul.

Hotel is conveniently located close to transportation, bars and restaurants. It's good that our reservation did not include breakfast, as most cafeterías and pastelerías open about 7 AM. Staff was friendly and attentive during my visit, our room was cleaned every day and had a secure storage. Great value for the money.
