Room was comfortable but the room AC was not cooling enough
But all in all a good experience.

Perfect 5 night stay in Barcelona. Rooms were quiet, staff were friendly and very helpful, views from the 8th floor were spectacular and the bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. If I had to find any fault, there’s not a lot of sun beds, but other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Fab rooms would be described in the uk as a modern boutique hotel. Roof top pool has stunning views of Barcelona with the Olympic park at Montjuc our neighbour. The food is excellent and the staff very attentive. As the hotel is not right in tourist area the infrastructure is fantastic and we have been well advised by the staff. My wife has celebrated her birthday and the hotel has given her a bottle of champagne to celebrate.

Lovely hotel! Very quiet, clean and not boring. To metro 10 min walk across the road to the shopping centre (on the way to the subway). Breakfast buffet rich and tasty. The fitness room is open around the clock, a bit stuffy, probably due to the sauna behind the wall. Great pool on the roof of the 8th floor. The room is bright, the air conditioner works great.

Great hotel. Stayed there twice during my 2 visits Barcelona. Good and clean. Only downside is that breakfast is the same day in and day out. Gets boring. However everything else was great.

The staff is friendly, the cleanliness impeccable, only downside are not multilingual.

Very slow reception, check in can take a lot of time. During our stay the Wi-Fi didn't work. And all is well, clean, comfortable.

To be accurate and fair the hotel has very basic stuff and not worth the money and the service should be better than what the have.

Well, clean. Easy to get to and from the airport and to the centre. The staff resolves issues immediately.

At the reception desk: neither enter nor leave. Some kind of bureaucracy. The interior is pleasant, but in a room musty smell with which the conditioner cannot cope. The floor in the room is cold. Slippers No, no bathrobes, no shampoo. There is not even a teaspoon, although there are cups, coffee and tea… One night will come to sleep, but not more.

Tuned with style and modern, Breakfast varied but should provide natural juice without cost at the free buffet as charged and has to take the machine that is not natural.

It is ok. A modern hotel, good breakfast and a perfect location if you go to the fair Barcelona.

Very spacious and luxurious room. The view from the 8th floor swimmingpool is the real deal.

I am very satisfied with the service here. The staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and stylish and the bed is comfortable. The food in the restaurant is good as well. The hotel is near the center of Barcelona even for walking and 40 minutes away from Camp Nou — again walking. There are near city bus and subway stations (for more info visit tmb. Cat). They have very interesting and large library in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel offers also to keep your luggage after you check out the room but have spare time till the flight back home — I found this very useful.

Great place to stay. Stayed there 4 years ago and again now. Convenient location. A nice mall 100 meters away. Train station any 10 mins walk.

My experience has been anything but good, we hired a double room with two beds and we got a double bed and a cot of bad death, that yes charge charged well, then without checking out I entered the cleaning girl and did not let us get into L To room, let Q in my humble opinion do not deserve the four stars Q have.

A hotel with new rooms. A good place if you have Q go to the Fira. Pros: New, quality buffet. Cons: The insomnorizacion of the rooms is bad and you hear a lot of street noise.

We went to the Jacuzzi room with my partner, and it was quite a success. Dire that the location in Barcelona is not the best, and the service of room service is limited even so the stay was wonderful. The windows in the rooms are fenced and you can't smoke.

Super service, quick check-in and out. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is nothing to complain about from our side.

This hotel has maintenance problems and we saw cock roaches in the steam room area. Various other things not working. However, apart from that the staff were lovely and the building is quiet & stylish. Just seems to have a bit of a management problem — very difficult to get a reply to an issue.

The bed was very cozy. Location was good. They left me fresh fruit on my first night, so that was cool. Breakfast is great. They didn't have after hours food, which I kinda needed one day. Didn't love the restaurant for dinner, but it was okay. Sort of weird — they had two menus, and gave different ones to different tables. We peeked over and saw the other table's menu, and it looked better, so we asked for that one, and we got it. Strange, though.

The rooms are beautifully designed also the rooftop pool is beautiful and from there you also have a nice view of Barcelona but if you have been on the road all day and want to find a tidy room you are not very enthusiastic.
The beds are common but the pillows were not ventilated and the sleepsuits were simply thrown on a pile.
We are here 4 days and still use the same dirty glasses from day one that have not been replaced once.
And therefore only 3 out of 5 stars.

Good hotel but the breakfast room a little small, to the rush hour you have to wait for a table. The best staff.

Modern Hotel at a good price and well located in Barcelona. Good services and great attention.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the metro and 3 minutes from the big shopping center. Fira Europa is a quiet place. Very comfortable and clean hotel on the 3rd floor there are rooms with a terrace.

Perfect location if you are attending an event at Fira Barcelona congress center. Big shopping center nearby with several places to have a good meal. Hotel itself is stylish, well maintained. Rooms are spacious, silent. Perfect pool area on the roof of the building.

Stepped in just for a few drinks — very interesting lobby/ dining room/ bar — set up like a library with a lot's of books placed on different positions and hights. Kind people and cosy atmosphere. My colleagues who stayed there were very satisfied with the hotel.

We loved to go to the FIRA (hairdressing Fair) and is 1 minute walk advisable to 100% excellent buffet breakfast! And they had things for coeliacs so a notable for this hotel! The quiet, modern rooms ours a little small the only downside! Note 8/10 (for the size of the room)

Great hotel, modern, clean, rooms equipped with all the comforts and cozy. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is in a quiet area, but is excellently served by public transport and the metro is close. We booked at a price that in Italy not even a lower category hotel would be found. Keep in mind for anyone who comes to Barcelona and looks for a hotel with great value for money.

Very nice annoyance, modern hotel, great services, but kitchen and food night not deliver on your expectations. Ben here for a professional event, and both the breakfast and lunch were underwhelming and didn't match the otherwise top notch service she hospitality.

A great little gem of a hotel. Front desk is very welcoming and efficient. The rooms well appointed, maintained and perfectly cleaned. The gym has a reasonable number of machines. There are no free weights.

Excellent hotel, good location and great facilities. Gym, spa, spacious and comfortable rooms… a nice and nice place to stay.

Very nice and modern Hotel.

I put five stars first because the staff is very friendly. I was very well received at the reception and the room service staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, they would deserve to be a little better decorated. The bedding is good. The air conditioner is a bit noisy but you can turn it off completely and there is no ventilation noise like in many other hotels. There's a very obscure curtain. The whole is quiet. In short, we sleep well.
A bad point though: there is a sauna and a Hammam in the hotel. At the time of my visit, the Hammam did not work and the sauna was barely warm. It was however one of the criteria of choice of this hotel. It's a pity. It feels like this place is abandoned.
I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Great location to the subway or bus. It's close a shopping mall where you can find a variety of stores. Friendly staff, has a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters/waitresses could be a little bit slow, but are friendly. They offer toiletries, will come back.

Ok hotel, really nice lobby like a huge library, with a lot of books. Breakfast is good, but not much diversity, they even have nice cakes. There is an unpleasant chlorine​ smell in the rooms.

This hotel might look relatively decent (in comparison to those around it) but it's nothing but a den of criminals and professional thieves. Granted, larceny and petty theft are endemic in Barcelona. That's all the more reason why those in the hospitality line of trade should do more to secure their environment. What are the odds that 2 out of 3 stays in this hotel over 2 years ends up in me experiencing robbery/theft within the hotel? First was in the lobby with a colleague of mine who's bag was stolen right in front of the front desk as we were checking in. Video footage revealed the crime after filling a police report. The perpetrators simply walked in and took the bag in broad daylight. The hotel did nothing about it. The second was even more unbelievable. My backpack (containing my laptop, cash, Nikon DLSR camera & lens and several other valuables) was stolen inside the breakfast room ~10 secs after I turn my back to grab a muffin. As usual, nothing was done by the hotel. It was all business as usual. In speaking with a few people, I hear that this is a common theme as many people have had similar experiences in the hotel. What's frustrating is that the hotel has not done anything to secure the environment or even as much as reach out to the victim to show any level of concern or regret about incidences customers have experienced. In my case, if anything they gave me crapload of bureaucracy with no empathy whatsoever.

Really nice place to stay. The Lodge is amazing, the rooms are clean and with a beautiful interior. Absolute recommendable accommodation.

Good service and excellent catering.

As a family we did not like, before making the reservation we verified the services of the hotel, swimming pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, etc. For all this we are encouraged to pay an expensive price to stay there. The time to use the facilities did not serve the Turkish bath, I made the request to solve this, they said they would send the technician, which never low, we were waiting for me and all my family in the Turkish bath to lower the course technical and never low. On the evening of Monday, August 21, we approached again to the reception to make the claim and the lady and the reception Lord looked and said that if they had told the technician and that they themselves saw him come down, but it just so happens that my family and my person n We are waiting two hours for the technical course and I do not arrive. The great response from the receptionist was that that is a free hotel service. As far as we are, all that is charged to customers, on the same page of your hotel expose these services, I find it offensive this way to respond to customers as if they were ignorant or liars. I think that good amount of money we charge to say that the Turkish Bath does not work because it is free, that sadness, plus we pay for a service we did not have, I put this message for others to be more careful, we express to the gentlemen of reception Our disagreement and they don't care about me. I did not recommend this hotel and would not return to it.

Lovely looking entrance and polite, helpful staff. Rooms are good size even for a family and very well appointed with every freebie you can think off. Roof top pool and bar are ideal for afternoon relaxation and gym is well equipped. Parking onsite is ample. Overall highly recommend this hotel for the money.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Rooftop pool and bar are nice, but it's often windy and crowded up there. Breakfast items are hit or miss but staff is very attentive and accomodating. Overall a nice hotel, but next time I will try to stay closer to downtown Barcelona.

Unfriendly staff and very small rooms. Had even to cancel upon arrival and still they charge one day anyways, calling it a penalty etc. Overall the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. However, a big shopping center is directly across the street.

Is as very nice hotel. Is really affordable and really quiet. Is clean. But is kind of far from Barcelona down town and the restaurant is to expensive specially when you can eat really good food EVERYWHERE Else for half of the price. If you don't mind taking the subway to down is a good place to stay. Warning there nothing to see close to the hotel.

I have been coming here for 3 years now, just recently came back, this hotel is nothing short of marvellous, it is a beautiful quirky hotel, boasts a beautiful rooftop area with a lovely pool as well as a lovely garden for dining or chilling out on their outdoor sofa's. Staff are brilliant, so helpful and attentive, room's are modern and clean. It feels more like 5/6 * hotel rather than 4 because it really is pure luxury! The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood opposite a mall with plenty of places to eat, it's also within walking distance of bus stops and the metro. Definitely check out the mall if your a shopping fan like me!

We went with the family to take something. Very quiet, comfortable and with a estetica curious.

Stay away from this hotel, it is a den of thieves. I stayed in this hotel for only one night. We left our luggage in their storage room while we were on a sightseeing tour. Being on a time crunch we had to get to the airport to catch an evening flight, we did not immediately inspect our luggage when we picked them up. But when we put out everything on security screening belt at airport we realized our iPad was missing. We called the hotel from the airport immediatly, they only responded with "cleaning maid is off work and manager is back to work Monday" and asked me to call them back Monday which is next day. So I called them again next day from another airport on a layover, they did not give me any update, only to state they would put a note in their system. That was the end of it. I am very disappointed that I have not gotten any update from the hotel and I became more convinced the stealing was a serious fact when this other family that was traveling with us had lost their jewelry too. They had their luggage stored in their storage room just like I did. If you don't really have any other choices finding another hotel nearby, just make sure you keep your luggage with you the whole time. With this bad experience in mind I will think twice where I stay in Barcelona next time.

Both the service and the food have been very good. The atmosphere is very cozy and the decor very good. It is easy to find free parking in the area.

Good location to go to fira or to visit a relative. If you want to come on holiday is not the right place, is far from the center of Barcelona in an industrial estate.

All in All, a decent Hotel. The Pool is smaller than you might think from the photos. The rooms are clean, modern and appealing. The Service is good, only the Breakfast is somewhat unkind and irritating.

The reception speaks a little slowly, but this very well. The hotel is cool. The opinion of a user of Google who complains that you have not green tea seems straight out of a movie from monty python xD.

Our room 713 has a window without any view : — ( (. Small room with double bed and unused 3rd bed. Separate bathroom with doorless douche, minimal mould in hooks. Comfortable bed. Clean. Enormous bibliothek. Central situated for bus (line 42 direct to and from "la Prat") and Tram. Metro some 100m away. (Take care: Ticket for tram and metro not interchangeable). Next to shopping center, cine, some restaurants (Casa Carmen recommentabel) and fair. Breakfast valuable.

It was a big place with a lot of facilities and very confortable.

Bathrooms are not clean. There were silverfisves in he bathroom. Also Street is too noisy we had to close the windows to not wake up in the morning. Some bad smell was coming from toilet and air conditioner.

Absolutely appalled by the service and description of this hotel. It is advertised as a 4 star but it is a standard of a 3 star hotel. Booked a junior suit and informed on arrival there was non available, we were then put in a double room! We have had to cancel the booking through the agents due to the hotel staff refusing to apologise for their mistake and informing us we have to pay for an upgrade.

Hotel very cute and very nice for business meetings for example. The books are not lacking for downtime.

Ah, as a curiosity, and the style used, there are distributed by all plants dispensers of ice to cool your drink. Among the common rooms, emphasizes the restaurant and cafeteria with terrace on the ground floor called Punt I Coma, a peaceful setting, with vertical garden included, where you can have breakfast or relax a moment. Within common areas, is also the fact that rooms are decorated on the floor or on the walls with different images of Barcelona.
