We recently stayed here for 5 nights for a good break in Barcelona. The hotel is a bit further out from the city centre but it is easy to get around with the Sants Estacio metro not far away. I was a little disappointed with the hotel if im honest as we paid for a superior room as a treat. The room was very nice but really didnt seem anything special. We were told that the 'superior' room had a Nespresso machine. Only once in the entire stay did we get new pods for the machine so it was pretty much useless and had to keep asking for new ones. The tea was also never replaced and often the towels and toilet roll were not replaced but still taken away. We also only got one robe. Again a really nice hotel and friendly staff but a bit disappointed considering how much we paid for things we never got.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds, a very nice room and good location to go to Sants station. It has great business rooms in case you have to do some business is a good hotel. The restaurant is nice a bit expensive but its product is very appetizing. Anything negative?, Rooms too noisy every night, apart from that a great stay for an NH.

Staff very helpful and attentive but employees sometimes forgot to bring toiletries and even though we extended our stay a couple of times the key didn't work. Some times we could hear people talking kind of loud and I the morning could hear furniture moving which was a hassle when you want to sleep til 10 or 11am. Overall good.

I visited this hotel from the 6th July until 9th July with my boyfriend for a long weekend away. The hotel was amazing, we arrived quite late around 10pm and were greeted by polite and cheerful staff who checked us in. Our room was incredible, very spacious and the bathroom/getting ready section was great. My boyfriend had asked for a few extras such as hangers, iron and ironing board and pillows and they were brought no problem. Each morning the room would be cleaned so when we came back in the evening it was amazing. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel but the food looked amazing. I will defiantly be back before the end of the year. So close to metro station to get into central.

I am a manager in a 4* boutique hotel in Mallorca, so I know what is expected from a 4* hotel. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed. The room was nice enough, clean and tidy and the Aircon was really good. However, the lack of a kettle, coffee and tea was very disappointing. The reception staff were polite but not as friendly as I have come to expect from a 4* hotel. The location is very convenient, train station only 5 minutes walk away and 2 minutes from the bus into the centre.

The hotel staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are fine, they have everything you can expect in a high quality hotel. The hotel has some interesting additional services such a gym. The restaurant is very good, you will have a large variety of food in the breakfast. I would recommend it.

Convenient and in a strategic location just a few hundred meters from the Saints station where you cross the metro lines LA is in addition to the railroad. Near the stadium.

Comfortable Hotel with friendly staff.
Clean rooms and spacious bathroom.
Well located close to public transport and numerous restaurants with different types of cuisine.
I would recommend it without a doubt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
In negative: It is a hotel that needs an urgent renovation. Very noisy room as you hear all of the adjoining rooms and the hallway and also with window to the street that lacks isolation. The room is clean but does not look because of how old the bathroom is for example. The room is small, nothing to do with the pictures.
The cramped bed though for me are comfortable.
Two stars for the staff and the cleanliness.
I don't recommend it.

A typical NH hotel in the Sants area, therefore the quality to be expected is medium high although, like all NH, it always gives me a feeling of having a somewhat deranged passages that do not invite you to stay. Both the room and the bathroom normal size, no more. Yes, the bed was spacious. The area is full of varied restaurants for lunch and dinner. I recommend not paying breakfast as there are many cafes in the area with good quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are old, in my case it was also noisy because it faced the street. I had a problem with bad smells coming from the bathroom and processing noises from the drains. I don't know if this is a widespread problem, I also have to say that I have not complained to the hotel.

Nice hotel with good location. The breakfast was very good. The rooms could be somewhat larger and the walls somewhat less thin. But the worst is definitely the views from the rooms. The perfect service.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Decent location. Close to the train station but not too much else by Barcelona standards. To be fair I visited over Easter Sunday/Monday.

The hotel is quite clean and with all the "amenities" you could have, at least for the type of room available among others bathrobe and slippers.
The reception of the hotel was good and also right there they had glasses and carafes of glass with water (lemon and cucumber) and some sweets. I needed the reception services several and they were always willing although one of them was an oversight of the hotel, they fixed it really fast.

Hotel is located near the Sants Estació subway station, which is very mobile. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub/shower and even a bidet.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good.
Negative: small room, some antique and very large furniture that overwhelm much to be the room so small and above all a lot of noise, you hear absolutely everything.

The rooms are cold… It's the only thing that bothered me, good thing I had bathtub with very hot water.

NH fairly new or recently renovated. Of the rooms nothing to stand out. The breakfast spectacular that yes.

It was all ok. I had an individual room that wasn't big on that… room. Perfectly adequate for one night and if you move about it slowly … Clean, warm and efficient staff.

Very large Hotel located well for public connections present in town, friendly staff, very nice and fragrant hall, our small room for a couple poorly ventilated and lacked brush for water, room furnishings a bit old.
Paid parking service with a relatively high cost €23 per day very uncomfortable reaching the floors — 3 and — 4 luckily equipped with a lift to get to the lobby.

A central hotel, with all services and amenities, from restaurant to gym. The hall is huge and suitable for chatting or waiting for someone. Breakfast is a pleasure, complete and with all the ingredients. The rooms are easy to sleep and are modern and well-equipped. The worst the parking in front of the hotel is dangerous to the traveler's integrity.

The hotel is ok but the rooms facing the main street are not well insulated and you hear all the noise from the traffic. Also in the room you were on the 101, every time you close a door down, you will hear perfectly in the room. If you're a light sleeper it's not your hotel.

It is not a place of tourism but rather for business or personal business.

The hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly, the room is very clean and the rooms are small, the air/heating makes a lot of noise, the worst: it has a very irritating corporate atmosphere or aroma Q makes you want to leave Immediately from the building.

I went to Receger to a friend and before leaving the hotel we went to the bar to have some very polite and respectful treatment. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was extraordinary. Would go back again!

Advertised as a 4 star hotel but I would give it 2.5 stars at the best. Dont get me wrong, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and rooms are clean but the management needs to invest more in making the experience more enjoyable for the customers. The rooms are very small: the room doors were the size of a closet door and two twin beds took up most of the room. The AC in the room had minimal air coming out of the vents even at the highest speeds. For the price paid, I think you can find a better room in Barcelona. Lastly, location is good as you are 5 min away from the Sants Estado station and able to access the landmarks.

The location is great and the breakfast is lovely but I'm very disappointed with our room… I booked a double bed and a extra bed. What we got were twin beds (apparently they don't have rooms with a double plus extra bed). I found this out when I got to the room. The "cleaning" service wasn't great. Also while we were staying there they took our towels and forgot to replace them, only made two of the three beds. Forgot to put bin bags in the bins after taking out. Just details but it was very careless of them. Among not giving us clean glasses even though we were consuming drinks from the mini bar… Definitely not a four star hotel.

The hotel was comfortable, the room was slightly smaller than we expected but if a good standard. There was a problem with the shower which was very quickly rectified. I left some expensive pyjamas under the pillow in the room and rang the next day to report my carelessness and ask for their return. After several calls I was told they weren't in the room and they had probably been taken away with the laundry and they would get back to me. To date they have still not been located which is very disappointing.

Clean and convenient to the Metro pretty close.

Got a deal on Last Minute for this hotel. It is a business hotel in a residential locality. But is a quick metro ride to the city centre, about 15 minutes. You can walk it as well and in about 30 minutes. Some really great restaurants within walking distance and a shopping center around the corner. Rooms were very clean and well presented, very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and gave us plenty of tips and information. Will definitely select again for the next trip to Barcelona.

Good location for those who want to have near sants station or camp nou.

I had a room for single person. The room was really small but it would be OK it it would be not so horribly hot in the room. Even with the air-conditioning turned to the maximum it was too hot. I had to first separate the warm blanket and sleep under a sheet that remained after the separation, and still during the night had to open the window.

Well located close to Sants railway station. Friendly and comfortable room. A good is four star, one more, nor one less.

Service is good. Rooms are comfortable & clean. Staff are not speaking & understanding English. Good location & near to diagonal St. Price is normal. Opposite of great supermarket. Nice street.

I went to a presentation of a new product from Johnson & Johnson. The hotel staff was very helpful and the facilities were clean and well maintained.

Not bad at all, but the evenings can not sleep well if you have a window to the outside due to the noise. That Yes, the breakfast is excellent while the receptionist treated us fatal.

Very good location due to its proximity to the Sants station as well as the proximity to the metro. Its appearance to the naked eye is good, leaving the customer with the feeling that it's a modern hotel. However, it leaves much to be desired, since the room where we stayed was careless and uncleaned, giving the impression that it is a hotel that has been less.

The hotel in general is not bad, very friendly staff, but the room was too small to be double, was very close to the elevator and we could hear all the noises of the Hall. In the end we cannot rest, which was what it was.

The hotel is clean and staff extremely friendly. The location is excellent. However the modern design of the room makes it uncomfortable and not practical. It is next to impossible to shower and not get water outside the shower stall. A warning to business travelers, the hotel is not equipped to meet the basic needs of a business traveler such as ironing boards (in room or at the front desk), work area, lights in the room to do something simple such as read and a place to sit down that is not the bed.

Hotel well connected by sants Station 100 meters rooms according to its category. It is advisable to spend a few days in barcelona. The only downside is that it can be loud.
