Excellent friendly service. Great location as it's close to the metro and a ten minute walk from Sagrada familia.

Decent Hotel, dated as furnishings, the building should be restructured, and especially taken off the washable orange peel enamel on the walls, small bed at the French 1 square and half, thin walls distinctly hear the voices of the rooms Adjacent, but clean rooms and friendliness of the staff strategic location in the center two steps from everything.

Nice hotel, clean room, decent breakfast and optimal location but the bed squeaking in an absurd way to every tiny movement to the point of waking up at night. Moreover the walls are extremely thin to the point of being able to feel the bed of the neighbors which in turn squeaking at every slightest movement.

I'm so sorry about this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Old furniture we would almost be afraid to put our stuff there. The dirty curtains could not ventilate and open the Windows. Live screw on tenants apartments. The toilets with mold a very small bathtub with a shower curtain also very small. We booked and paid 10 euros more for a room with a double bed and we had twin beds. The positives are: a correct reception but no more, a deposit has 2 euros, the dining room with a very small buffet with a juice machine (damage), the proximity to the Metro (10 minutes walk) the several buses in the vicinity of the hotel.

1 star is for a decent shower, which is the only thing going for this hotel. The room was covered in mould, on the walls, in the bathroom and all around the window. The beds squeaked and creaked so every time we tossed over it woke us up. The hotel advertises it has air con, one receptionist said it only goes on when it is 23c or higher and another one said it only goes on from 01 June. The receptionist was unhelpful with our issues telling us there can’t be mould as they painted 3 weeks ago, he wasn’t interested in seeing it or rectifying anything. We heard another couple saying there was blood on their sheets. We booked another hotel and left, we asked for a refund and were told we would have to come back in the morning to speak to the manager and he refused to call the manager. Disgusting hotel, disgusting service. Stay away!

Comfortable hotel at 600m from the Sagrada familial being close to the Merchant Bank restaurant Metro bus c not bad value for money c well.

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Comfy Lockers in the lobby for luggage storage. Missing power outlets near the bed.

Nice welcome, but the hotel is dirty, old and smelly.
No cleaning is done in the room during the stay.
No change of sheets.
Hygiene is scarce in the rooms, both in the bathrooms and in the hall.

Cleaning almost non-existent. Needs a good reform, especially the bathrooms. Listen to everything is uncomfortable. The better the variety in the breakfast.

Professional and willing to help service. Unfortunately, paper-thin walls may not guarantee you a good sleep…

It is very close to the Sagrada Familia and the services are very basic. Ideal for a short stay.

This place was nice but the cleanliness of the places left a little to desired but the hotel to a very good quality price. And it is extremely well placed, at 600m from the SAGRADA FAMILIA and about 200m from a metro station.

Friendly and multilingual staff, also speak Italian, breakfast is generous, 24-hour reception, daily housekeeping, towels always clean! Obviously it is a two star do not expect the palace! No room Recommended though!

I must say well located 15 min walk from the Sagrada Familia and 15min by Metro from the center. Comfortable and very clean bedding.

Small room. Bed leaves enough to be desired for your recovery. Service vending machines and correct employees. Regular Regulin for the price. For what they give, Caro.

Fatal only had a table and that we ordered double bed Olia to pipe that stinks, we left the window open until night, you could hear everything, it seemed that the other room were in ours, the bathroom horrible, the curtain off and half broken, the water in a corner that you could not move, with the paper roll holder at the height of the shoulder and close to the face and to clean almost had to do a master.

Value for money is justified. Small spaces with plenty of humidity but the shower is always clean with hot water. The lack of the fridge Bar is justified by the presence of the machine on the ground floor. The good thing is that after Chek-out you can use the machine that keeps the suitcase in exchange for a few euros.

Small bathroom, very small bathtub. It could be better. There's no hot water.

Rooms are clean, modestly-priced, and very safe. They took my boyfriend and me in while scrambling in the middle of the night to find somewhere to stay because we missed our flight so I'm obviously a fan. Shower has amazing pressure. They give you towels, soap, toothbrushes, etc. And there's a cleaning crew in the afternoon. Perfect location. Literally saved our lives.

The receptionist hung up the phone and left us totally in the Interperie, zero education, the worst thing we have done about hotels.

Clean room. Faltava the TV command. The water takes a while to warm up.
But it is the best cost benefit for the area. You can't ask for more for less than €40 with private bathroom and Wi-Fi close to Christmas.
Suggestion: To put keychains of the room smaller and with rubber, because they collide with the door and make enough noise when entering and leaving.

I guess this is the best part to stay in Barcelona: near Sagrada, lots of good restaurants and bars with moderated price (not like in city center when all wants to "stole". 10 euros/ 1 beer… etc). Hotel is so. Very well located, rooms were good and clean, breskfast was also good, you could choose from everything, nice personal, prices we paid were very good.

The secessionists with a correct but dry deal, no kindness, the right room but you hear everything going on in the hallway as if you were in the room, not quiet to rest. Close to the Holy Family.

The best characteristic of this hotel is the localization, 5 minutes walk from La Sagrada Familia, and 3 minutes from a metro stop. Many supermarkets, restaurants and pastries around. The hotel is in general very clean and confortable. The staff is very nice. Highly recommended. he only thing we can say is negative, is the acoustics inside the rooms. For people with light sleep you may be awaken by the noise other guests do. But we personally didn't have problems with this.

Disgraceful breakfast and cardboard walls.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. I knew it was a 2 star hotel but ot was way worse than expected. Noisy, not clean enough and our room had humidity spots on the walls and spiderwebs on the ceiling.

What you need for a great stay in Barcelona. Not fancy, but does the trick.

Appalling dirty noisy and tatty. The building has no soundproofing and is poorly maintained DO NOT STAY HERE. Mildew in bathrooms and mould shower rails held up with fuse wire.

Very good hotel I would rate it 5 Stars if the wall wasnt so thin u can hear everysingle world happen next rooms.

There are far better hotels of the same category and price in the area. Narrow rooms, furniture and bathroom old and of very poor quality. Not too careful treatment.

Very bad behaviour from the Director, they just cancelled my booking without any kind of notice. My card doesn't work because it was renewed by the bank, however even calling them to give a new one, they told me that I should do the booking again, the hotel was full and the prices soared more than a 40%. The worst client service I have ever found in a hotel.
