Great location close to La Ramblas, staff lovely and very helpful, only drawback was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in room or elsewhere in hotel. Hot refreshments only available during paid for breakfast. There was however iced water in jugs on reception every day and boiled sweets.

Location great, Breakfast also good. The Room is well furnished, unfortunately the Bathroom worn out and already dirty after Check-In. The Cleaning of the Room rather deficient. 1 Day before Check-Out, we did not receive any new Bathrobes or Wipes. Water stinks, too. Staff, however, always friendly.

Pros: The location close to Las Ramblas an Metro Statio Liceu ist optimal. The hotel itself is modern and nice and the stuff friendly. Cons: The windows are thin. You can hear people talking or cleaning the street even on the top floor. The room was nice but not always cleaned very consequently. Worst aspect was that there is just a thin glass door between the bathroom and mainroom, so if you are not alone, you can here every noise from your roommare out of the bathroom. All in all a good but not perfect hotel. It was ok for a couple of nights.

A very nice a hotel in the center of the city. Location is very convenient. Rooms are clean not very big but enough for two people who are not spending all day inside anyway. Breakfast is basic. We preferred to go get our coffee somewhere outside.

Location is probably the only great thing about this hotel. It is almost on La Ramblas and right behind la bouqueria. However it is actually located on a side road which is kinda shady. The hotel is newly made and the staff is quite friendly. The breakfast has a good variety and was quite tasty. The floor lobby is quite weird and makes you feel claustrophobic. The rooms could have been better furnished and bedsheets more clean.

Hotel very well situated in the centre of Barcelona, next to the Boqueria market. The rooms are normal, something small. You don't hear all the noise from the street, although the area is a regular for the night.

Hotel is in a great location but that's the best quality it has. We stayed for 4 nights in early August and our room had a lot of mold. It was easily visable in the bathroom and it smelled terrible. We asked the front desk to have someone come and clean it or switch our room the first night and the front desk agent said that he would send up someone from housekeeping. We had to be up early and out the next day, but when we returned to the room the second afternoon the smell was worse! I asked the same front desk agent to switch our room and he told me that he would send someone up to evaluate that evening. Again, nobody showed. On the third day I spoke to a different front desk agent and she was very apologetic and switched our room right away. While she was in the process of switching the rooms the first front desk agent came back from his break and asked what was going on. The two then proceeded to speak to each other about the situation in front of me in Spanish which I found to be rude since we had previously been communicating in English. Overall I would say poor customer service and I would not stay here again.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location as only a minute walk to Last Ramblas and the local market. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Barcelona.

Rooms are good with AC. No restaurant, bar, spa or pool.

LOVED this hotel! It's super close to La Boqueria, and a block away from La Rambla (a street with too many shops to count! ). They kept our room very clean and treated us very well. The receptionists spoke English very well and were able to give us directions to where we wanted to go, even over the phone if needed. It is also very close to both the metro and a bus stop. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had anywhere. Long story short, I loved this hotel, and would stay there again in a heartbeat if I were to go back to Barcelona.

Centrally located and yet very quiet. The facilities good, modern and clean. The breakfast abundant and particularly to mention: lactose-free milk and soy milk. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice stay in a beautiful city.
