What an amazing place, the service, people are wonderful so kind and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone. Great location in the the heart of the Gothic Quarters, easy access to all areas you can walk to many great sites from the hotel, tons of places to eat and of course shop! Happy Travels to all!

Great hotel, the suite with the Jacuzzi on the terrace is great. The staff are friendly and very available.

Fab location in the heart of the gothic quarter. Nice rooms with an authentic feel, lovely helpful staff. Beds are hard and pillows foam, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Fantastic hotel decor was lovely. No tea in the rooms but they did have coffee.

Just returned from our trip to Barcelona, Arai couldn't be better placed so close to las Ramblas. Rooms were amazing with everything you might need from coffee machines through to cooking utensils. Rooms cleaned daily and overall just stunning to look at. Will return.

Shower is amazing decor is great. However, the bed is uncomfortable and it is near many hostels and you can hear everyone else in the hotel.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely hotel located in the Gothic quarter in Barcelona. Excellent location, walking distance from the harbor, Goell Palace, the Ramblas and many other great places to visit. Our room was beautiful and the service was great. Everything was just perfect! We highly recommend this hotel.

Good quality finish, great decor with rustic feel appropriate to the old building. Very welcoming and friendly staff; even the director introduced herself to us. Excellent location for exploring the Gothic Quarter and beyond as metro station not too far. Plenty of shops to buy local food if using kitchenette. We prepared a couple of steaks from the local market with a bottle of red… all top quality and enjoyable. Plenty of places to eat out too (this is after all Barcelona) … and we did. Yes the hotel doesn't have all the 'big hotel' facilities, but it does what it says it does very well and that's why we chose it. Perfect for those who like to do their own thing and live life outside of the hotel too, whilst being able to dip in the pool or sauna after a hard day's tourism :) Lovely place!

Just got here but I can already say I love this place! Great staff and in an awesome location! The person who rated 1 star has no idea what they are talking about.

We checked into this beautiful hotel earlier today and have experienced nothing short of excellent, top-notch service. The staff goes way beyond the norm to help with everything. Our room was switched to make it more comfortable/private for 2 adults and 2 20 year olds. Incredible experience, unfortunately checking out tomorrow but hope to be back for an extended stay. Do yourself a favor and stay here next time in Barcelona.

Gorgeous boutique hotel smack in the middle of the cool part of Barcelona. Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter, walking distance to the ports, and to La Rambla and El Born. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome at checkin to on the helpful hailing of a cab when we rushed out to catch an early flight. The room was gorgeous. Kitchenette came in handy even for our brief stay. This will be our first choice when we return to Barcelona. I think the negative review is fake. Or else there are bad rooms that we didn't see. The place is a former palace. Very sexy looking. I wish I could post my pictures of room 21. Absolutely perfect. And just like the pictures that we saw on tripadvisor.

I stayed there for 4 nights. No words to describe this. The pictures are truly deceiving. Keep away from this place.

Nice small Hotel. They don't have much, the reception the pool in the roof top and rooms, but rooms are nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Best part it's close to La Rambla steet and the other smaller streets with small shops and eating places. Very nice. The room was small but very nicely done. Has small kitchenette we did not get to use much as food is all around that area.

Apartments in Barcelona's Gothic quarter. They belong to the Group of Derby, which is always good service and quality warranty.
The rooms have been restored with great pleasure, once inside even you can imagine as the old palace. Inside one of the rooms there are heads which are ancient mosaics or tables that are old roofs… beautiful! In addition to be small there is a much more friendly than in a large hotel.

An Aparthotel 4 * located in the heart of the Gothic of a short walk from many tourist places of the city.
It is built in an old palace and many rooms of the ancient remains as old doors of the Palace that now are a beautiful head of the bed in one of the rooms.
The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small swimming pool on the terrace.
A very nice, comfortable and well located hotel.
