Just spectacular! I recently saw it on a list of the top 10 hotels in Spain. Perhaps only those who have been staying here will understand, but those who have been understood. Exquisite service, make you feel that you are part of the family, precious decoration with care of the smallest detail, and the breakfasts… incredible, worthy of one of the 10 best hotels in Spain.

A very pleasant place for its decoration and especially for the friendly treatment of all the staff. It highlights its owner Chus who caters to his friends in a personal way.
Their breakfasts are famous throughout the valley.

Of this hotel I took a big disappointment. In October 2017 I booked a double room to spend 4 nights from the 23rd to the 27th of February 2018, when I tried it in September and was told that they still had no reservations open for the 2017/2018 winter season. Two weeks before the stay I called to reconfirm and was told that everything was right. As this is a family run hotel and I booked directly with them I didn't consider it necessary to request a written confirmation. I just trust of his word, even more so when to secure the reservation I was asked for my personal details, including the credit card number.
On Friday 23 February at 22:45 we presented my wife and I at the reception ready to start our stay after a 5 hour trip from Madrid. The receptionist greeted us with the indication that the hotel was complete and that it had no room for us. When we told him that 2 weeks ago we were instructed from the hotel that our reservation was confirmed we responded that we were at number 8 on the waiting list. Obviously if we had been told this two weeks ago we were going to look for another accommodation. But when you find out about that at the time of arrival at the hotel, the thing looks different. I must say that we arrived in Vielha by public transport and we did not have our own vehicle to move to other localities of the area in search of a room.

I think this week is the third or fourth we stayed at this wonderful hotel in our ski week. I don't think there is another one with a quality-service-price ratio that can beat you throughout the valley.
Its decoration, its breakfasts and snacks, its treatment. Finally very happy and waiting to repeat.

It's a very nice rustic hotel. The staff it very nice and helpful. The rooms are cozy, each decorated differently. Amazing breakfast. All together it makes a unic experience.

It is the only Hotel I find better than at home. Warm welcome, exquisite food, and spectacular decor. All combined so that the user is welcomed, cared for and even pampered. A 10.

This place is very special with brekfast. food that I had never seen in any place I have been includ weddings. the food and the dishes all is so beutiful and lovely. In the shower room also the fasilitys is very special. On the other hand the bad was less comfoet but I if you can go to that place.

We have several years staying at the hotel. We will tell chus and daniela. They are a charm and they treat us great. Thank also to the Cook for the magnificent breakfasts which prepares us.

Hotel amazing, definitely the best that I have been, in the Centre of vielha, the unbeatable deal, the breakfast amazing and every day surprise you with something new, the rooms all with many details, and you get the afternoon off skiing with a snack, certainly if you go through vielha this should be the first option always.

Hotel familiar, trato exquisito y precios económicos.

I'm going to start responding to the people saying that the room is small: If you want a large room, having gym, sauna or swimming pool go to the Parador. If what you want is a hotel in the centre of Vielha in which feel at home, and with a décor and ambience terrific this is yours. If you look at half of the photos are from the breakfast. Why? The breakfast is impressive, they are not lostípicos donuts or ensaimadas (which it has). You have things very prepared and very good, above the breakfast is until 11. Another thing. If you see that you have rooms the booking, it is always worth calling the hotel to take a so much per hundred booking, since you can see how when os vayais hotel habréis preferred to take the proprietor (which, by the way, both she and her sister, or her son… and another girl that they have in reception, make you feel as at home) Tip on rooms: If you can be one of the front, and better to call them to do it for any website.

Welcoming, not only for decoration, but also for the friendly staff, from the time you arrive they make you feel like family. The perfect complement to spend a few days in Vielha. You cannot miss the wonderful breakfast, mandatory stop to begin with forces on the day.

This small hotel is the best place that you can afford to spend a few days in Vielha. His owners put all the love in the world for everyone to feel at ease, and it is that, it gives the feeling that it is a family home, and that is known the world over. The breakfasts are magnificent, a few 5-star hotels can compete with the preparation of the dishes they serve in their buffet in the morning, the rooms, and in general, all the hotel are decorated in a very romantic, a little cheesy, but it's super cozy. Totally recommended!

We were on a skiing holiday in Barquera. This beautifully decorated and has an extraordinary cuisine. Chus is a charming and very cosy.

It is difficult to describe the Hotel el Ciervo or give a simple view to score a hotel establishment: for us, spending ten days in the deer was a fantastic experience.
From the day of our arrival, we are wonderfully welcomed and the day we went we left wanting to return, feeling left behind some friends who we had received at home.
SPECTACULAR breakfast!
Hotel decorated in each corner with meticulous detail carefully chosen, nothing is casual, included the smell to vanilla or cinnamon that you relax since enter in it. No rooms are best or worst, they are all different so regulars already know which is your favorite and reserve your favorite: all have something special.
Best of the deer are not rooms nor its pleasant smell its breakfasts, without doubt the best is what you wear when you go: this fantastic experience that you remember weeks later with a smile on the soul.

It is a charming hotel, with a very attentive and friendly staff, make you feel at home. Breakfast is one of its strengths, to be home and elaborate.
