The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it, they pick you up and take you to the airport. I will certainly be back every time I have to make a stopover in Barcelona. Shorty.

Still trying to find the 4 star at this place. No minibar, they told me they’d have 24 hour room service, in the room menu only serving until 1am, but when we got to the hotel at midnight we were pointed to the poorly stocked vending machine instead. The so-called free breakfast cost us 12 euros per head and the free shuttle was full so they called us a taxi. The hote rooms are basic at best, outdated, noisy next to the road, only one towel provided for me and my wife, no iron, etc. The only positive thing about this place is that it’s close to the airport. I would recommend booking a 60 euro hotel nearby instead of paying double for nothing.

The rooms are nice. The shower is a little small for bigger people. The drinks in the restaurant are a bit pricey.

Modern and sleek in design. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were very firm but that was great for us. Super close to airport and offers free shuttle to and from in an air conditioned new model small passenger bus. Would definitely stay here again. We also took the city bus (which was only 5 mins walking distance from the hotel) down to Las Ramblas where there were great sites and trains to get you anywhere you want to go.

Most people staying here are transit passengers and will never visit again, so basically the staff on the front desk don’t give a f*&k they are lazy, aggressive and trying to nickel and dime you every step of the way. The hotel is surrounded by motorways that never sleep, so don’t expect to either, the general manger Alexander is very good but she relies on lazy staff who put their convenience way above that of their customers, today was a good example, my employers have a hotel spend with Tryp that runs into many tens of thousands of euros per year across all the seasons, they made a mistake and didn’t book me a late check out, so having being working since 04:30 and fast asleep at 13:30 they rang me and told me that I needed to vacate my room immediately, so grabbed a shower and got in the early shuttle to the airport only to be told that if I didn’t pay the late check out charge I would be denied transport on the airport shuttle, only after the intervention of Alexander was this resolved, it was a national hol
In a word avoid there are far better hotels nearby and we will review our policy with regard to this hotel.

No A/C so we had to open the only window to cool the room off and the bathroom smells like hospital’s bathroom which made the whole room stink. TV is small and no any English Channels and the TV picture quality is poor. Shower water temperature changed constantly while you were showering. No actual king bed, it was combined by two twin beds.

Good spot, the close to Airport if you’ve an early flight out in the AM, restaurant and bar were great too.

Fine hotel for one night near the airport. Checkin was quick and the room was spacious and clean. Too bad the restaurant was not open at all hours, with our kid it was not an option tocwait until 8 o’clock, so we ordered room service. This was great quality, though! Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a pretty decent experience.

Lobby is cool. Rooms rather modest. If you're unlucky, you sleep to the side of the highway, then very loudly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Especially desserts.

First off, DO NOT TAKE A CAB TO THIS HOTEL! I was taken for 40€ and a 20 minute ride. The flat rate within 3km of the airport is 20€. ***Use the hotel shuttle provided. *** For the hotel it is amazing, the front desk staff was very helpful and apologetic for the taxi issue, even though they had nothing to do with it. My room was nice, clean and cool! Perfect location for the night before a flight out the next day. Again, the front desk staff was amazing!

Handy QD we take the plane or we get out, but no charm. The rooms on the motorway side are noisy.

Really bad service: freezing room, beside a room with construction works + no possible to extend the stay. After advicing the man at the checkin the possibility to extend the stay, he told me there was no problem. After 2 days the hotel was fully booked.

I liked the hotel. Clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. I'm glad it happened to be because of the non-lethal weather. Near the metro station, taking the opportunity to visit something that did not have time to see. But still were not on Tibidabo, gladly come again.

Very practical Hote for stays in Barcelona, is 30 minutes by Metro from the tourist part of Barcelona, but the line that is used is practice to/from the airport. It has a shuttle service to the airport ASI Q you return without tangles the breakfast very well, the cons the bathroom olia a bit bad and the bar 24 hours not very well served but competent.

A very good and very friendly attention. The good thing I found in the room differently with others is that it had sponge for the shower, plug in the tub and a door that separates the room from the door to hear no noise from the hallways.

Very negative experience. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good… I found a towel pulled under the bunks and also the curtains were dirty with spider webs and dust on top. Very noisy room next to the freeway. But the worst thing was that at 6:30am we were at reception waiting for transportation to the airport, with knowledge of the receptionist, and this one forgot to let us know that the shuttle had arrived so we missed it and had to wait for the next one and we didn't get to Time to check baggage! As an explanation the receptionist told us that he had 10 minutes left. To get out of the night shift and that we were not the only ones who had passed them! Incompetence.

To stay OK, for more in no case, mini gym, hotel directly on the highway. Impossible to leave a window open on the highway facing side. Air conditioning does not work properly. No minibar in the room.

Staff is kind and accommodating. Nice and clean rooms. Only minor issue was that the heating system effectively only had two settings. "Off" and "hotter than the sun".

I do not recommend it, smell of plumbing in our room, we should have woken up and did not, good thing we did not depend on them… the boy excused himself by saying they were on paperwork inside at 4 a. M. They had passed, I won't come back for this anymore.

Atypical space with carcerales corridors. Cradled by the gentle ronronement of the highway. Perfect to improve your Zen when you attebd an hour at the checkin. Otherwise nice bar and architecture breathtaking very Californian Mullholland drive.

Negative: Not in the center, although there are several buses that stop right next door and take you downtown (also at night)

A good place to relax before your next flight. The rooms need renovation and to be a bit more clean. The loby, the bar is perfect! You enjoy the atmosphere there. Breakfast with exchelent quality.

The reception staff and location is excellent when it comes to catching a flight, and the excellent airport shuttle. But yesterday I returned to the airport minibus (time 1:20) and the driver was very rude and arrogant, questioning my word, because a regular and wealthy customer decided, everything and arrive after me, attack against my person. They should remind the driver that we are all customers and should be more friendly and neutral. Money isn't everything.

My two stars deceive about the quality of the hotel, their service and how well their rooms are.
Perfect breakfast and the shuttle to the airport is great and very punctual.
Now I speak of the Pronlema: I stayed in a room oriented to the highway and from 4, 30 seemed to q the trucks and cars passed over DD my head. It was a horror. Yes I return to the hotel, in my reservation I have clear Q specify the orientation of the room. I won't forget.

I arrived Sunday night and a customer in front of me with the same room and no breakfast was told that a complimentary coffee was available.
I went the next day and asked that without going into the contract I was served a complimentary coffee and they said no.
In my opinion is the worst thing that can happen, that a customer give more services than another and I assure you that I know I heard what I say.
I was also told the premium room had a coffee maker and an extra expense in items from the Mini bar… Well, the coffeemaker is a water heater where you can put something like coffee and since yesterday no one has been able to explain what items I can have in the Mini bar, for the Q I have paid to call "premium".
The dining room must have been decorated in the 60, because it is the same q then.
Yes, it has a cool territory elevators, when you enter the rooms changes the quality table. Without getting to be wrong, they are correct, they have lack of details.

Don't let the outside fool you. Very nice interior, clean rooms. Conveniently close to the airport with shuttle.

The best thing that has that attention and the shuttle service to the airport.
But the room I've had is pretty bad for the price it has.
The shower has a curtain instead of a bulkhead, when the shower tray you have is not for curtain, so you get all the water out.
Cold room. The heat, bad.
The blanket I had to put the TV on is above a half-height cupboard and it is quite small so it doesn't look like mu well.
The mattress of the bed is very hard and the pillows very soft.
Considering the price of the room I found it quite bad. I have been to hotels of the same price with much more comfortable and complete rooms, and in style hotels but much cheaper.

Excellent Hotel… only downside: Hog breeding on the other side of the 4 lanes right in front of the hotel.

I have used it several times as long stay parking. It has underground parking, closed, the attention is good, the competitive price including transportation to and from the airport. The only problem is that the delivery and removal of keys from the car is done at the front desk of the hotel, and on the last occasion I had to wait more than 40 minutes lined up, and I almost didn't get to the airport on time.

Not as good as it seems to be. I have stayed there for more than two months and ended up with finding professional staff and some others with lack of experience; friendly and rude ones; high quality in service and sometimes below standards! This place needs a quality control. If the good and the bad exists at the same time, this means that the solution is reachable but the problem is still there. If you're staying for a quick/short visit, it will depend on your luck.

Had a pleasant stay. Near to the airport. 24 hour front desk. Comfortable room. The only let down was the 24 hour food service menu, which was virtually nonexistent. We didn't expect much, but thought that a sandwich at least would be possible.

The representative at the hotel was very helpful. I had no phone service and he was so kind to call my taxi (transfer server to the ship) to make sure he had the correct information as to where to get us. God sent me to this young man — very accommodating and an asset to this hotel. He was truly a blessing. I'm so thankful & blessed.

Far away from the airport. Very expensive and the staff are mostly arrogant assholes. It is a minimum fee of 20 euro to get you here from the airport. Stay away.

Ideal place to spend the night if you have an early flight next morning. Perfect shuttle service. My partner is in a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful. We stayed there last year when we had an early flight and I am about to book for this flight in September which is also early. It is worth the extra money to stay in the hotel over night rather than get up at3:00 in the morning to catch a flight at 7:00.

4:20 a. M. Shuttle (told to be ready to load 10 minutes before) — not only not showing up until 4:30 at all — but failed to respond to calls from front desk that began at 4:10 a. M. those are the big three complaints — but not the only complaints … If this is supposed to be an airport hotel — they have some serious service issues that need to be addressed.

We arrived with a mix up in the reservation, caused by us. We needed 2 nights and had only booked for 1. The hotel was fully booked for the 2nd night. The front desk suggested we check back in the morning for a cancellation. The following morning we were told there were no cancellations and the front desk would start checking other hotels to get us placed. They spent most of the day trying to secure another room and finally got a cancellation. The room was to have cost us about $ 20 more than the night before and to compensate they included a terrific breakfast. Great room and fabulous customer service.

The worse hotel I've ever experienced. Too many things to mention but the rooms are very small, they do not have A/C in the winter and they don't even own a fan. If your room is hot then your stuck. Everything didn't work in the room, this is NOT a 4 stars please don't be fooled. I WOULD NOT recommend, please do not waste your time. Horrible.

The hotel is OK not more not less. Location is very good of course then something hard to get into the city at the airport. But you know that beforehand.

After a confusion in my book for March 30 (Sunday) instead of March 9 (Sunday) through a website; they made me pay two nights instead of one and they have even given me the possibility to modify it by last night (March 29). Very little attention to the customer, prefer winning 70 euros and losing a customer in the chain. If the error would have been them. Not deserve more rating.

Very, very nice! Modern and upgraded. Airport shuttle every half hour. Elegant lobby. Room well soundproofed, so quiet even though the hotel is on the freeway. Food is expensive for Americans, so no exception here, but we had for dinner here the Menu 2 — a beer (or wine), a good pureed veggie soup and a veggie sandwich on a burnt (really, they like it that way, so let them know not to burn it so much) foccacia bread sandwich for $15 €, so reasonable, for expensive Barcelona. Free Wi-Fi in room. Service is very good, English skills are excellent. Room was immaculately clean, firm comfy bed with down duvets, with a bidet, deep bath tub, rarely found concave mirror to tweeze my eyebrows, and hairdryer. They offered a weekend discount on Orbitz, so we were thrilled with the luxury. But for the tourist traveler, you will have to pay for a 15 minute taxi ride to get to the closest train line stain to get to see the sights in town. Trade-off for a cheaper. Nicer room, versus in town convenience. No Starbucks here.
