I choose this hotel due to think they should close to airport, it turns out if you take taxi, fee is not much difference than if you live in town. No breakfast. Room inside is okay condition. I would suggest if you can find better hotel in the city which has similar price than this, then skip this one, as taxi price is not big difference. And you will get more like breakfast or go to places near hotel.

Overall this Hotel is great. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Taxis always close if you want to go into the city. Being an American it made me feel a little more comfortable knowing the staff speaks a little English. Only knock I would give to this place would be room service isn't worth the money and there is nothing near by. Other than that this place is great and clean!

I like this place. Complementary shuttles to and from the airport, cheap public transport to the city, or a cab, or the hotel's own paid shuttle. Good food. Plenty of amenities. It's a stylish airport/business hotel.

Terrible system. You go wait to access a machine to print your boarding pass and bag tags. Then you go to the end if a line and have to go to the counter anyhow. Don't waste your time with the machine. Just get in the counter line. No air conditioning and hot. Very slow check in for American Airlines. Terrible.

Best thing about this hotel is the closeness to the airport and the free transfer service if you are coming from terminal 1. Reception was nice and quick. The service at the La Sal Marina restaurant was very disappointing. Only the maitre will take the order and he was pretty slow in coming to our table. And when he did, he was in a rush and not helpful at all. We ordered an appetizer and a salad that never made it to the table and there was no apology. At the bar, service was excellent when we went for an after dinner drink. Room was OK except for only a small piece of soap in the bathroom.

Booked this hotel for an overnight before a cruise. It's quite far from the airport and 30 min from cruise ports though they do offer a shuttle for a fee. BEWARE OF THE SHOWERS! The temperature fluctuates SEVERELY. One second the water is freezing and then it will SCALD YOUR SKIN. My husband so burned in the shower, we went to management. They offered another room, but after testing that shower with the same result decided to move to an entirely different hotel. They would not refund our money. But it wasn't worth having our child burned.

Perfect location if you arrive at the airport! The shuttle is free but you May have to wait up to half ab hour. The breakfast is great and the staff is amazingly friendly!

Stayed in a room for three people, which was really a double room with an extra bed added and thus a bit crowded. But the standard of the hotel over all was good. Breakfast was 13€, but very nice, with a wide selection of hot and cold food and fruit. Very good location when you arrive late or have an early flight.

Overall: There's a convenient free airport shuttle, and the hotel is generally clean. However, it isn't very comfortable (rock hard mattress, faulty water temperature, missing amenities). You wouldn't stay here if you weren't coming in from a late flight, or leaving for an early flight. Design: contemporary architecture/decor in the common areas makes this hotel feel more modern than it actually is; the rooms feel a little old and stale by comparison. Rooms: The bathroom is spacious with lots of mirrors, but the design of the shower makes it uncomfortable to use; the water temperature fluctuates to scalding hot, and there's no shower curtain or door so the bathroom floor becomes a slip hazard (which probably explains the door frame rotting at the bottom). The bed runner had stains, but the bed itself was clean. The mattress is rock hard though. Thankfully, the curtains are thick enough to block out light, so I was able to sleep off my jetlag well. Amenities: There's a gym and a pool (didn't use them though). The main reason I booked this hotel in the first place is for the airport shuttle. If you're taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, it's a black van parked where the private shuttles/buses are (not by the airport signs for 'hotel bus'). There's also a convenient €6 shuttle to Ramblas. Service: No complaints, but my room was missing amenities. I wanted to take a shower, but there was only a small bar of soap.

Modern, clean, spacious. No noise of airplanes. Breakfast was good. But there are two but: (1) shuttle from the airport does not go at night-prepare extra money for a taxi, and (2) If you want to check in after the night, you will have to get confirmation by phone, T. K. Marks in booking and text comment about late arrivals may not And the hotel system in 0:00 unlocks your room: (

Just functional, nothing special. Water was hot and the place was clean, but no luxuries if you call having a kettle, tea bags and coffee powder a luxury. Check ins were very long; we waited 30 minutes for the couple in front of us to check in, and then 15 minutes for ourselves. And the place wasn't very crowded!

Very good service. Large bed and large Room. Convenient airport shuttle service. But it takes about an hour to go to the city centre by public transport. But we were looking for a hotel closer to the airport. So we knew about it. But otherwise good value for money.

It's too isolated. And you can't even buy a magazine. Also the restaurant in afternoon shift are slow not the next wasting time chatting between them ask for dinner and gives you time to take 3 beers. And finally I suggest to change the teles that are from the last century.

Very comfortable and spacious room, water bottle detail free of charge. Ample and varied breakfast and the only drawback, that there were not enough tables for everyone, at least at rush hour.

I recommend hotel pleasant, clean 10 mn walk from the Metro L9 which connects the airport. We have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel which is OK breakfast with choice only HIC a nice pool which is not open under pretext that this is not the season so that it was super beautiful and lacks a small souvenir shop.

It's a convenient distance from the airport, so it's a good location if you may need to rush to the airport. The airport shuttle from the airport was a dissapointment, when it arrived at the pick up location, it was already full. So my 83yo Dad & I had to wait another half an hour in the open before it made another round to get us. The reception staff were pretty efficient, spoke good English & helpful with information. Breakfast was really good. Best to book ahead the day before & you get a big discount. Well worth it with good variety. Well equipped gym & nice pool. The bar & lounge areas were cozy with good ambient light coming from their large surrounding windows during the day. If you have a lot of big luggages, tough luck. There's no bellboy to assist you, so you have no choice but to steal the luggage trolley from the lobby yourself. A bit difficult when you also have to assist an old man in a wheelchair. Ha! Overall, good value.

Airport transfer went smoothly! Nice hotel but far from the centre.

Option to stay near the airport. The drawer service could be faster. We were waiting more than 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport.

I have enjoyed the stay, the restaurant food is of quality and the attention of the employees very good. It is a good hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.

During the stay I could live in two rooms.
In each, the toilet or bidet cover was broken. The room service is in the rooms every day: are damage not reported?
Furniture makes a pretty good impression: striped veneer is detached, lacquer flaked off, scratches everywhere.
Dirty corners in the bathroom.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Stöckelnde Ladies in the next room were very good to hear.
Breakfast room very noisy and quite cold but with nice view into a Terassengarten.
No recommendation.

I like interiors and amenities of this hotel. Kind and knowledgeable staff, although the room I stayed was very small, I could barely open my suitcase. Since it is an airport hotel where many international travellers stay, it would be nice if all the rooms were big enough at least to open suitcase without problem. Wifi was not strong enough or stable.

I love this hotel with all my heart! Amazing breakfast, reasonable price, nice clean room and great service. The shuttle is convenient and there’s also a local bus that comes in front of the hotel which takes you to the city center easily. Definitely recommend it!

Interesting the shuttle that, for the figure of 6 euros per way, accompanies and reports from the Ramblas, otherwise far enough and complicated to reach with the Metro.

Luxury and modern Hotel with large and well clean rooms, staff according to my opinion sometimes immature, strategic as a point. Price in standard.

Clean, modern facilities in the common areas. The hotel room itself was not as new however it had everything you needed. Shuttle service was prompt and easy. Altogether, a very convenient airport hotel.

It's a hotel in El Prat. Office area. It is nice, has gym and pool and the Wi-Fi in conditions. But they don't have slippers or bathrobes like in the Tryp hehe.

Fantastic Hotel close to the airport, it is worth the price, around €85, the spacious room with a king size bed, good window, a bathroom with bathtub and very spacious plus a room service with excellent value for money, Remember that staying in the city of Barcelona requires a tax per person and night to be paid at the hotel.
To transfer the airport to the hotel we used the application of MyTaxi as we were warned of the high rates of conventional taxi.

Very comfortable bed, clean linen, I slept for 12 hours after a very tiring day. Free shuttle bus from/to Airport is a plus. We got upgraded from a deluxe room to a superior room. Wash room has a rain shower. The bidet is convenient. Though a bit old and rusted is found in the metal pieces. Bath robes and slippers are provided. Front desk staff is nice and helpful. Checked in checked out process is fast and smooth.

Former luxury hotel that is now outdated. Good location if you want to be close to the airport. Free airport shuttle. Decent value if you aren't paying full price.

It is a nice hotel but it's not the level 4 stars. But it's a perfect place before or after flight. The restaurant and bar is good and there is nice pool outside. Also, room is comfortable and quite clean. Service is good too. But another some service and amenities are lacking.

A decent hotel near the airport which is let down by unhelpful staff. Nice enough hotel although is a bit worn in places. The bar and restaurant are nice with good food and drinks. It is also a short distance from the airport and operates a free shuttle bus which is good (as a taxi is €20 minimum to leave the airport). The staff are friendly but not very helpful. We asked for a room to have all feather bedding removed due to my mother having an allergy to them but no one bothered to do anything. Assuming it had all been sorted, she discovered this half way through the night when she had trouble breathing. If you arrive late, room service stops at 00:30, despite confirming that if we weren't in could they leave the meal in our room we were then told upon our return our return to the hotel that this was not the case and that we were not getting our food or bottle of wine. We went to bed hungry as the vending machine has very little choice and the bar shuts at 1am. Despite not getting our room service they still attempted to charge us for it.

Shuttle service to and from the hotel was excellent. Right in time and very efficient. The hotel room itself was decent, unfortunately my sink in the bathroom was running the whole time and it seems like no one checked it after the last person left the room? Room was ok for the price. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the bar was a decent snack. Overall a good experience, nothing to rave about, but it was good and solid.

Our experience here has been terrific. I agree with some of these reviews that a few things seem dated and the elevators are a little annoying. But other than this, a great location and terrific staff. Security present at the entrance (which I loved) and greeted with smiles. Very clean and a great pool to relax at in the afternoons. My first visit to Spain and decided to stay here for the price and convenience and I'm most definitely not disappointed. I'd surely stay here again. Lovely thanks to the hotel staff and keep up the good work!

Hotel in my opinion very nice, especially the lobby. Great for those who have to wait for a flight or have a day to visit Barcelona. Good for staff availability. Recommended for one or two nottu, no more because it remains duori hand. Prices OK, but not very low.

When booking the room we paid for a king or queen room, upon check-in the hotel told us the only king room available had a handicap bathroom. Thinking this was not a big deal we took the room. Once in the room we saw that a handicap bathroom means that the shower was completely open with no walls, the shower head was mounted below chest level and there was a fold down seat. For a normal person to take a shower would be nearly impossible and I am 6'2. We went back down to the front desk to see what else was available and they claimed to be completely booked, so all they had was a room with 2 twin beds with a non-handicap accessible bathroom; we took the non-handicap accessible room. The room itself was fine and clean, but the TV would not turn on. We had been traveling all day and were only be there for a total of 6 hrs, so not a huge problem. Once getting into bed we realized that the beds did not have a comforter and only had sheets to keep warm; somewhat unusual for a hotel. Again, we were so tired and only there for a few hours that it was not worth the return to the front desk. In the morning to take a shower there is only a half wall to enclose the shower, so be prepared that the floor may get soaked by the time you are done. There is a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the airport that is complimentary. It runs every 20 mins from 7am to 9am but beware that it only holds about 10 people.

Hotel is clean. It's not a 4 star hotel though. Technology is outdated. Had to get the shower in our room fixed. Don't plan on using Wi-Fi as it goes in and out just sitting in your room. AC didn't work very well. For example, the Hampton Inn is a better hotel than this one.

Came in late because of a flight delay. Requested for a shuttle but there were some miscommunication, had to take a taxi, unfortunately. When we got there, the place was immaculate. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The next morning, we were able to request a shuttle to Las Ramblas. Very inexpensive and convenient. I would recommend!

The airport is actually in a very great location. We did not know we could take the complimentary shuttle from thethe airport to the hotel so we ended up buying a 2 day metropass. We walked to the hotel from Mas Blau station, it was less than 10 minutes. We arrived late at night and had no issues. The bar in the hotel has great food. We enjoyed the salmon burger the most. Purchase water before hand if you can, the hotel's bar is the only place you can purchase it and it costs €4 a bottle… The rooms were decent, they look modern. The TV looks like it's from 2004 and there were only 15 channels. Wi-Fi is very slow, was not impressed with that. The airport shuttle was very quick when we needed to return. If it takes too long, you can take the subway. It is only 1 stop from the airport.

The hotel is ok, the only issue is they have an incredibly stupid system for getting people to the airport. The bus comes, asks people to put their bags at the back, then asks those who have bags to get on the bus. I came early, but could not get on a bus, because I did not have luggage. What is more the driver did not speak any english, which made it even more surreal.

It was just ok. Very clean and modern but the conveniences were not sufficient. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room and breakfast was not included and much too expensive.

We stayed in an elite room for one night. Although the room itself is good. The only things provided were shampoo, a bar of soap, body gel and a broken pen. Biggest problem we had. We did not book a room ahead of time. Upon arrival, the clerk at the front desk refused to give us a room and insisted they are fully booked. So I went online on my phone and booked a room. With the confirmation number from my immediate online booking, magically he found a room for us. Lastly, we asked if there's still breakfast since we had to leave before their breakfast time. Base on that, we were promised a packed bag of breakfast upon departure. Unfortunately, as we check out in the morning, nothing was prepared and we left without eating. = (

Room fine, although the fridge did not work, the shower was impossible to regulate between hot and cold, and the airr conditioning didn't have much power. For a business trip it is okay, and the kitchen is pretty disappointing…

The stay at the hotel very good and well-equipped rooms. Just one catch: the shuttle, infrequently and out of control when carrying passengers.

Stay far, far, far away from the restaurant. Evita el restaurante lo mas possible. Es horrorifico. I do not know who cooks here but my 9 year old daughter can cook a better dinner than this. Awful, shameful. Disgusting. No se quen cucina aqui pero mi hija de 9 año cucina mejor que aqui. Repugnante de verdad.

No robes, airport to hotel shuttle needs to be simpler than having to make arrangements 24hrs in advance — but public transit got me close enough, check-in simple but not courteous, great room and bathroom, nothing nearby, food service ends around midnight and the snack market is all junk food. Stayed for convenience but next time will go downtown.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The only reason a person stays at an airport hotel is in order to travel to the airport easily in the morning. We were told that we better come early for the shuttle or there will not be a seat. Can we call a cab if there is no room on the shuttle? "There are usually some out there. " The staff could clearly care less whether we made our flight or not. They also did not have the room for which we paid. "It's a preference, " they said. No, it's not a preference when you specifically pay extra which we did. This is the worst Spain has to offer. My wife and I travel extensively. My wife works in the hospitality business in New York, Japan and elsewhere. We were absolutely appalled by our treatment.

“Free Airport shuttle, shuttle to the cruise ships (additional Euros when it's running), near the public bus” We were looking for a hotel that would have a free shuttle from the Airport and their service runs 24 hours a day. They emailed a map with instructions on where to go to get picked up depending on the airline. We had no problem getting their shuttle to the hotel. Upon checking into this colorful hotel they said the shuttle service to the cruise lines stopped on Oct 31st. And our cruise ship pulls out on Nov 1st. I did ask why they didn't email me to let me know that. I reserved the breakfast and cruise shuttle package so that would be a few less things to worry about. It was not a big deal as we caught a taxi to the shuttle and they worked that into the rate we paid. By booking on line we received a 10 Euro discount-a nice touch. The room was comfortable and after traveling all day from Florida-you don't want it any other way. My wife thought the shower head was attacking her as it came out of it's holder and sprayed the entire bathroom with water. If you don't turn it up all the way it will behave better. It happened to her again when we came back from our cruise. It's another funny story we get to tell. Not a big deal to me, but for some the water spraying everywhere could be an issue-so be-careful in the bathroom. We had dinner at the rather large "bar" and had a choice of eating in the dining area.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the restaurant was expensive and the food I wanted from the menu was not available. The room was comfortable but the bathroom not as clean as I would have liked, when I filled the bath all kinds of horrible gunk came out of the jets in the bath, quite disgusting! Spa baths need to be run when they are cleaned to get all the nasty stuff out of them.

We stayed at this hotel in August, 2015 and we loved it! The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and very nice and the meal we had in the cafe was so outstanding that we personally thanked the chef. The breakfast the next morning was served in the larger dining room and it was generous and wonderful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would encourage others to do the same!

For the second year, we chose this hotel to spend a day between flight and flight, and as has always been the height. It is a modern hotel, with the facilities, decor and a staff that NEVER disappoint. Fully recommended in all respects.
