The staff there are very vriendly and they respond for all the questions with a smile. The rooms are clean with good service. You can reach the city with the public transportations easely.

Good location. Needs a little modernisation but good friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel in the suburbs of Barcelona. The only minus-to the beach on foot far. But considering we were in the car and had no problem Parking on the beach or in the hotel, it wouldn't take long. The rooms and service are lovely. The breakfasts are quite tasty, especially the cute little chocolate croissants. The staff is always smiling and in a good mood.

Hotel Flora Parc has the best service and staff are friendly and accommodating… 1 til next time… is highly recommended.

Outside as an old Soviet boarding house, inside as a nice, modern hotel with everything that is supposed — free Wi-Fi, electric blinds on the windows, on balconies clean tables with articles, silent central air conditioning. At the reception understand by the teeth and can be explained even by gestures. Breakfasts are not varied but there is something to eat and drink: pizza, scrambled eggs, cereal, ham, cheese, toast.

Nice hotel for family. It's 5 away from nearest sea beach.

The family room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was clean and air condition worked well. Hotel stuff was very friendly and helpfull, was able to answer all our questions. We tasted paella in the restaraunt and it was very good and delicious, can recommend to all hotel guests.

The best hotel on my whole 23 day Europe trip. They have an absolutely phenomenal bi-lingual staff. Every person who works there from the house keepers to the chefs to the waiters to the owners and desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Maria… the lady at the front desk is an absolute gem. She helped me with so many things and acted as an interpreter on an antique deal I was making. She is a spectacular lady. The hotel is super clean… the rooms are large and the pool they have is much better than the photos depict. They also have a great little restaurant next door that provides great service and very reasonable prices. I had octopus and sardines suateed in Garlic/wine for 8 Euros. They have great breakfast in the morning too… where you'll see the 80 year old owner flipping eggs to perfection. And the location is in the Castelldefels, far enough away from the pickpockets and riffraff of Barcelona. The bus stop is just 100 meters from the hotel — so you can visit Barcelona anytime. The train station to take you to Girona or Madrid is only an 8 to 10 minute walk. I will definitely stay here on my next trip! Thanks Maria!

Without Knowing the area, you arrive and do not know if it is safe to park in the street or not. Breakfast would be better. The room was very spacious and clean. Nice.

Friendly, clean, friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff very attentive, there was an incidence with some guys who were not stop making noises and to disturb, we warned to reception and they solved it in a moment. I'm sure we'll be back.

That was great! The hotel is well served to go into town and also it was very friendly.

Not recommended for anyone, first of all, bad deal with people, no sympathy, talking edge and mientiemdo about food menus. Secondly, a hotel that in April with a few people, comes a trip of 25 people, and to speak 3 people in a room, they call the monitor to bundle it. At dinner, expired food, prefabricated and frosted… without flavor, without lemons for a dish of squid… it is flioante… broken things in the rooms… and as I say the worst is the treatment of people… two star hotels… look like 5 and this 3 deserves a… a penalty has ber relying on this hotel. But hopefully and can help other people when they are looking at hotels… Many thanks to Castelldefels for the treatment and a lot of anger for the hotel… to put this bad image of this wonderful town.

Uncordial treatment, a dinner lousy the macaroni preheated, unprofessional staff and with little sympathy, I've been in 3 star hotels that looked like 4 and this is not up to par.

Our unforgettable holiday in Spain. The room was clean. Breakfasts require serious refinement, they are not very;) When booking, do not pay attention to the pool, it is for check-in.

Excellent place. Good food. But you could leave at least one bottle of water in the room fridge. Great breakfast 10 out of 10 you can eat whatever you want.

I booked the hotel as it had a reasonable price and good transport links. Immediately after the booking there was a problem, because the booking was deposited there one month early in the system and therefore I should pay a no-show-penalty-I wanted to arrive yet. The well-trained reception staff was positive. I was then credited with the penalty payment to the room rate, which was then, however, higher. Well. The rooms were fine, although not outstanding. The fridge was completely frozen and nothing could be put. The service staff had no idea what could be done, for that was just bad luck. So I just put the fridge on the balcony during the day, where the problem was done by itself at 45 degrees Celsius. Could have done the staff, too. The pool is small but a pool. It is located at the back of the hotel, unfortunately directly between this and a silos, which are only 25m behind the property. You have to see this positively, because these buildings will eventually give shadows.
The negative highlight, however, was the breakfast. The breakfast room has the charm of a 70s canteen. Instead of a central buffet, food somewhere are distributed in the room on tables, between sitting guests. A spicy breakfast is almost not possible. If you are looking for sausages or cheeses, find them in a cooled glass cupboard at the end of the room. However, if you just need Spanish cakes and a coffee for breakfast, you won't miss anything.

Me and my friends stayed here in September, it was okay. Seems somewhat outdated, also heating was not working! Good service, rooms were cleaned daily.

The rooms are very nice and the hotel is very close to the airport. The restaurant nothing of the other world and breakfast is not very good truth if you are passing by and want a hotel near the airport is not bad.

I spent only one night, difficult to evaluate but the room is large, the bathroom also. Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Near the airport. Excellent value for money.

The room was fine. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled musty. From our point of view the staff in the breakfast room was very rude. Our greetings were not reciprocated and we felt often ignored. Worse for us, however, was that other staff, such as the Rezeptionstin, who previously worked on the PC or picked up money to replenish food without washing their hands. From then on we only ate packaged food. The staff often ran through the room or stood behind the counter and ate it. Fried eggs were warmed up in the microwave oven. We could observe that the lady behind the counter passed this to a customer without interrupting her private conversation or looking at the customer.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Rooms are OK. Clean and spacious. Breakfast and hygiene a little catastrophe. What a pity.

Nice place, but noisy when the check-in in the evening etc the doors are very loudly slammed.

It's really nice if you want friendly staff and something a bit away from the wildness of Barcelona. 15 minutes from the train station and 20-25 away in train and you're there. I would book again.

This hotel is immaculate would recommend it to anyone staff very friendly rooms huge and immaculate lovely place to stay.

Convenient location and easy to find, has the garage but to get out you have to be driver drivers because there is a risk of hitting a concrete column on the right. The room adequately large, but the mattresses of the sunbeds are uncomfortable and with the springs.

Situated in the middle of an industrial estate, the beaches and Barcelona itself were an easy train-ride away. The hotel was clean. The reception staff (females were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The male receptionist was, on the other hand, at the polar end of the spectrum.
"Breakfast" was a travesty… considering the hotel had approximately 60 rooms, 10 tables seating approximately 50 people simply did not cover the demand: on one occasion we were asked to wait 5 minutes for a table… me personally, I like my coffee hot, so we took our breakfast outside to the many tables outside the hotel. The only part of the breakfast that was cooked was the fried/poached egg (difficult to tell what it was masquerading as) but it was cold. Imagine a pile of cold, congealing eggs! When the staff were asked for hot eggs, which of course they were, their response veered from incredulity to an almost "well they're eggs and they're there" attitude. There were other issues with the breakfast, but the list would be far too long.
On one occasion, every table had a mountain of dirty, used crockery from the previous occupiers. When the staff were asked to clear and clean the tables, this request was not actioned, and we were forced to clear the tables ourselves. I have travelled extensively and used all manner of star-ranked hotels, but I have never been to one where the staff in one area were so miserable in their job.

Hotel with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Great location X bus and metro transport.

Large rooms with balconies. All are very friendly and helpful. Something in the years but very clean. Bus stop in front of the door and station about 10 minutes away.

Nice people, nice room, air conditioning did not work well and turned off after 11 p. M. Or so, did not really care, loved the neighboorhood, would stay again for sure, restaurant downstairs was good, great service.
