The hotel is shabby, the staff are not qualified. Made a payment for a late check out, at 11am called the room was told to come to the reception, to hand over the keys (cards), I explained that I paid for a late check out, OK, said on the other end of the wire. But, half an hour later, "came" "anaked pig, " and began to yell at my mother-in-law, because my wife and I went to the outlette, which is in the vicinity, my mother-in-law called us, I came to the reception. And he started yelling at them, because from the threshold, I began to be heard, saying, how long? And do you know what time you leave, you owe us money (civilized Europe, pancake). The manager came and started apologizing, but I was sorry for her, either warm or cold. Apart from the apology, other actions, the hotel management did not accept. Therefore, look for other accommodation options, so as not to spoil your mood.

Just going into my final night here. This hotel for the price is fantastic. We brought our son with us, the hotel is extremely secure which is great when you have kids. Food and service is great. Is near a main road as mentioned in other comments but really doesn't matter if anything is a bonus you can get to central BCN in 15 mins by car or 25 min by train. These guys really looked after us and is great for kids. Everything is so reasonable and hotel is looked after well and styled well. Many thanks.

No bathrooms in the area of the conference rooms. You have to go to another floor to another part so you can use a restroom. Otherwise clean, nice food. They gave me a room that was actually not free :). The pool is nice. Location far from the beach.

Very nice modern hotel, I arrived early and they had no problem holding my bags while I waited for room to be ready. Let me check in 3 hours early. Forgot that they eat dinner much later than America, dinning room opened at 8pm. Walked 10 minutes away to a nice mall and had dinner. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and good location. The bar was nice and the bartenders were friendly. Nice place to stay.

The room was clean and well furnished. We spent only 1 night there as our flight was delayed. They provided donuts for us even though we left quite early in the morning. Would stay again.

It is a hotel that is close to the airport and has a nice garden with pool. Standard rooms with nothing to highlight. We touched a bed that was not in its best time. The cleanliness is great. In the bathroom there was a bathtub that was not overly comfortable to get in.

The hotel claims to be 4 stars but nothing to see. I arrived on Saturday with my husband at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was a huge queue to check in. No one gave us an answer. It took us 1 hour and a half to check in. The boys who were clearly attending were not to blame, in fact they looked exhausted. They had allegedly cancelled a flight and therefore the number of people queued up for check in. In the same way I think the hotel should anticipate such situations. We were short on time as my husband had to give a medical conference (we arrived late thanks to the hour and a half we lost waiting) The room had a view of the pool area, nice view. The bathroom was not neat. Brands all over badly done cleaning. The cloths and the quality of the sheets 2 of 10. The noise in the infinite morning. A lot of noise. Anyway, I wouldn't stay there again.

Misleading advertising no shuttle to the airport! I had selected it for that. I had to fix €28 taxi go that was not prevut! Otherwise the rooms and the hotel are very good.

It is the worst hotel I have stayed over the 20 years. The smoke from cigarettes came into my room at night and the hotel told us there was no empty unit to move. We had a boy who was 9 years old. We had to stay there because my husband had a conference there. We had no choice at that time. We kept making a complaint and finally we moved to other floor at the second night at 3AM. We couldn’t slept for two days because of the smoke and the strange mechanical noise from the wall. Even I’ve never seen the manager to talk about the problem. They are not professional at their job. Be aware if you have a plan to visit Barcelona and stay away from this terrible hotel.

Discreet Hotel, a fifteen-minute taxi ride from Barcelona's BCN airport. The staff are nice and helpful, the meeting rooms don't look much, in the ones we were in it was pretty much impossible to regulate the air conditioning, if we closed the curtains to obscure the sun the artificial lighting was insufficient.

The room was not up to par with what was expected. Not bad but I saw them old. On the outside the hotel is perfect.

Unkind the attention of the Spanish boy Q attended the night shift at reception. As Vueling's passengers we were offered a very poor quality breakfast and dinner.

The Olympic Canal and the sea are just a stone's throw away. Those who would like to go for dinner etqas can walk to the city centre by 10min Walk.

Excellent option for layover stay. Well appointed suites and amenities for business travelers. Complimentary airport pickup and drop off. There is also a nearby indoor shopping mall with food court within 5 minutes walk.

Very large and comfortable double bed. Bathtub for 2 perfect. All the general good. Pets allowed. Just the breakfast I thought was bland.

Wonderful hotel — absolutely new modern design and furnitures, clean bathroom and linen, very comfortable reception and relaxing area. One of the best breakfast I have ever had in Hotels: great varieties of bread, pastries, fruit, meat, local ham and cheeses, milk, coffee etc. Fresh and tasty food! 2 outdoor swimming pools. 5 min walking to huge shopping mall. 45 min walking to sea beach. 40 min by bus to the airport. Helpful and kind services. So this hotel is excellent for their prices.

Nice and clean rooms.

Room was nice and modern, the staff were friendly. We paid extra for a terraced room however we didn't get to make full use of it due to the weather, but we did sit out to watch the thunderstorms in the distance. The breakfast was good with a variety of options including donuts. Only downsides were the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy in our room and kept prompting to sign into the logon page and you can't get back into your room from the terrace side if the door is shut behind you, but these were only minor issues.

Modern hotel close to the airport. The room was quite big with a nice bathroom. However, there are carpets in the rooms. Plenty of free parking places.

This hotel is very family friendly with lots of activities for children this includes one big pool and one baby pool also play areas. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is numerous parking spaces and the hotel includes many services and 24hr open pool. The location is very helpful since it's a few minutes in the car to the beach and around the hotel are two huge shopping malls, supermarket and fast food restaurants just a few minutes away. It also includes outdoor sitting area and indoor with a bar/restaurant inside and outside where you can enjoy the weather.

Hotel not far from Barcelona and convenient ER meeting and business conventions. Decent restaurant and equipped with swimming pool and gym. Without car it becomes challenging (minimum taxi) to reach the sea or other restaurants.

Good place to relax or enjoy family or couple, it is an excellent swimming pool and reception media ideals, near barcelona 20 minutes from camp nou, ideal for those seeking a square of hotel urgently without notice and without being as expensive as barcelona.

Good hotel, special for trips of business by its location. I did not like anything I charge nothing more reach, without seeing or if you want the room. And why had the details of the visa. In end, bad detail.
To not have a bottle gift water entering, a simple detail and at a hotel of this level and star, should be compulsory.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Was a bit worried about it being so far from the centre of Barcelona, but I definitely enjoyed the tranquility of Castelldefels. That being said, budget your time and money wisely if you choose to go back and forth into the centre. The train takes about 30-40 minutes depending on your destination. There is a bus stop extremely close to the hotel in takes you about 2 minutes to walk to compared to 15 to walk to the train station. The bus takes a bit longer, L95, and the final stop is Plaça Catalunya which is a great central starting point. I ended up with a double room that was very spacious and comfortable. The sofa also folded out to a bed if you needed to accommodate an additional person. The bathroom came with practically all the toiletries that you would need with the exception of lotion. This hotel like many is focused on energy conservation, which requires your keycard for the lights and power to turn on in the room. This is an issue when you are wanting to charge your electronics while lounging by the pool or having breakfast. The breakfast was ample and plenty of options from fruit, meat, breads, cereal, and eggs. Depending on the package you purchased with your stay, breakfast is included, if not the price is 10 euro per person. There is also a restaurant with a decent selection of entrées. My only complaint is that it closes relatively early at 23h.

At the time a construction site, friendly staff is already our 2. Visit. Unfortunately, a price increase in spite of impairment outside of the season. Varied Breakfast menu, unfortunately, without regional vegetables (tomato, cucumber, peppers), good transport connections to Barcelona, beautiful city, about 2 km to the beach.

Having booked the room warning that it would come later. Arrive at reception and you say excuse me but we have run out of rooms is a total disgrace. Especially for people who work.

We stayed three nights with two little girls. Window not closing properly and was left ajar, with the danger that entailed for our small, in addition to the annoying noise that strained (from a 6-lane highway) and the cold night of the month of the end of October. We complained several times at reception and, while we were told that they warned to maintenance, nor be solved the problem they offered us a room change. I will not.

It is a hotel with an excellent quality price, clean, spacious and comfortable.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and feature a refrigerator in which the client can get your personal equipment, which can also be purchased at any grocery store in the area.
The location in relation to the Centre of Barcelona is not the best unless you have a car, but is very close to the airport and has free parking in the grounds of the hotel.
It is a three-minute walk of a huge shopping center.
The relation price quality is second to none.

This hotel is ok it needs major improvment. Its to far from bcn. You need to take a train or bus or taxi. To the city centre. But let me tell you this. It is amazing place I will come back again and again. But a different hotel. The staff are amazing. 10/10.

Not advised. Better hotels available. Rooms. PROS: spacious, not much noisy, aircon working, clean. CONS: no soap in the bathroom (just shampoo), worn out curtains (even ripped). Location. CONS: a bit out of reach. Service: PROS: availability of food at breakfast. CONS: shuttle service advertised on the website is a lie: it is reserved for pilots only.
